In some embodiments, the cabinet air conditioner further includes a top cover 400, the top cover 400 is connected to the top of the cabinet housing 200 to limit the freedom of up and down movement of the cabinet door 100, and a camera and the like may be disposed inside the top cover 400. Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, the cabinet air conditioner further includes a mirror image door body 110 mirror-symmetrical to the cabinet door body 100, and the cabinet door body 100 and the mirror image door body 110 are both rotatably connected to the housing 200 to cooperatively open and close the air outlet 210. In this embodiment, the cabinet air conditioner is a double-door cabinet air conditioner, when the door is closed, the cabinet door body 100 and the mirror image door body 110 move towards the air outlet 210 at the same time, and when the door is opened, the cabinet door body 100 and the mirror image door body 110 move towards the direction far away from the air outlet 210 at the same time. The cabinet door body 100 and the mirror image door body 110 can be driven by the door body 110 driving device, so that the cabinet door body 100 and the mirror image door body 110 can move back and forth in opposite directions. Of course, in other embodiments, the movement may be in the same direction.
Further, the door 110 driving assembly of the cabinet air conditioner comprises a driving gear and a cabinet driving rack 300 engaged with the driving gear, the cabinet driving rack 300 is an arc-shaped rack, and the cabinet driving rack 300 and the rolling groove 220 are arranged in parallel.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the cabinet driving rack 300 includes a toothed portion, a guide portion and a mounting portion 112, which are integrally provided, and the guide portion is located between the toothed portion and the mounting portion 112. The rack part is provided with driving teeth along the length direction for driving the cabinet door body 100. The guide part is used for limiting the motion track of the cabinet machine driving rack 300; the mounting portion 112 is used for being connected with the cabinet door body 100. The insection portion includes the arc of rectangular shape, is provided with the drive tooth on the face of rectangular shape board towards drive gear one side, and the drive tooth is arranged along the length direction of rectangular shape board. The driving teeth are straight teeth or helical teeth, and the plate surface provided with the driving teeth is a concave arc surface. The convex arc surface of the elongated plate is connected with the guide part, and the form of the guide part can be various, such as rack guide, guide post and guide groove matched guide and the like. The mounting portion 112 is disposed on the opposite side of the guide portion from the indented portion. The mounting portion 112 is used for being connected with the cabinet door 100 in a plurality of ways, and may be connected by threads, buckles, hooks, etc., and the connection is aimed at preventing the cabinet driving rack 300 from moving relative to the cabinet door 100 after being connected. The cabinet door body 100 is arranged corresponding to the air outlet 210 on the cabinet housing 200, an air outlet frame is arranged in the air outlet 210, and after the cabinet door body 100 is closed, the air outlet frame is accommodated in a space surrounded by the cabinet door body 100 and the cabinet housing 200. The cabinet in the embodiment comprises a single-through-flow cabinet, a double-through-flow cabinet, an axial-flow cabinet and the like.
In this embodiment, through setting up the profile of tooth portion, guide part and installation department 112 are integrative, make the drive tooth by rack or gear drive back, under the effect of guide part, cabinet machine door body 100 and installation department 112 simultaneous movement, because profile of tooth portion, guide part and installation department 112 are integrative to be set up, in above-mentioned transmission process, there is not relative motion between the three, thereby collision and friction between the spare part have been reduced, thereby the noise that produces because collision and friction between the spare part has been reduced, thereby be favorable to the better use cabinet air conditioner of user. Through setting up cabinet machine drive rack 300 to be parallel with backstop groove 800 for when cabinet machine door body 100 rotated under the drive of cabinet machine drive rack 300, backstop groove 800 can be accurate along its place arc line removal, make the degree of accuracy of cabinet machine door body 100 motion obtain improving.

Claims (9)
1. A cabinet air conditioner, comprising:
the cabinet door body is rotatably connected with the shell to open and close the air outlet;
the cabinet door body includes: the refrigerator comprises a door body, a door bracket for supporting the door body and a roller assembly for enabling the door bracket to slide relative to the surface of a shell of a cabinet machine; one side of the door bracket, which faces the shell, is a matching surface, and a mounting seat for mounting the roller assembly is arranged on the matching surface or on the surface of the shell;
the cabinet air conditioner also comprises a top cover, and the top cover is connected with the top of the shell to limit the freedom degree of the up-and-down movement of the cabinet air conditioner door body; the top of the cabinet machine door body is provided with a stop piece, and the stop piece is matched with the top cover to limit the movement of the cabinet machine door body;
the roller assembly comprises a support connected with the mounting seat, the support is provided with a mounting cavity, the side wall of the mounting cavity is provided with a mounting hole, a roller shaft of the roller assembly is mounted in the mounting hole, part of rollers of the roller assembly are exposed outside the mounting cavity, and the rollers are abutted to the shell; the two roller assemblies are arranged on the same annular surface of the shell or the matching surface in a group; the door support is characterized in that a limiting structure is arranged on the matching surface, a limiting part is arranged on the shell corresponding to the limiting structure, and the limiting structure is matched with the limiting part to limit circumferential relative motion of the door support and the shell.
2. The cabinet air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the door body has a mounting portion connected to the door bracket; the mounting part is arranged on the side edge of the door body in the length direction, and a limiting folding edge which is folded towards the door bracket is arranged on the side edge of the door body opposite to the mounting part; one side of the door bracket, which corresponds to the limiting folding edge, is abutted against one side of the limiting folding edge, which faces the mounting part;
the cabinet door body further comprises a decorative strip, the decorative strip comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate connected with the first connecting plate, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are arranged in an included angle, the plate surface of the first connecting plate is attached to one side, away from the door support, of the limiting folding edge, and the second connecting plate is connected with the door support; and one side of the first connecting plate, which is far away from the second connecting plate, is provided with a flanging used for buckling the limiting folding edge.
3. The cabinet air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein a panel surface of the door body facing the door bracket is a mounting surface; the side surface of the door bracket facing the door body is a supporting surface; the mounting surface is a concave arc surface, the supporting surface is a convex arc surface, and the supporting surface is fixedly attached to the mounting surface to support the door body; the thickness of the door bracket is greater than that of the door body; and an anticorrosive layer is arranged on one side of the door body, which deviates from the mounting surface.
4. The cabinet air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the door body has a mounting portion connected to the door bracket, the mounting portion and the mounting surface enclosing a mounting groove; one side edge of the door bracket in the length direction is arranged in the mounting groove; the door body is an arc-shaped plate; the door bracket is an arc-shaped plate; the support surface and the mounting surface have the same curvature.

