Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a mobile terminal, which includes a first body 100 and a second body 200, where the first body 100 can be used as a host of the mobile terminal, and the second body 200 can be used as a secondary of the mobile terminal. The first body 100 has a first display screen 110 on one side surface thereof, and a first connecting portion 120 on the other side surface thereof, wherein the first connecting portion 120 is used for connecting with the second body 200. One side surface of the second body 200 is provided with a second display screen 210 and a second connection part 220, and the other side surface can be a back surface of the entire mobile terminal. The first body 100 and the second body 200 are connected by the first connection part 120 and the second connection part 220, and the first body 100 and the second body 200 can move relatively. Therefore, a user can change the relative position between the first body 100 and the second body 200 in different scenes, so that the first display screen 110 and the second display screen 210 can be used independently or in combination, thereby meeting the requirement of the user for multi-scene operation.
Alternatively, after the first and second bodies 100 and 200 are connected by the first and second connection parts 120 and 220, the first and second bodies 100 and 200 may be switched between the stacked state and the unfolded state. As shown in fig. 1, in the stacked state, the first body 100 and the second body 200 are stacked, and a side of the first body 100 facing away from the first display screen 110 covers the second display screen 210, so that the user can use the mobile terminal through the first display screen 110 of the first body 100. In this state, the size of the mobile terminal is small, which is convenient for the user to carry the mobile terminal. The second body 200 can reach the unfolded state after moving relative to the first body 100, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, at this time, at least a portion of the second display screen 210 is exposed relative to the first body 100, and the second display screen 210 and the first display screen 110 face the same side of the mobile terminal. That is, at this time, the user can see the first display screen 110 and the second display screen 210 at the same time, and the first display screen 110 and the second display screen 210 can display different contents, so as to meet the requirement of the user for performing multi-scene operation. For example, the first display screen 110 may display video information and the second display screen 210 may display news information or chat information. Fig. 11 to 13 illustrate different expansion states, and a user can flexibly select which expansion state the mobile terminal is in according to actual requirements to meet the requirements of different operations for the placement states of the first body 100 and the second body 200.
In an alternative embodiment, the first body 100 and the second body 200 may only rotate relatively, and in this case, the first connecting portion 120 may be a connecting hole and the second connecting portion 220 may be a connecting shaft 222, or the first connecting portion 120 may be a connecting shaft 222 and the second connecting portion 220 may be a connecting hole. Alternatively, the first body 100 and the second body 200 may only move relatively, in which case the first connection portion 120 may be a connection groove and the second connection portion 220 may be a connection block, or the first connection portion 120 may be a connection block and the second connection portion 220 may be a connection groove. However, in the two configurations, the rotation forms of the first body 100 and the second body 200 are relatively single, so that the applicable scenes of the mobile terminal are still limited. Accordingly, one of the first and second coupling parts 120 and 220 includes the coupling groove 121, and the other includes a coupling member, and the second body 200 moves relative to the first body 100 as the first coupling member moves along the coupling groove 121; when the coupling member rotates in the coupling groove 121, the first body 100 rotates with respect to the second body 200. Specifically, the connection member may be a T-shaped connection rod, one end of which is fitted with the connection groove 121, and the other end of which is connected with the main structure of the first body 100 or the second body 200.
Further, in order to provide the second display screen 210 in the second body 200 with a sufficient space, the connection slot 121 is disposed on the first body 100, and the connection member is disposed on the second body 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention. Because of the smaller size of the connector, the second display screen 210 can be larger, so that more information can be displayed on the second display screen 210. Meanwhile, when the first body 100 and the second body 200 are in the unfolded state, if the connection groove 121 is exposed, the user cannot see the connection groove 121 basically, thereby improving user experience.
Further, the area of the first display screen 110 may be larger than that of the second display screen 210. No matter the mobile terminal is in the stacked state or the unfolded state, the first display screen 110 is basically in the exposed state, and therefore the area of the first display screen 110 is set as large as possible, so that the first display screen 110 can meet the requirement of a user on a large screen. Meanwhile, the second display screen 210 is mainly used for auxiliary display, and in most cases, at least a portion of the second body 200 is shielded by the first body 100, so that the area of the second display screen 210 is set to be small, which does not affect the display thereof, and can also reduce the cost of the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the relative movement between the first body 100 and the second body 200 can be manually driven by a user, but the manual operation cannot ensure the magnitude and uniformity of the acting force, so that the first body 100 and the second body 200 are prone to collide violently. To prevent this, a rack 122 may be provided in the coupling groove 121, and the coupling member provided in the second body 200 may be a gear 221, and the gear 221 is engaged with the rack 122. When a user applies an acting force to the second body 200, the rack 122 moves to drive the gear 221 to rotate, or the rack 122 rotates to drive the gear 221 to rotate or the gear 221 does not move. When the first body 100 and the second body 200 move relatively, the gear 221 and the teeth of the rack 122 are gradually engaged, so that the relative movement speed of the first body 100 and the second body 200 can be controlled, and the first body 100 and the second body 200 are not easily collided. In addition, the structure can also improve the hand feeling of the user when the user drives the first body 100 and the second body 200 to move relatively.
