Description

Dish washing machine control method and dish washing machine
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of equipment control, and particularly relates to a dishwasher control method and a dishwasher.
Background
The use of the dishwasher in the prior art only aims at cleaning and drying, and the machine executes the operation instructed by the user, and ignores the personalized requirements of the user on the washing process and the washing effect in the implementation process of the operation. In real life, the requirements of users on the washing quality are comprehensive and complex; accordingly, the evaluation of the washing effect by the user also varies from person to person. However, the dishwasher is usually a specific device when delivered to the hands of a user from a factory, and the program operation and program parameters are also specific and cannot be edited in the using process of the device; on the other hand, even if some dishwashers have a function that allows program editing, it is difficult for the general user to obtain the program editing capability, and it is obviously unreasonable to make a request for the user to grasp a professional skill in order to enable the user to edit the device program. Generally, users can only make suggestions about saving washing time or concentratedly washing glass products by equipment according to life experiences and requirements of users. However, the opinions are subjective opinions of the user and are hopes of the user on the washing process and the washing effect, and the opinions cannot be converted into programs which can be identified by the equipment, so that the equipment cannot execute the programs according to the hopes of the user. When the dishwasher in the prior art sets program parameters such as program power and the like, a user is required to input specific numerical values, which requires the capability of converting self requirements into corresponding program parameters, and is obviously impossible for general users. In addition, in the dishwasher in the prior art, even if a user fails to provide satisfactory washing effect, the dishwasher cannot convert the evaluation of the user into a method for self program adjustment; further, the dissatisfaction of the user with the washing effect may be composed of various factors, and the dishwasher may not analyze the user's evaluation in more detail on the basis of the failure to know the user's evaluation. Furthermore, how to realize self-monitoring, self-adjustment and how to adjust the dishwasher according to the user's desire during the operation process, puts higher demands on the control method of the dishwasher. Therefore, when a user uses the device, a plurality of hopes are often required to be realized together, and how to meet various requirements of the user and how to feed back the evaluation on the effect of the user on the device after the washing operation is finished to the dishwasher, so that the dishwasher makes further and automatic first adjustment according to the evaluation becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.

s10, the control system judges whether the composite program is finished, if yes, the step S2 is executed; if not, go to step S3;
by the technical scheme in the embodiment, the operation condition of the composite program can be analyzed in the operation process of the composite program, the operation condition of the composite program is judged and classified after being analyzed, and different means and measures are taken according to the operation conditions of the composite programs of different classes to adjust the operation conditions of the composite programs.
Further preferably, when a plurality of running parameters of the currently running composite program are available, the composite program self-adjustment control method is executed respectively for different running parameters;
still further preferably, the operating parameters include: power, time;
still further preferably, the operating condition characterizing parameters include: temperature, vibration amplitude, noise, energy consumption, water cleanliness.
Therefore, in the control method of the dishwasher in the embodiment, under the real-time monitoring of the control system, if the running condition does not reach the standard, all parameters of the moving parts of the equipment are improved, the actions of the moving parts are increased, and the washing efficiency is improved; if the running state exceeds the standard, all parameters of the moving part are reduced, the action of the moving part is weakened, the negative effects of noise, vibration and the like are reduced, and the execution effect of the auxiliary program is guaranteed.
Example two
The dishwasher control method described in the present embodiment is different from the above-described embodiments in that: in the running process of the composite program, a control system mainly judges whether the running condition exceeds the standard or/and the running condition does not reach the standard according to a comparison result between an actual value of the running condition characterization parameter of the composite program and a target value of the running condition characterization parameter of the composite program and a corresponding threshold; the control system records the running condition exceeding accumulated time and/or the running condition failing accumulated time which occur during the execution of the composite program, and resets the corresponding threshold when the running condition exceeding accumulated time or/and the running condition failing accumulated time of the program exceed the corresponding set values;
preferably, the dishwasher control method mainly includes the steps of, when resetting the respective threshold value:
a1, starting a starting program;
a2, the control system judges whether the equipment is currently running the composite program; if yes, go to step A3; if not, waiting for preset time to continue executing the step;
a3, the control system monitors the running state of the composite program in real time and judges whether the running state of the composite program exceeds the standard or not; if yes, go to step A4; if not, executing the step A5;
a4, the control system calculates the cumulative time t1 that the running condition of the composite program exceeds the standard and records the cumulative time until the program is terminated; step a7 is executed;
a5, the control system monitors the running state of the composite program in real time and judges whether the running state of the composite program does not reach the standard or not; if yes, go to step A6; if not, executing the step A3;
a6, calculating and recording the cumulative time t2 when the running state of the composite program does not reach the standard by the control system until the program is terminated; step A8 is executed;
a7, the control system compares the running condition exceeding accumulated time t1 with a corresponding set value, and judges whether the running condition exceeding accumulated time t1 exceeds the corresponding set value; if yes, go to step A9; if not, executing the step A11;
a8, the control system compares the running state non-standard accumulated time t2 with a corresponding set value, and judges whether the running state non-standard accumulated time t2 exceeds the corresponding set value; if yes, go to step A10; if not, executing the step A11;
a9, the control system judges that the corresponding threshold of the composite program is in doubt, and reduces the corresponding threshold of the program; step a11 is executed;

