Abstract
The invention discloses an ultrahigh-strength strip steel surface cleaning device which mainly comprises a machine body, a wringing roller assembly, an upper inverted E-shaped frame driving mechanism, an upper wringing roller box driving mechanism and an air sweeping mechanism. The lifting of the frame and the pressure adjustment of the drying roller are separately controlled, the number of the large hydraulic cylinders is reduced from four to two, the hydraulic cylinders for the pressure adjustment of the drying roller can adopt small hydraulic cylinders, and the subsequent automatic roller replacement becomes possible. And the adjusting range of the squeezing pressure is widened by adopting a small hydraulic cylinder. The whole equipment has high structural rigidity and is suitable for the production of high-strength steel. The structure is compact, the blowing device and the squeezing device are combined into a whole, the requirement that the distance between the roller and the coiling machine is shortened as much as possible by the single-stand reversible rolling mill is met, and the yield is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a squeezing device of a cold rolling reversible mill, in particular to a device for cleaning the surface of ultrahigh-strength strip steel.
Background
In the cold rolling area of metallurgical enterprises, the cold rolling reversible rolling mill has small occupied area due to investment saving and is widely used. And emulsion removing systems are arranged at the inlet and the outlet of the reversible rolling mill and are used for removing residual oil and residual iron on the surface of the strip steel, and the emulsion removing systems mainly comprise a wringing roller and a compressed air blowing device.
The wringing roller belongs to a part needing to be replaced periodically, is convenient to replace as far as possible in structure, and can realize pressure adjustment according to the specification and the surface quality of the strip steel in the service cycle. Particularly, in the production of the current ultrahigh-strength steel, the drying roll device also needs to be capable of bearing the impact of the high-strength steel.
The existing wringing roller replacement is manual, work replacement, large load and low labor efficiency, each pair of roller sets of the wringing roller is provided with two control hydraulic cylinders, the pressure adjusting range is small, and the service life of the wringing roller is greatly influenced. The compressed air purging adopts a spray beam which is provided with a nozzle for purging the surface of the strip steel. The arrangement of the spray beams requires space, and the unit is required to be lengthened, which is contrary to the requirement that the unit length is shortened as much as possible in the process. In addition, the structure of the existing wringing roller cannot adapt to the production of high-strength steel, particularly ultrahigh-strength steel, the wringing roller is directly impacted by the continuously changed load of strip steel during working, the connecting bolt is easy to break and the lining plate is easy to deform under the action of the frame of the guide lining plate, and the requirement of normal production of a high-strength steel unit cannot be met at all.

The invention aims to provide an ultrahigh-strength strip steel surface cleaning device which can widen the pressure adjusting range.
An ultra-high strength strip steel surface cleaning device, comprising: the machine body comprises two side memorial archways, an upper beam frame, an upper inverted E-shaped frame and a lower inverted E-shaped frame, wherein the upper beam frame is fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the two side memorial archways; the wringing roller assembly comprises two pairs of upper and lower wringing roller boxes, an upper wringing roller is arranged in each upper wringing roller box, a lower wringing roller is arranged in each lower wringing roller box, the two pairs of wringing roller boxes are respectively arranged in four roller position spaces formed by upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames, and a pair of air springs are respectively arranged on bearing seats on two sides of each lower wringing roller; the upper inverted E-shaped frame driving mechanism comprises a pair of upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting hydraulic cylinders which are respectively arranged on the upper cross beam frame and connected with the upper ends of the upper inverted E-shaped frames; the upper drying roller box driving mechanism comprises two pairs of upper drying roller box lifting hydraulic cylinders which are respectively connected with the upper ends of the two upper drying roller boxes; the air sweeping mechanism comprises an upper compressed air inlet pipe, a lower compressed air inlet pipe, an upper inverted E-shaped frame, a lower inverted E-shaped frame, a sweeping knife beam and an exhaust pipe, wherein the upper compressed air inlet pipe and the lower compressed air inlet pipe are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the upper inverted E-shaped frame and the lower inverted E-shaped frame, the upper inverted E-shaped frame and the lower inverted E-shaped frame are respectively arranged at the lower end and the upper end of the same side of the upper inverted E-shaped frame and are respectively communicated with the upper compressed air inlet pipe and the lower compressed air inlet pipe, and the exhaust.
The pair of upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting hydraulic cylinders are respectively arranged on the transmission side and the working side, and a pair of corresponding upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting guide rods is further arranged on the inner sides of the pair of upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting hydraulic cylinders.

The vertical plates on the same side of the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames are double-layer plates, the blowing cutter beams of the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames are respectively arranged on the corresponding vertical plates, and a crack between the double-layer plates of the vertical plates is used as a channel for inputting compressed air into the upper and lower compressed air inlet pipes to blow the cutter beams of the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames.

