Background
The gas meter is widely applied to daily life, and people who use natural gas or pipeline gas can conveniently know how much natural gas is used through the automatic accumulation function of the gas meter so as to pay according to the cubic meter number of consumed gas per month.
In the existing production, the processing of the gas meter shell is generally carried out by adopting a plurality of working procedures such as stretching, positioning, punching, trimming and the like through sheet metal, different working procedures in the processing process need different processing equipment, more processing equipment is needed in the whole processing process, each equipment is independently operated and controlled by 1 person, the transportation between working procedures also needs manpower support, the production efficiency is low, the labor intensity is high, the cost is high, the product quality is difficult to control, the product percent of pass is low, and the improvement exists in the prior art.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, a plastic spraying gun repairing device for a gas meter shell comprises a fixed plate 1, a movable support 2, a plastic spraying gun 5, a transmission belt 4 and a suspension support 3, wherein a plurality of suspension supports 3 are hung on the transmission belt at intervals, the fixed plate 1 is positioned on one side of a queue of the suspension supports 3, a plurality of air sucking guns are fixedly arranged on the fixed plate 1, gun openings of the air sucking guns face the air sucking guns and are positioned on one side of the plastic spraying gun 5, the movable support 2 is slidably arranged on the fixed plate 1, a rotating shaft 6 is rotatably arranged on the movable support 2, the plastic spraying gun 5 is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 6, a driving device 7 for driving the rotating shaft 6 to reciprocate at a certain angle is arranged on the fixed plate 1, each semi-finished product of the gas meter shell is hung on the suspension support 3 through a hook, the opening of the gas meter shell obliquely faces the plastic spraying gun 5 downwards, the gun openings of the plastic spraying gun 5 obliquely face the opening of the corresponding gas meter shell upwards, the plastic spraying gun 5 is driven by the driving device 7 to rotate left and right, the workpiece can be sprayed more uniformly, and the movable support 2 is provided with a driving device for driving the movable support 2 to be close to or far away from the two suspension supports 3.

As shown in fig. 9, a hook for spraying plastic on an upper shell 65 of a gas meter case comprises a vertical rod 59, a first cross rod 60 and a second cross rod 61, wherein the vertical rod 59, the first cross rod 60 and the second cross rod 61 are positioned on the same plane, the first cross rod 60 and the second cross rod 61 are not parallel, an angle between the first cross rod 60 and the second cross rod 61 is smaller than 90 degrees, one end of the first cross rod 60 is fixedly provided with a fixing rod 66, the fixing rod 66 inclines towards the second cross rod 61, the fixing rod 66 and the first cross rod 60 are positioned on the same plane, the fixing rod 66 and the first cross rod 60 are not parallel, and an included angle between the first fixing rod 66 and the first cross rod 60 is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees.
One end of the second cross rod 61 is fixedly provided with a connecting rod 62, the connecting rod 62 is perpendicular to the second cross rod 61, the middle of the connecting rod 62 is fixedly connected with the second cross rod 61, two ends of the connecting rod 62 are respectively provided with a first supporting rod 63, the first supporting rod 63 is perpendicular to the connecting rod 62 and inclines towards the outer part of the U-shaped rod, the second cross rod 61 is fixedly provided with a plurality of second supporting rods 64, the second supporting rods 64 are perpendicular to the second cross rod 61 and face the first cross rod 60, the first supporting rods 63 are higher than the second supporting rods 64, and an included angle between the first supporting rods 63 and the second supporting rods 64 is smaller than 90 degrees.
As shown in fig. 10, when the upper casing 65 of the gas meter casing is hung on the hook, the top of the first supporting rod 63 is located at the bottom of the upper casing 65 of the gas meter casing, the center of the upper casing 65 of the gas meter casing is offset towards the vertical rod 59, the opening of the upper casing 65 of the gas meter casing is inclined downwards, subsequent processing is facilitated, the inclined first supporting rod 63 is used for supporting the upper casing 65 of the gas meter casing, only the top of the first supporting rod 63 is in contact with the upper casing 65 of the gas meter casing, plastic spraying uniformity in the subsequent plastic spraying process is ensured, different supporting planes can be formed through the first supporting rod 63 and the second supporting rods 64, and the upper casing 65 of the gas meter casing with different sizes can be hung.
As shown in fig. 3, the conveying device comprises a guide plate 15, a first conveying belt 13 and a second conveying belt 14 in the same direction, the first conveying belt 13 is higher than the second conveying belt 14, the guide plate 15 is fixedly arranged between the first conveying belt 13 and the second conveying belt 14 and connects the first conveying belt 13 with the second conveying belt 14, one end of the guide plate 15, which is positioned on the second conveying belt 14, is rotatably provided with a first rotating shaft 16, a plurality of baffle plates 58 are fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft 16, the first conveying belt 13 and the second conveying belt 14 are in a net-shaped structure, a plurality of connecting rods 17 are arranged on the first conveying belt 13 and the second conveying belt 14, the connecting rods 17 penetrate through the net-shaped conveying belts and are fixedly connected with two sides of the conveying belt, when the conveyed gas meter housing passes through the guide plate 15, the downward impacts on the baffle plates 58 to enable water drops accumulated on the gas meter housing to fall, and the rotating baffle plates 58 can convey the gas meter housing into the second conveying belt 14.
The processing equipment of the sealing steel ring of the gas meter shell sequentially comprises a steel bar cutting device, a steel bar welding device, a steel ring expansion forming device and steel ring bending equipment along the processing procedure, wherein the steel bar cutting device is used for cutting a steel bar into steel bars with the same length, the steel bar welding device is used for welding the steel bars into steel rings, the steel ring expansion forming device is used for straightening and shaping the steel rings, and the steel ring bending equipment is used for bending and shaping the side edges of the steel rings.