In addition, a driving mechanism (not shown) may be separately provided, and the driving mechanism may drive the gear 221 to rotate, so as to drive the rack 122 to move, so that the rack 122 drives the second body 200 to move.
For the convenience of assembly, the coupling groove 121 may be provided to be relatively large, and the gear 221 may be directly placed in the coupling groove 121. Meanwhile, a matching groove 123 is further formed in the connecting groove 121, the matching groove 123 is opposite to the rack 122, a limiting member 124 is arranged in the matching groove 123, the limiting member 124 is matched with the end face of the gear 221, and the gear 221 is further limited in the connecting groove 121, so that the gear 221 and the connecting groove 121 cannot be separated. The stopper 124 may be a retractable member that can be smoothly fitted into the fitting groove 123 when it is retracted and can be reliably fitted into the fitting groove 123 when it is extended.
In order to simplify the structure of the limiting member 124, the limiting member 124 may be a strip-shaped limiting piece, and the extending direction of the strip-shaped limiting piece is parallel to the extending direction of the rack 122. The strip-shaped limiting piece can deform in a proper amount, can be placed into the matching groove 123 more conveniently after being deformed, and is not easy to separate from the matching groove 123 so as to meet the limiting requirement of the gear 221. In addition, the strip-shaped limiting piece can extend from one end to the other end of the connecting groove 121, and when the gear 221 moves along the connecting groove 121, the strip-shaped limiting piece basically keeps a larger contact area with the gear 221 all the time, so that the limiting effect is improved.
Alternatively, the second body 200 may further include a body part 230, and the second connection part 220 may include a connection shaft 222 and a gear 221, one end of the connection shaft 222 being connected with the gear 221, and the other end being fixed with the body part 230. After the arrangement, the gear 221 can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 222, so that the abrasion generated when the gear 221 rotates is mainly concentrated on the gear 221 and the connecting shaft 222, the main body 230 is not affected basically, when the abrasion amount reaches the limit, only the gear 221 or the connecting shaft 222 needs to be replaced, and the maintenance cost of the mobile terminal is low.
In a further embodiment, the second body 200 further includes a rotating member 240 connected to the gear 221, and when the gear 221 rotates, the rotating member 240 rotates therewith. The rotating member 240 is mounted on the connecting shaft 222 and is located between the gear 221 and the main body 230. The rotation member 240 may separate the gear 221 from the main body 230, and if the gear 221 swings while moving, the rotation member 240 may prevent the main body 230 from being damaged when the gear 221 directly contacts the main body 230. Alternatively, the rotating member 240 may be provided with a certain elastic structure, so as to better protect the main body 230.
In order to simplify the structure of the rotation member 240, the rotation member 240 may be provided as a cylindrical member. When the limiting member 124 is disposed in the engaging groove 123, the outer diameter of the rotating member 240 is smaller than the outer diameter of the gear 221, so as to leave an edge portion of the gear 221, and facilitate the engagement of the gear 221 and the limiting member 124.
Further, a first damping portion (not shown) may be provided on the rotor 240, and a second damping portion (not shown) may be provided on the body portion 230 or the connection shaft 222. When the gear 221 rotates, the gear 221 drives the first damping portion to rotate, the first damping portion can be close to the second damping portion and then contacts with the second damping portion, the first damping portion and the second damping portion interfere with each other to generate damping force, and the gear 221 further rotates to drive the first damping portion to be separated from the second damping portion. The first damping portion and the second damping portion are relatively short in matching time, so that the rotation of the gear 221 is not negatively affected, and a certain damping effect can be generated, so that the relative movement of the gear 221 and the rack 122 is more stable. In addition, certain sound can be generated in the matching and separating processes of the first damping part and the second damping part, so that a user can obtain better feedback, and the user feels better.
Specifically, the first damping portion may be a plurality of damping holes, and the second damping portion may be one or more damping strips having a certain flexibility, or the first damping portion may be one or more damping strips having a certain flexibility, and the second damping portion may be a plurality of damping holes. When the gear 221 rotates, the damping bars can extend into the damping holes and then be separated from the damping holes.
Optionally, the second display screen 210 is disposed at a side edge of the second body 200, so that the exposed portion of the second display screen 210 is as much as possible; the gear 221 is disposed at the edge of the other side of the second body 200, so that the relative movement amplitude of the first body 100 and the second body 200 is as large as possible, and the size of the exposed portion of the second display screen 210 can be increased as much as possible, thereby obtaining a better display effect.
In order to meet the shooting requirements of the user, the mobile terminal may be provided with a camera 310, a light supplement lamp 320 and other structures, and the camera 310 and the light supplement lamp 320 may be disposed on a side surface of the first body 100 departing from the first display screen 110. When the user needs to use the camera 310 and the light supplement lamp 320, the first body 100 and the second body 200 are driven to move relatively, and the camera 310 and the light supplement lamp 320 can be exposed. However, in order to simplify the operation of the mobile terminal, at least one of the camera 310 and the fill light 320 may be disposed on a surface of the second body 200 facing away from the second display screen 210. After so setting up, camera 310 and light filling lamp 320 are in naked state all the time, and the user can use camera 310 and light filling lamp 320 at any time.
The mobile terminal disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be a smart phone, a tablet computer, an electronic book reader or a wearable device. Of course, the mobile terminal may also be other devices, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