The cabinet air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein a side edge of the door body opposite to the mounting portion is provided with a limit flange folded toward the door bracket; the limit folding edge is abutted to the door bracket; the limiting folding edge and the mounting part are arranged on the mounting surface of the door body; the limiting folding edge is perpendicular to the plate surface of the door body and extends towards the direction of the door bracket; the height of the limiting folded edge is equal to the thickness of the corresponding side edge of the door bracket; one side of the door body is bent to form the mounting part; the mounting portion is in threaded or snap connection with the door bracket to limit relative movement of the mounting portion with the door bracket.

The cabinet air conditioner of claim 5, wherein the cabinet door further comprises a trim strip, the trim strip comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate connected with the first connecting plate, the first connecting plate and the second connecting plate are arranged at an included angle, the plate surface of the first connecting plate is attached to one side, away from the door bracket, of the limiting folding edge, and the second connecting plate is connected with the door bracket; the decorative strip is arranged in a long strip shape, and the length of the decorative strip is equal to that of the door bracket and that of the door body; the length of the first connecting plate is equal to that of the door body, the length of the second connecting plate is equal to that of the door support, and one long side edge of the first connecting plate is connected with one long side edge of the second connecting plate; the first connecting plate with the second connecting plate sets up perpendicularly, the face of second connecting plate with the face laminating of door support.
7. The cabinet air conditioner according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a roller assembly of the surface of the housing corresponding to the cabinet door body is provided with a roller groove, and a roller of the roller assembly abuts against the bottom of the roller groove; the cabinet machine door body moves relative to the shell along the extending direction of the rolling groove;
the cabinet door body is arranged corresponding to the air outlet on the shell, an air outlet frame is arranged in the air outlet, and the air outlet frame is accommodated in a space formed by the cabinet door body and the shell after the cabinet door body is closed;
the cabinet air conditioner further comprises a mirror image door body which is in mirror symmetry with the cabinet door body, and the cabinet door body and the mirror image door body are connected with the shell in a rotating mode so as to cooperate with each other to open and close the air outlet.
8. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 7, wherein the housing is cylindrically configured, and the curvature of the door bracket of the cabinet door body is the same as the curvature of the surface of the housing; the rolling groove is an arc-shaped groove, and the curvature of the rolling groove along the extension direction is the same as that of the door bracket; the rotating axis of the cabinet machine door body is superposed with the cylindrical axis of the shell, so that the cabinet machine door body and the shell are coaxially arranged; the door bracket rotates along the surface of the shell;
the part of the roller extending out of the support of the roller assembly extends into the rolling groove, so that the roller assembly can roll in the rolling groove;
a hanging piece is arranged on the door bracket and positioned below the stop piece, and a hanging groove matched with the shell is formed in the hanging piece.
9. The cabinet air conditioner of claim 8, wherein the door drive assembly of the cabinet air conditioner comprises a drive gear and a cabinet drive rack engaged with the drive gear, the cabinet drive rack is an arc rack, and the cabinet drive rack is parallel to the rolling groove;
the cabinet machine driving rack comprises a toothed part, a guide part and an installation part which are integrally arranged, and the guide part is positioned between the toothed part and the installation part of the cabinet machine driving rack; the tooth-pattern part is provided with driving teeth along the length direction thereof for driving a cabinet machine door body; the guide part is used for limiting the motion track of the cabinet machine driving rack; the mounting part of the cabinet machine driving rack is used for being connected with the cabinet machine door body; the insection part comprises a long strip-shaped arc-shaped plate, the plate surface of one side of the arc-shaped plate, which faces the driving gear, is provided with the driving teeth, and the driving teeth are arranged along the length direction of the arc-shaped plate; the driving teeth are straight teeth or helical teeth; the surface of the arc-shaped plate provided with the driving teeth is a concave arc surface; the convex cambered surface of the cambered plate is connected with the guide part; the mounting part of the cabinet machine driving rack is arranged on one side of the guide part opposite to the tooth thread part;
a stopping groove is formed in the cabinet machine door body, and the cabinet machine driving rack is arranged to be parallel to the stopping groove, so that when the cabinet machine door body is driven by the cabinet machine driving rack to rotate, the stopping groove can move along an arc where the cabinet machine driving rack is located;
the door support is connected with the shell through a guide groove, so that the cabinet door body rotates around the circumferential direction of the shell.
