The chain guider is used as a basis, the test chain is guided by the chain guide wheel, the cable guide shaft is vertically installed, the chain guide wheel is horizontally installed, one end of the test chain penetrates through the chain guide wheel to be fixed by the anchor chain fixing part, the other end of the test chain is positioned at the anchor chain test port, the test chain is pulled by external force, the test chain is supported by the jack, and the test chain can be broken by the aid of large force, so that the operation is convenient.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the novel anchor chain performance test fixture of the invention comprises a test support 110 and a chain guide device fixed in the test support 110, wherein an anchor chain test port 111 is arranged at the top of the test support 110, a hydraulic stretching mechanism is arranged at the anchor chain test port 111, an anchor chain fixing part is arranged at the lower part of the test support 110, a support sloping plate 16 is arranged at the lower part of the test support 110, the anchor chain fixing part is arranged on the support sloping plate 16, a test chain 112 passes through a chain guide wheel 1 on the chain guide device through the anchor chain test port 111 and is fixed on the anchor chain fixing part, the chain guide device comprises a frame for installing a guide cable shaft 3 and a mounting plate 2 for installing the guide chain wheel 1, two sides of the frame are connected with the mounting plate 2, an axle 4 is arranged on the mounting plate 2 through a bearing 9, the guide chain wheel 1 is arranged in the middle of the axle 4, the frame consists of an upper bearing 10 and a lower bearing 11, the upper bearing 10 and the lower bearing 11 are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the guide cable shaft 3, the upper bearing 10 and the lower bearing 11 are respectively arranged in the upper bearing 10 and the lower bearing 11, the upper end face and the lower bearing 11 are respectively, the upper end faces of the upper end face and the lower bearing 12 and the lower end face of the upper end face 12 and the lower end face of the guide shaft 12 is provided with a thrust bearings 7, and the end faces of the guide pin 7 is arranged along the direction of the guide shaft is arranged, and the end face is provided with a thrust bearing 7.

By using the chain guide as a foundation, the structure is simplified, the cost is reduced, the test chain 112 is guided by the chain guide wheel 1, the friction between the test chain and a chain barrel (the chain barrel refers to a short pipe through which the chain passes when leading to a chain bin) is reduced, the test chain is prevented from rolling, the cable guide shaft 3 is vertically installed, the chain guide wheel 1 is horizontally installed, the lower end of the test chain 112 penetrates through the chain guide wheel 1 and is fixed by the chain fixing part, the upper end of the test chain 112 is positioned at the chain test port 111, the test chain 112 is pulled by external force, and the jack 119 is used for supporting, so that the test can break the test chain 112 by how much force is required. The whole testing process has simple steps and convenient operation.
