As shown in FIG. 7, when the lid handle 24 is rotated to the locking position, the protruding portion of the lid handle 24 abuts the first locking member 22 to insert the first locking member 22 into the lid locking opening 1221, thereby restricting the separation of the lid body 21 from the second body portion 12. Furthermore, when the first locking member 22 moves to the process that the end portion thereof is inserted into the lid locking opening 1221, the first elastic member 23 is compressed to store elastic potential energy. When the lid handle 24 is rotated to the detachable position, as shown in fig. 6, the non-protruding portion of the lid handle 24 corresponds to the first locking member 22, and the first elastic member 23 releases the elastic potential energy, so that the first locking member 22 is moved out of the lid locking opening 1221, thereby allowing the lid body 21 to be separated from the second body portion 12.
Further, in the present embodiment, the cover handle 24 is detachably attached to the cover body 21. Specifically, referring to fig. 7, the cover handle 24 includes a housing 241, a second locking member 242 and a second elastic member 243, the housing 241 is provided with a second cavity 203 therein, and the housing 241 is further provided with a cover handle avoiding hole 204 communicating with the second cavity 203. The second locking piece 242 includes a cover handle locking body 2421, a cover handle pressing part 2422, and a cover handle hook part 2423. The cover handle locking body 2421 is located in the first cavity 201, and one end of the cover handle locking body 2421 is connected with the cover handle pressing part 2422, and the other end is connected with the cover handle hook part 2423. The cover handle pressing part 2422 is slidably disposed through the cover handle avoiding hole 204, the cover handle hook part 2423 extends out of the housing 241, the cover handle hook part 2423 is located in the first cavity 201 when the cover handle 24 is connected with the cover body 21, and the cover handle hook part 2423 can limit the cover handle 24 to be separated from the cover body 21. The cap hook part 2423 can be accommodated in the case 241 when the cap pressing part 2422 is pressed, so that the cap 24 can be separated from the cap body 21. The number of the second locking members 242 and the cover handle avoiding holes 204 is two, each second locking member 242 corresponds to each cover handle avoiding hole 204, the two second locking members 242 are disposed opposite to each other, and the second elastic member 243 elastically abuts between the two second locking members 242.
When the cover handle 24 is mounted, the two handle pressing portions 2422 are pressed so that the two second locking pieces 242 move toward each other to reduce the distance between the two second locking pieces 242. In this way, the cover handle hook part 2423 is retracted into the case 241 so that the cover handle 24 can be inserted into the first cavity 201 from the first cover handle mounting hole 202. In addition, during the movement of the two second locking members 242 toward each other, the second elastic member 243 is compressed to store elastic potential energy. Then, by releasing the handle pressing portion 2422, the two second locking pieces 242 move back and forth under the action of the second elastic piece 243, and the handle hook portion 2423 extends out of the housing 241 and is located in the first cavity 201. At this time, the lid handle hook part 2423 can restrict the lid handle 24 from being separated from the lid body 21.
In this embodiment, referring mainly to fig. 9, the outer lid 211 includes a lid body 2111 and a mounting portion 2112 connected to each other, the mounting portion 2112 has a second lid handle mounting hole 205 (refer to fig. 6 and 7) communicated with the first lid handle mounting hole 202, and an end of the lid handle 24 is inserted into the first lid handle mounting hole 202 and the second lid handle mounting hole 205. The side wall of the mounting portion 2112 is further provided with a first locking groove 2113 and a second locking groove, and the cover handle hook portion 2423 extends into the first cavity 201 from the first locking groove 2113 to limit the separation of the cover handle 24 and the cover body 21. Also, the first locking groove 2113 can escape the lid handle hook portion 2423 when the lid handle 24 is rotated. The second locking groove corresponds to the first locking member 22, and when the lid handle 24 is rotated to the locking position, the protruding portion of the cam structure 244 extends into the second locking groove to push the first locking member 22 to be inserted into the lid locking opening 1221.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water bottle further includes a handle 30, and the handle 30 is detachably connected to the second body 12. Of course, in other embodiments, the handle 30 may be detachably connected to the first body 11 and/or the third body 13.