1. The squeezing roller is boxed, the roller can be conveniently replaced, the time and the labor are saved, and the labor efficiency is high.
2. The two pairs of squeezing rollers are arranged in a frame, the frame is provided with two hydraulic cylinders, and the frame is lifted under the action of the two hydraulic cylinders. Each pair of squeezing rollers is provided with two hydraulic cylinders for pressure adjustment, the specification of the hydraulic cylinders can be smaller, and the pressure adjustment range can be wider.
3. The blowing cutter and the inverted E-shaped frame are ingeniously combined together, the two parts are combined into a whole, and the length of the unit is shortened to the maximum extent.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the ultra-high strength strip steel surface cleaning device of the present invention mainly comprises a machine body, a wringing roller assembly, an upper inverted E-shaped frame driving mechanism, an upper wringing roller box driving mechanism and an air sweeping mechanism, wherein:
The machine body comprises two side memorial archways 1 (namely a transmission side and a working side), an upper crossbeam frame 2, an upper inverted E-shaped frame 3 and a lower inverted E-shaped frame 4, wherein the upper crossbeam frame 2 is fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the two side memorial archways 1, the lower inverted E-shaped frame 4 is fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the two side memorial archways 1, and the upper inverted E-shaped frame 3 is relatively arranged above the lower inverted E-shaped frame 4 and is positioned below the upper crossbeam frame 2.
The wringing roller assembly comprises two pairs of upper and lower wringing roller box 5, 6, an upper wringing roller 7 is arranged in each upper wringing roller box 5, a lower wringing roller 8 is arranged in each lower wringing roller box 6, the two pairs of wringing roller box 5, 6 are respectively arranged in four roller position spaces formed by upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames 3, 4, and a pair of air springs 10 are respectively arranged on bearing seats 9 at two sides of each lower wringing roller 8.
The upper inverted E-shaped frame driving mechanism comprises a pair of upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting hydraulic cylinders 11 which are respectively arranged on the upper beam frame 2 and connected with the upper ends of the upper inverted E-shaped frames 3 for driving the upper inverted E-shaped frames 3 to lift up and down. The upper inverted E-shaped frame 3 is lifted under the action of the upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting hydraulic cylinder 11, the frame is lifted when a belt is threaded, the gap between the squeezing rollers is increased, and the belt is conveniently threaded.
The upper wringing roller box driving mechanism comprises two pairs of upper wringing roller box lifting hydraulic cylinders 12 which are respectively connected with the upper ends of the two upper wringing roller box 5 and are used for driving the upper wringing roller box 5 to lift up and down so as to realize the band steel wringing function. Because the wringing roller adopts the independent hydraulic cylinder to lift, the specification of the hydraulic cylinder can be smaller, and the pressure adjusting range can be very wide. When the squeezing machine works, the upper squeezing roller box 5 compresses the gas spring 10 under the action of the corresponding hydraulic cylinder 12, so that the upper and lower squeezing rollers 7 and 8 are closed to realize squeezing.
The air sweeping mechanism comprises upper and lower compressed air inlet pipes 13 and 14, upper and lower inverted E-shaped frame sweeping knife beams 15 and 16 and an exhaust pipe 17, wherein the upper and lower compressed air inlet pipes 13 and 14 are respectively arranged at the upper ends and the lower ends of the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames 3 and 4, the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frame sweeping knife beams 15 and 16 are respectively arranged at the lower ends and the upper ends of the same sides of the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames 3 and 4 and are respectively communicated with the upper and lower compressed air inlet pipes 13 and 14, the exhaust pipe 17 is arranged on the memorial archway 1 at the transmission side, and the cleaning of the surface of the strip steel is realized by sweeping emulsion, residual oil and residual iron on the upper surface of the strip steel.
As an embodiment, the pair of upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting hydraulic cylinders 11 are respectively arranged at the transmission side and the working side, a pair of corresponding upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting guide rods 20 are further arranged inside the pair of upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting hydraulic cylinders 11, and guide copper sleeves 18 are respectively arranged at two ends of each upper inverted E-shaped frame lifting guide rod 20. Therefore, the strict synchronization of the operation side and the transmission side can be ensured when the upper E-shaped frame 3 is lifted, the position deflection can not occur, meanwhile, the rigidity of the upper E-shaped frame 3 is increased when the guide rod 20 works, and the deformation can not be ensured when the high-strength steel impacts.
As an embodiment, the vertical plates on the same side of the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frames 3 and 4 are double-layer plates, the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frame purging knife beams 15 and 16 are respectively arranged on the corresponding vertical plates, and a gap 19 between the double-layer plates of the vertical plates is used as a passage for inputting compressed air to the upper and lower inverted E-shaped frame purging knife beams 15 and 16 through the upper and lower compressed air inlet pipes 13 and 14. The integrated design of the inverted E-shaped frame and the purging mechanism greatly optimizes the arrangement of equipment and shortens the length of a unit, so that the benefit of the reversible rolling mill is considerable. If the purging device is arranged independently, the length space of at least 0.5m is occupied, which obviously increases the length of the band steel which can not be rolled and reduces the unit success rate.
In conclusion, the ultrahigh-strength strip steel surface cleaning device separately controls the lifting of the frame and the pressure adjustment of the drying rollers, the number of large hydraulic cylinders is reduced from four to two, the hydraulic cylinders for the pressure adjustment of the drying rollers can adopt small hydraulic cylinders, and the subsequent automatic roller change is possible. And the adjusting range of the squeezing pressure is widened by adopting a small hydraulic cylinder. The whole equipment has high structural rigidity and is suitable for the production of high-strength steel. The structure is compact, the blowing device and the squeezing device are combined into a whole, the requirement that the distance between the roller and the coiling machine is shortened as much as possible by the single-stand reversible rolling mill is met, and the yield is improved.
