Abstract

本发明公开一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂,由以下重量份的各组分组成:活性白土30‑45份,活性炭10‑18份,聚合氯化铁4‑8份,聚丙烯酸钠12‑16份,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵6‑8份,硫酸铝钾12‑16份,二氧化锰3‑7份,氯化铜5‑9份;本发明能够通过聚合氯化铁、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵增强絮凝效果,减少絮凝时间,以活性白土和活性炭作为载体,比表面积大,使污水处理粉剂兼备良好的吸附作用和絮凝作用,在污水处理过程中,对水不会产生二次污染。

一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,具体讲是一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂。
背景技术
工业污水指工艺生产过程中排出的废水和废液,其中含有随水流失的工业生产用料、中间产物、副产品以及生产过程中产生的污染物,是造成环境污染,特别是水污染的重要原因。工业废水的处理虽然早在19世纪末已经开始,但由于许多工业废水成分复杂,性质多变,污水处理较困难。
污水处理粉剂是工业用水、生活用水和废水处理过程中所需的化学药剂。经过这些化学药剂的处理,它可以使水的质量达到一定的要求。其主要作用是除去水中悬浮固体和有毒物质,除臭、脱色、软化和稳定水质等。现有的污水处理粉剂存在污水治理效率低、污水处理成本高、原料不易得的缺点,且处理后的污水水质较差,造成了资源的浪费和工业成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,克服以上现有技术的缺点:提供一种污水治理效率高、污水处理成本低、原料易得的用于工业污水处理的粉剂。
本发明的技术解决方案如下:一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂,由以下重量份的各组分组成:活性白土 30-45份,活性炭10-18份,聚合氯化铁4-8份,聚丙烯酸钠12-16份,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 6-8份,硫酸铝钾12-16份,二氧化锰3-7份, 氯化铜5-9份;
所述用于工业污水处理的粉剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将活性白土和活性炭混合,在氮气保护下于800-850℃煅烧1-3小时后粉碎得到混合粉备用;
2)将聚合氯化铁、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵加入水中配置成溶液喷淋至所述混合粉中;35-50℃风干后研磨成粉料;
3)将所述粉料与硫酸铝钾、二氧化锰、 氯化铜混合均匀后于200-230℃焙烧5-8小时制得用于工业污水处理的粉剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够通过聚合氯化铁、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵增强絮凝效果,减少絮凝时间,以活性白土和活性炭作为载体,比表面积大,使污水处理粉剂兼备良好的吸附作用和絮凝作用,在污水处理过程中,对水不会产生二次污染。本发明具备脱吸油污及污染水源脱色效果,本发明在结合电解氧化法还能够降解污水中的有机物,尤其适用于焦化污水的净化处理。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但本发明不仅局限于以下具体实施例。
实施例1
一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂,由以下重量份的各组分组成:活性白土 45份,活性炭18份,聚合氯化铁8份,聚丙烯酸钠16份,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 8份,硫酸铝钾12份,二氧化锰7份, 氯化铜9份;
所述用于工业污水处理的粉剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将活性白土和活性炭混合,在氮气保护下于800-850℃煅烧1-3小时后粉碎得到混合粉备用;
2)将聚合氯化铁、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵加入水中配置成溶液喷淋至所述混合粉中;35-50℃风干后研磨成粉料;
3)将所述粉料与硫酸铝钾、二氧化锰、 氯化铜混合均匀后于230℃焙烧8小时制得用于工业污水处理的粉剂。
实施例2
一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂,由以下重量份的各组分组成:活性白土 45份,活性炭18份,聚合氯化铁8份,聚丙烯酸钠16份,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵8份,硫酸铝钾12份,二氧化锰7份, 氯化铜5份;
所述用于工业污水处理的粉剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将活性白土和活性炭混合,在氮气保护下于800-850℃煅烧1-3小时后粉碎得到混合粉备用;
2)将聚合氯化铁、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵加入水中配置成溶液喷淋至所述混合粉中;35-50℃风干后研磨成粉料;

一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂,由以下重量份的各组分组成:活性白土 35份,活性炭18份,聚合氯化铁8份,聚丙烯酸钠16份,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 6份,硫酸铝钾12份,二氧化锰7份, 氯化铜9份;
所述用于工业污水处理的粉剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将活性白土和活性炭混合,在氮气保护下于800-850℃煅烧1-3小时后粉碎得到混合粉备用;
2)将聚合氯化铁、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵加入水中配置成溶液喷淋至所述混合粉中;35-50℃风干后研磨成粉料;
3)将所述粉料与硫酸铝钾、二氧化锰、 氯化铜混合均匀后于200-230℃焙烧5-8小时制得用于工业污水处理的粉剂。

1. 一种用于工业污水处理的粉剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的各组分组成:活性白土 30-45份,活性炭10-18份,聚合氯化铁4-8份,聚丙烯酸钠12-16份,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 6-8份,硫酸铝钾12-16份,二氧化锰3-7份, 氯化铜5-9份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于工业污水处理的粉剂,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将活性白土和活性炭混合,在氮气保护下于800-850℃煅烧1-3小时后粉碎得到混合粉备用;
2)将聚合氯化铁、聚丙烯酸钠、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵加入水中配置成溶液喷淋至所述混合粉中;35-50℃风干后研磨成粉料;
3)将所述粉料与硫酸铝钾、二氧化锰、 氯化铜混合均匀后于200-230℃焙烧5-8小时制得用于工业污水处理的粉剂。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于工业污水处理的粉剂,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的各组分组成:活性白土 45份,活性炭18份,聚合氯化铁8份,聚丙烯酸钠16份,聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 8份,硫酸铝钾12份,二氧化锰7份, 氯化铜9份。
4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于工业污水处理的粉剂,其特征在于,步骤3)中,所述粉料与硫酸铝钾、二氧化锰、 氯化铜混合均匀后于230℃焙烧8小时。
