(2) turning over an upper polishing disc to be vertical to the ground, adhering abrasive paper to an adhering disc of the polishing disc to ensure that the abrasive paper is adhered tightly and flatly, turning over the polishing disc to be parallel to the ground, lowering the upper polishing disc to be adhered to the upper surface of a cover plate by rotating an adjusting turntable at the top of a vehicle body, stretching the abrasive paper of a lower polishing disc to be under the cover plate at an adapter of the cover plate after the abrasive paper of the lower polishing disc is adhered orderly in advance, and fixing the abrasive paper on a rear guide rod through bolts and nuts;
(3) opening a vehicle door to ensure that the lithium battery is connected perfectly, then starting an inverter switch, enabling an inverter working indicator lamp to be on, giving out a prompt tone, shifting a breaker to an 'on' position, completing power supply of equipment, and closing the vehicle door;
(4) on a control panel of the roof, a button switch for dust collection is pressed, a dust collector is started, and dust is sucked into a dust storage box arranged in the vehicle body by the dust collector through a four-way dust collection assembly at the bottom of the vehicle; then a button switch of 'derusting 1' is pressed down, and a driving motor of an upper polishing disc is started; after the motor works stably, a button switch of the 'derusting 2' is pressed, a driving motor of a lower polishing disc is started, the equipment is started, the vehicle body is pushed, and the derusting work of the cover plate is started;
(5) after finishing the polishing work, sequentially turning off a polishing motor start-stop button on a control panel, turning off a dust absorption button switch after the rust removal motor stops to stop a dust absorption function, and finally sequentially turning off a circuit breaker and turning off an inverter;