a11, executing the step A2;
the dishwasher control method described in this embodiment can adjust the preset parameters and threshold values by the control capability of the control system. When the actual operation of the composite program has the condition that the long-time operation condition does not reach the standard and/or the operation condition exceeds the standard, the control system can find the abnormal phenomenon in time and take corresponding countermeasures in time. In addition, in the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the preset value, the threshold value, the set value and the like of the control system are designed, which may be displayed by a manufacturer or manually set values and not accord with the desire of a user, the control system automatically resets the values in the control system through a dishwasher control method, so that the dishwasher develops towards the direction desired by the user in the control direction.
Further, the method for controlling the dishwasher according to the present embodiment further includes, between the step a11 and the step a2, the steps of:
b1, the control system records the continuous resetting times of the corresponding threshold values of each program, compares the continuous resetting times with the corresponding preset values and judges whether the continuous resetting times are larger than the corresponding preset values; if yes, go to step B2; if not, executing the step A2;
b2, the control system sends a prompt to the user to prompt the user to check that the equipment has a fault; step a2 is performed.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme in the embodiment, if the operation parameters of the composite program are adjusted for multiple times in the operation process, the problem that the comparison reference is unreasonable may exist, and at the moment, the control system adjusts the comparison references such as the parameters and the threshold value so as to ensure the effectiveness and the flexibility of adjustment of the processing program. The implementation principle of the method is that when the control system finds that the obvious and continuous running condition exceeds the standard in the running process of the composite program, in order to ensure that the running condition exceeds the standard can be relieved in time, the control system implements the operation of reducing the corresponding threshold, and the lower threshold can ensure that the running condition exceeds the standard, can be found in time at the initial stage of the running condition exceeding the standard, can be processed in time, and can avoid the running condition exceeding the standard from continuing. When the control system finds that the obvious continuous running state does not reach the standard in the running process of the composite program, the control system implements operation of improving the corresponding threshold value in order to ensure that the running state does not reach the standard can be relieved in time, and the higher threshold value can ensure that the running state does not reach the standard can be found and processed in time at the initial stage of the running state not reaching the standard, so that the running state not reaching the standard is prevented from continuing. And the implementation of the method is completely automatically completed based on the control system without manual intervention, thereby avoiding increasing the use burden for the user.

Introducing a secondary program in the aspect of composition of the composite program, wherein the secondary program is mainly used for representing the state and the type of the articles to be cleaned; when the equipment executes the washing operation under the control of the control system, the items to be washed are properly and pertinently processed according to the content emphasized by the subprogram, so that the washing effect is more in line with the actual situation of the items to be washed. When the user selects the auxiliary program, the auxiliary program takes the actual situation of the articles to be cleaned in the washing operation as a reference, and the user can select the auxiliary program only by the subjective knowledge of the actual situation of the articles to be cleaned by the user, without considering professional settings such as the operation intensity and the operation power of the program; the control system can automatically generate a corresponding composite program according to the subjective knowledge of the user.
Still further preferably, the control system judges whether the composition of the composite program includes a subprogram when obtaining the once identified composite program operating condition characterizing parameter; if the judgment result is yes, the control system compares the operation condition characterization parameters of the main program with the operation condition characterization parameters of the corresponding auxiliary program, and further obtains the operation condition characterization parameters of the once-identified composite program;

h3, judging whether the execution effect of each main program is satisfactory or not by the control system according to the evaluation of the user, if so, executing a step H5; if not, go to step H4;
h4, the control system acquires the target value of the once identified composite program operating condition characterizing parameter, corrects the value range of the target value of the once identified composite program operating condition characterizing parameter, and executes the operation of reducing the value range of the target value of the once identified composite program operating condition characterizing parameter when the later washing method is implemented; step H2 is performed;

By the technical scheme in the embodiment, the evaluation of the user can be fed back to the dish washing machine, so that the value range of the target value of the corresponding running condition characterization parameter of the corresponding program of the dish washing machine is corrected according to the evaluation of the user. And when the control system corrects the value range of the target value of the operation condition characterization parameter of the composite program, the primary identification and the secondary identification are respectively carried out. If the user indicates that the once-identified program operation effect is unsatisfactory, the control system reduces the value range of the target value of the once-identified composite program operation condition characterization parameter, the correction mode mainly considers that the once-identified object is a main program/a main program and an auxiliary program, and if the user does not satisfy the execution effect of the program, the user should consider the program from the perspective of compatibility before the program, for example, because the user makes a special requirement on the position of an article to be washed, the washing quality effect is unsatisfactory, so that the corresponding main program and the auxiliary program have better compatibility, and the purpose can be achieved by reducing the value range of the target value of the once-identified composite program operation condition characterization parameter. If the user is not satisfied with the secondary identified program operation effect, it is shown that a certain function related to the auxiliary program does not meet the user requirement when the main program is implemented, for example, the user collocates the auxiliary program related to noise after the main program is selected, and the actually obtained noise effect does not meet the user requirement, and the purpose can be achieved by narrowing the value range of the target value of the secondary identified composite program operation condition characterization parameter.
Further, the present invention introduces a dishwasher capable of implementing the above-described dishwasher control method.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
