本发明涉及防晒霜领域,具体涉及一种微胶囊防晒霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
大气臭氧层的破坏使人们受到更多的紫外线辐射,日光中的紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)主要分为三个波段,分别是短波UVC(200~280nm)、中波UVB(280~320nm)和长波UVA(320~400nm)。中长波段紫外线UVB、UVA则能穿透云层和臭氧层到达地表面,引起人们皮肤的表皮层和真皮浅层发生病变。特别是中波UVB(280~320nm)波段,中波UVB可造成角质形成细胞DNA损伤,使角质形成细胞出现异型增生、表皮突消失、产生炎症反应等。除此之外,中波UVB对正常人黑素细胞(MCS)和角质形成细胞(KCS)有更明显的影响,可能会诱导恶性黑色素瘤和非黑色素瘤皮肤癌。
随着人们对紫外线辐射认识的增强,越来越多的人们通过涂抹含有防晒剂的化妆品来屏蔽或是吸收阳光中的紫外线,避免过量辐射对人体的损伤。但是在涂抹防晒化妆品的同时,其中的防晒剂会渗入皮肤,引起刺激、过敏等一系列不适反应。现今消费者对化妆品品质的要求日益提高,为了满足人们的需求,商家开始利用微胶囊技术保护产品活性成分、提高产品质量。
现有技术中常用出现一种具备优良UVB辐射吸收型的OMC(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)防晒霜,是一种目前应用最为广泛的化学防晒剂之一,不仅在280nm~320nm处有极好的紫外吸收强度,并且安全性好、对皮肤刺激性小及在油溶性物料中具备良好的相容性,其是当前市面使用最广、用量最大的一种化学防晒剂。但这种防晒霜中的防晒剂会直接大面积接触皮肤,引起人体不适,而且人体感官性能差,存在防晒剂防晒效果有限,紫外吸收效果不好,SPF(防晒系数)值低下的问题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种微胶囊防晒霜及其制备方法,该防晒霜能降低人体不适感,且紫外吸收效果良好、SPF值更高。
本发明的技术方案是:一种微胶囊防晒霜,所述微胶囊防晒霜按重量百分比主要由以下物质组成:

所述防晒微胶囊源自专利申请号为:201710730056.6第【0007】段和【0008】段提及的疏水防晒微胶囊,即:一种疏水防晒微胶囊,包括芯材和壁材,芯材为甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯,壁材为壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶和酪蛋白酸钠;芯材与壁材的质量比为1:1-4:1。
在上述的疏水防晒微胶囊中,作为优选的,所述壁材壳聚糖、阿拉伯胶和酪蛋白酸钠的量落在一范围内,所述范围以重量百分数计,壳聚糖15%-70%,阿拉伯胶10%-50%,酪蛋白酸钠10%-50%。该防晒微胶囊内涵的防晒剂的剂量太高,并不能直接运用在人体上。
所述乳化剂为EMULFEEL SGP。所述EMULFEEL SGP乳化剂从上海利盛化学品有限公司采购获得,其生产批次为:CN027-1216。
本发明还提供微胶囊防晒霜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称量:按所述重量百分比称量防晒微胶囊、甘油、丙二醇、尿囊素、EDTA-2Na、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、荷荷巴油、乳化剂、山柚油和去离子水;
(2)将称量的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯放置于第一器皿中,然后加入丙二醇至第一器皿中,再将第一器皿置于60-80℃的水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解;
(3)在第一器皿中继续加入称量的甘油、尿囊素、EDTA-2Na、防晒微胶囊和去离子水,在60-80℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将称量的荷荷巴油、山柚油、乳化剂投入第二器皿中,在60~80℃水浴加热,搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将所述混合物A与所述混合物B混合,得到混合物C,用高速剪切机剪切所述混合物C,剪切时间为25-35分钟,控制转速为9000-11000rpm,形成均匀膏霜;
(6)将所述膏霜冷却至室温,即得所述微胶囊防晒霜。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备以下有益效果:
1.参照国标GB/T 13868-2009《感官分析-建立感官分析实验室的一般导则》对本发明微胶囊防晒霜进行检测,本发明在光泽度、铺展性、厚重感、粘感、柔软感方面对比市面上的防晒霜较为优越;
2.本发明的微胶囊防晒霜引入所述防晒微胶囊,该防晒微胶囊使用的天然高分子壁材具有紫外吸收的效果,微胶囊形成的空腔囊状结构对紫外线具有阻隔和散射作用,与其他物质能起到协同增效的作用,因此比现有技术的OMC(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)防晒霜具有更高的防紫外线效果;
3.本发明选用防晒微胶囊作为主要防晒成分,能有效减缓防晒剂的释放速度,降低人体的不适感,能直接运用在人体上;
4.本发明微胶囊防晒霜经测试相比现有技术的OMC(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)防晒霜具有更高的SPF值。

