The invention relates to a disc type yarn outlet device capable of controlling tension and a working method thereof, wherein the disc type yarn outlet device comprises a yarn storage disc, a fixed bearing, a double-chain ball bearing, an electromagnet assembly and a telescopic rod; the yarn storage disc comprises a yarn storage groove, and yarns are wound in the yarn storage groove; the fixed bearing is positioned in the center of the whole yarn outlet device, and electromagnet telescopic rod springs are uniformly arranged on the outer surface of the fixed bearing; the double-chain ball bearing is positioned between the yarn storage groove and the fixed bearing, and the electromagnet assemblies which are uniformly distributed in the circumference are arranged in the double-chain ball bearing; one end of the telescopic rod is abutted with the electromagnet telescopic rod spring, and the other end of the telescopic rod is abutted with the yarn; the electromagnet assembly is connected with the telescopic rod and can control the telescopic rod to stretch out and draw back. The invention has small structure volume, can effectively reduce the occupied area of the creel, simplifies the structure of the loom, and meets the requirement of controllable tension force of the yarn.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5 of the specification, the invention relates to a disc type yarn outlet device with controllable tension, which comprises a yarn storage disc 1, a fixed bearing 3, a double-chain ball bearing 4, an electromagnet assembly 5, a telescopic rod 6 and the like.
The yarn storage disc 1 comprises a yarn storage groove 15, and yarns 2 or fibers are wound in the yarn storage groove 10. The central circumferential area of the yarn storage disc 1 is provided with evenly distributed grooves 11.
The fixed bearing 3 is positioned in the center of the whole yarn outlet device, fixedly connected to a certain mandrel and used for installing the yarn storage disc 1, and the outer surface of the fixed bearing is uniformly provided with an electromagnet telescopic rod spring 10.
