Abstract
The invention provides a wet sludge uniform distribution device which comprises a sludge transmission pipeline, square and round joints and a sludge dredging device, wherein the sludge transmission pipeline is connected with the square and round joints; the sludge transmission pipeline is fixedly connected with the feed inlet of the square round section; the sludge dredging device is arranged in Fang Yuanjie and is used for regulating the uniform distribution of sludge; by adopting the scheme, the impact force on the coal conveyer belt during discharging of the square and round section discharging hole can be effectively buffered, the circulating speed of the sludge can be effectively controlled, a good buffering effect is achieved, and the splashing of the sludge is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of wet sludge distribution, and particularly relates to a wet sludge uniform distribution device.
Background
Sludge is a necessary product after sewage treatment, the discharge amount of the sludge in China is increased year by year and the quantity is huge, the annual output of the sludge in China in 2015 is 3807 ten thousand tons, and the annual output of the sludge in the last 2020 is expected to reach 4547 ten thousand tons; the sludge has high water content, contains a large amount of bacterial cells, organic fragments, inorganic particles, colloid and the like, has high viscosity, is easy to be decomposed and smelly, and can cause great damage to the environment when being untreated; meanwhile, the sludge has a great amount of organic medium and high heat value, so that the sludge has great potential value, and the proper treatment of the sludge is a problem to be solved urgently at present.
At present, the thermal power generation sludge blending combustion is an environment-friendly, economical and simple method for treating sludge, but in the existing sludge distribution system, a sludge discharge port is too simple in design, and in the process of mixing the sludge and raw coal, the sludge directly flows out through a sludge conveying pipeline to be impacted into the raw coal on a conveying belt, so that the phenomena of uneven mixing of coal and sludge, splashing of the sludge onto the raw coal conveying belt, or no sludge doping of the raw coal at the edge of the conveying belt occur; the uneven mixing of the sludge and the raw coal can reduce the utilization rate of the sludge, and limit the treatment capacity of the sludge.
Based on the technical problems existing in the sludge treatment, no relevant solution exists yet; there is therefore an urgent need to seek an effective solution to the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims at providing a wet sludge uniform distribution device aiming at the defects in the technology; aims at solving the problem of uneven sludge doping in the prior art.
The invention provides a wet sludge uniform distribution device which comprises a sludge transmission pipeline, square and round joints and a sludge dredging device, wherein the sludge transmission pipeline is connected with the square and round joints; the sludge transmission pipeline is fixedly connected with the feed inlet of the square round section; the sludge dredging device is arranged in Fang Yuanjie and is used for adjusting the uniform distribution of sludge.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the invention provides a wet sludge uniform distribution device which is applied to the existing coal slurry mixed combustion, wherein the distribution device comprises a sludge transmission pipeline 4, square and round sections 3 and a sludge dredging device; the sludge transmission pipeline 4 is fixedly connected with the feed inlet 1 of the square round section 3; the sludge dredging device is arranged in the square round section 3 and is used for regulating the uniform distribution of sludge; specifically, the sludge transmission pipeline 4 is welded with the feed inlet 1; the section of the feed inlet 1 is circular; further, the sectional area of the feed inlet 1 and the sectional area of the discharge outlet 2 are equal; or the sectional area of the feed inlet 1 is slightly larger than that of the discharge outlet 2; the section of the discharge hole 2 of the square-round section 3 is square; the splash-proof skirt 11 is arranged at the discharge port 2, and the sludge splash-proof skirt 11 is arranged at the discharge port 2 of the sludge conveying device, so that sludge splashing caused by the fact that sludge vertically falls onto a coal conveyor belt can be effectively reduced; by adopting the scheme, the coal slime is more uniformly mixed, so that the sludge is prevented from splashing onto the raw coal conveyor belt, and raw coal and sludge at the edge of the conveyor belt are uniformly doped; the sludge and the raw coal are uniformly mixed and fully blended, so that the utilization rate of the sludge is improved.