实施例1:
所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:按所述重量百分比称量5g防晒微胶囊、1g甘油、1g丙二醇、0.1g尿囊素、0.01gEDTA-2Na、0.1g对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、0.1g对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、0.5g荷荷巴油、1.5g乳化剂、0.5g山柚油、1g二氧化钛、89.19g去离子水;
(2)将步骤(1)中所述对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯放置于第一器皿中,加入丙二醇,于60℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解;
(3)在步骤(2)中所述第一器皿中继续加入步骤(1)中所述甘油、尿囊素、EDTA-2Na、防晒微胶囊、去离子水,在60℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将步骤(1)中所述荷荷巴油、山柚油、乳化剂投入第二器皿中,在60℃水浴加热,搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将步骤(2)中的混合物A与步骤(3)中的混合物B混合,得到混合物C,用高速剪切机剪切所述混合物C25分钟,控制转速为9000rpm,形成均匀膏霜;
(6)将所述膏霜冷却至室温,即得所述微胶囊防晒霜A。
实施例2:
所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:称量20g防晒微胶囊、4g甘油、1g丙二醇、0.25g尿囊素、0.02gEDTA-2Na、0.1g对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、0.1g对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、1.5g荷荷巴油、3g乳化剂、3g山柚油、67.03g去离子水;
(2)将步骤(1)中所述对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯放置于第一器皿中,加入丙二醇,于70℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解;
(3)在步骤(2)中所述第一器皿中继续加入步骤(1)中所述甘油、尿囊素、EDTA-2Na、防晒微胶囊、去离子水,在70℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将步骤(1)中所述荷荷巴油、山柚油、乳化剂投入第二器皿中,在70℃水浴加热,搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将步骤(2)中的混合物A与步骤(3)中的混合物B混合,得到混合物C,用高速剪切机剪切所述混合物C 30分钟,控制转速为10000rpm,形成均匀膏霜;
(6)将所述膏霜冷却至室温,即得所述微胶囊防晒霜B。
实施例3:
所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:称量20g防晒微胶囊、5g甘油、3g丙二醇、0.3g尿囊素、0.07gEDTA-2Na、0.3g对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、0.3g对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、1.5g荷荷巴油、5g乳化剂、3g山柚油、61.53g去离子水;
(2)将步骤(1)中所述对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯放置于第一器皿中,加入丙二醇,于70℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解;
(3)在步骤(2)中所述第一器皿中继续加入步骤(1)中所述甘油、尿囊素、EDTA-2Na、防晒微胶囊、去离子水,在70℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将步骤(1)中所述荷荷巴油、山柚油、乳化剂投入第二器皿中,在70℃水浴加热,搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将步骤(2)中的混合物A与步骤(3)中的混合物B混合,得到混合物C,用高速剪切机剪切所述混合物C 30分钟,控制转速为10000rpm,形成均匀膏霜;
(6)将所述膏霜冷却至室温,即得所述微胶囊防晒霜C。
实施例
1.微胶囊防晒霜感官评价及分析参照国家制定的标准GB/T13868-2009《感官分析-建立感官分析实验室的一般导则》,建立实验室感官分析标准,参考上述标准,对防晒霜进行评价实验。膏霜类、乳液类化妆品的一般评价指标的4个阶段,外观评价、挑起阶段评价、涂抹阶段评价、涂后残留外观以及涂后感的评价。选择其中光泽度、铺展性、厚重感、粘感和柔软感包括四个阶段评价指标进行实验。选择约20位健康状况良好的志愿者,年龄在20岁到40岁之间,志愿者应具备正确的感觉辨别能力。本发明的微胶囊防晒霜与市场上的5种普通防晒霜进行对比试验。吸取一定量的样品(约2mg/cm2)置于志愿者的手臂内侧,志愿者用另一只手手指进行涂布,涂布呈2.5cm的圆形区域,以每秒钟两圈的速度进行涂布,在此过程中同时进行感官评测,进行评分,其结果如表1所示。

表明本发明相对于现有技术中的OMC防晒剂,具有良好的光泽度、铺展性、厚重感、粘感和柔软感。
图1中可以看出防晒微胶囊具有抑制防晒剂的释放,而本发明选用防晒微胶囊作为防晒成分,能有效抑制防晒剂的释放,降低人体不适感。
图2中的本发明的微胶囊防晒霜内的防晒微胶囊含一定量的OMC防晒剂,在使用等量同种OMC防晒剂的情况下,比现有技术的OMC(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)防晒霜紫外吸收要好很多。
图3中的本发明的微胶囊防晒霜内的防晒微胶囊含一定量的OMC防晒剂,经测试在使用等量同种防晒剂的情况下,比现有技术的OMC(甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯)防晒霜具有更高的SPF值。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

4.一种如权利要求1-3任一项所述的微胶囊防晒霜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称量:按所述重量百分比称量防晒微胶囊、甘油、丙二醇、尿囊素、EDTA-2Na、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、荷荷巴油、乳化剂、山柚油和去离子水;
(2)将称量的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和对羟基苯甲酸丙酯放置于第一器皿中,然后加入丙二醇至第一器皿中,再将第一器皿置于60-80℃的水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解;
(3)在第一器皿中继续加入称量的甘油、尿囊素、EDTA-2Na、防晒微胶囊和去离子水,在60-80℃水浴中加热,直至第一器皿中的固体溶解,搅拌均匀,得到混合物A;
(4)将称量的荷荷巴油、山柚油、乳化剂投入第二器皿中,在60~80℃水浴加热,搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
(5)将所述混合物A与所述混合物B混合,得到混合物C,用高速剪切机剪切所述混合物C,剪切时间为25-35分钟,控制转速为9000-11000rpm,形成均匀膏霜;
(6)将所述膏霜冷却至室温,即得所述微胶囊防晒霜。