As shown in fig. 4, the steel ring bending device comprises a first frame 18, a press-mounting die 19 and a first cylinder 20 fixedly arranged on the first frame 18, wherein the lower end of the first cylinder 20 is fixedly connected with a pressing plate 22 through a first push rod 21, four baffles 23 are fixedly arranged on the lower end face of the pressing plate 22, the press-mounting die 19 is fixedly arranged on the first frame 18 and is positioned right below the pressing plate 22, the outer side face of the upper end of the press-mounting die 19 is an inclined face with a certain angle, the inner side face of the baffles 23 is an inclined face with the same angle as the outer side face of the upper end of the press-mounting die 19, the press-mounting die 19 comprises a fixed block 24 fixedly arranged on the first frame 18 and four sliding blocks 25 arranged around the fixed block 24, the sliding blocks 25 are elastically connected with the fixed block 24 through springs, a first limiting block 26 fixedly connected with the first frame 18 is arranged on the outer side face of the sliding blocks 25, the baffles 23 can drive the sliding blocks 25 to move towards the fixed block 24, and gaps between the sliding blocks 25 and the fixed blocks 24 after the press-mounting die 19 form a processing station for placing the steel ring.
During processing, the steel ring is placed in a processing station, the pressing plate 22 moves downwards, the inclined surface on the baffle plate 23 contacts with the inclined surface on the press-mounting die 19, and the four sliding blocks 25 are driven to move towards the fixed block 24 to bend and reshape the steel ring.
As shown in fig. 5, the steel ring expansion forming device comprises a second bracket 27, a first workbench 28 and a second cylinder 29 fixedly arranged at the upper end of the rack, wherein the second cylinder 29 is positioned right above the first workbench 28, a second push rod 30 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the second cylinder 29, one side of the lower end of the second push rod 30 is an inclined plane with a certain angle, the steel ring is sleeved on the outer side surface of the first workbench 28, and a first groove 31 with the same shape as the second push rod 30 is formed in the first workbench 28.
The first workbench 28 comprises a second fixed block 32 and a second sliding block 33, a second limiting block 34 fixed on the second frame is arranged on the outer side of the second sliding block 33, and the second sliding block 33 is elastically connected with the second limiting block 34 through a spring. The first groove 31 of the second slider 33 is provided with an inclined surface having the same angle as the lower end of the second push rod 30.
During processing, the second push rod 30 moves downwards, the inclined surface at the upper end of the second push rod 30 contacts with the inclined surface on the workbench, and the second driving sliding block is far away from the second fixing block 32 to complete expansion molding of the steel ring sleeved on the outer side surface of the first workbench 28.
As shown in fig. 6, the steel bar welding device comprises a third frame 35 and a second workbench 36, wherein a third cylinder 37 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the third frame 35, a welding head 39 is fixedly connected to the third cylinder 37 through a third push rod 38, the second workbench 36 is fixedly arranged on the frame and located right below the welding head 39, a welding plate 40 is fixedly arranged on the workbench, a second groove 41 for placing the welding head 39 is formed in the welding plate 40, a plurality of third grooves 42 for placing steel rings are formed in the welding plate 40, and the second grooves 41 are perpendicular to the third grooves 42.
The steel bars are placed in the grooves III 42 on the welding plate 40 end to end during processing, and the air cylinder III 37 pushes the welding head 39 to move downwards into the grooves on the welding plate 40 to finish welding.
As shown in FIG. 7, an automatic blank sheet feeding device for processing a gas meter shell comprises a frame 43, a sucker 44, a plurality of limiting columns 45 and a supporting plate 46, wherein the supporting plate 46 is fixedly connected with the frame 43 and divides the frame 43 into an upper layer and a lower layer, the limiting columns 45 are vertically spaced on the lower layer of the frame 43 and enclose into an accommodating space for stacking blank sheets, a through hole 48 is formed in the supporting plate 46, the sucker 44 is arranged on the upper layer of the frame 43, an air cylinder 57 for driving the sucker 44 to vertically lift and pass through the through hole 48 is arranged between the sucker 44 and the frame 43, the sucker 44, the through hole 48 and the accommodating space are vertically opposite, and a unidirectional structure 50 for allowing blank sheets to pass through the through hole 48 from bottom to top is arranged on the supporting plate 46.
The unidirectional structure 50 includes at least three turnover plates 51, as shown in fig. 8, each turnover plate 51 corresponds to one turnover seat 52, the turnover seats 52 are fixed on the upper end surface of the supporting plate 46 at intervals around the through holes 48, the turnover plates 51 are rotationally connected with the corresponding turnover seats 52 through rotating shafts 53, the gravity center of each turnover plate 51 is located at one side of the rotating shaft 53 leaning towards the center of the through hole 48, blank sheets can drive the turnover plates 51 to turn over and yield when driven by the sucking disc 44 to pass through the through hole 48 downwards, the upper end of each turnover plate 51 is provided with a bearing surface 54, a limiting block 55 is fixed below the turnover plate 51 on the supporting plate 46, and when the lower part of each turnover plate 51 butts against the limiting block 55, the bearing surfaces 54 of the turnover plates 51 are located on the same horizontal plane.

Compared with the prior art, the invention simplifies the original multiple processing procedures, reduces processing equipment, enables a single piece of equipment to process the multiple procedures, can complete the processing by only one working stroke of the equipment corresponding to each step, reduces unnecessary processing steps, shortens the processing time and greatly improves the processing efficiency of products.