Specifically, referring to fig. 10 to 13, the second body 12 is provided with a handle locking opening 141, and the handle 30 includes a handle body 31, a handle locking member 32 and a handle elastic member 33. The handle body 31 has a handle cavity 301 therein, and the handle body 31 further has a handle clearance hole 302 communicating with the handle cavity 301. The handle locking piece 32 is provided with a locking end 321 and a force application end 322 which are oppositely arranged, the locking end 321 is positioned in the handle cavity 301, and the force application end 322 is slidably arranged in the handle clearance hole 302. The handle elastic member 33 elastically abuts between the handle body 31 and the handle locking member 32. The handle lock 32 is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position, with the handle lock 32 in the locked position and the locking end 321 positioned within the handle lock notch 141 to connect the handle 30 to the second body portion 12. When the handle lock 32 is in the unlocked position, the locking end 321 is positioned outside the handle lock notch 141 to enable the handle 30 to be separated from the second body 12. Also, the handle elastic member 33 stores elastic potential energy when the handle locking member 32 is located at the unlocking position, so that the handle locking member 32 can be reset to the locking position.
In the present embodiment, referring mainly to fig. 10 and 12, the handle body 31 includes an upper shell 311 and a lower shell 312, the upper shell 311 and the lower shell 312 are connected to form the handle cavity 301, and the handle avoiding hole 302 is disposed on the upper shell 311. The handle elastic member 33 is coupled with the lower case 312, and the lower case 312 further has a guide member 3124. The guide member 3124 is further provided with a guide groove 3125, and the handle elastic member 33 is located in the guide groove 3125 to prevent the handle elastic member 33 from swinging when compressed. The handle lock 32 is sleeved on the guide 3124 to guide when the handle lock 32 moves between the locked position and the unlocked position. Furthermore, a fastener 34 is threadedly connected to the guide member 3124, and the fastener 34 is inserted into the handle locking member 32 to limit the handle locking member 32 from being separated from the guide member 3124 by the handle elastic member 33.
When installed, the handle 30 is placed at the locking end 321 in a position corresponding to the handle lock notch 141 by pressing the handle lock 32 to the unlocked position. At this time, the handle elastic member 33 compresses and stores elastic potential energy. The handle lock 32 is then released. The handle elastic member 33 is reset to drive the handle locking member 32 to move to the locking position, and the locking end 321 is positioned in the handle locking notch 141, thereby limiting the separation of the handle 30 from the kettle body 10. When it is desired to remove the handle 30, the handle lock 32 is pressed again to the unlocked position to remove the handle lock 32 from the handle lock notch 141. At this point, the handle 30 can be detached from the jug 10.
In addition, referring to fig. 16, a positioning groove 108 may be further formed on the kettle, and a positioning protrusion 303 may be disposed on the handle 30 corresponding to the positioning groove 108. During installation, the handle 30 can be positioned by the positioning groove 108 and the positioning protrusion 303, so that the locking end 321 can be accurately moved into the handle locking notch 141 when the handle locking member 32 is released.
In this embodiment, and with reference mainly to figure 11, the kettle body 10 further comprises a bracket 14, the bracket 14 is connected to the second body 12, and the bracket 14 is provided with a handle lock opening 141. By providing the bracket 14, the handle lock 32 is indirectly connected to the second body portion 12, and thus, the need for a slot in the second body portion 12 is avoided.
In addition, mainly refer to fig. 13, the inner wall of the handle body 31 is provided with a first rib 3121, a second rib 3122 and a third rib 3123, the first rib 3121 and the second rib 3122 are disposed oppositely, the bracket 14 is abutted between the first rib 3121 and the second rib 3122, the third rib 3123 is abutted on one side of the bracket 14 facing the bottom of the pot body 10, and the first rib 3121, the second rib 3122 and the third rib 3123 can limit the relative position of the handle 30 and the pot body 10 together.
It is worth mentioning that, referring mainly to fig. 3 and 12, the side of the handle 30 facing the kettle body 10 has two limiting protrusions 3126, and the number of the limiting protrusions 3126 is two. The third end 121 abuts against one of the limiting protrusions 3126, the fifth end 131 abuts against the other limiting protrusion 3126, and the limiting protrusions 3126 can limit the second body portion 12 from moving along the direction from the fourth end 122 to the third end 121, and limit the third body portion 13 from moving along the direction from the sixth end 132 to the fifth end 131. Thus, when the handle 30 is connected to the can 10, the limiting protrusions 3126 can limit the can 10 from folding under the action of external force. Moreover, by providing the limiting protrusion 3126, when the handle 30 is held, the limiting protrusion 3126 can support the second body 12 and the third body 13, the position of the handle 30 for supporting the pot body 10 is increased, and the concentration of the acting force on the bracket 14 is avoided, so that the connection between the handle 30 and the pot body 10 is more reliable.
Further, referring mainly to fig. 2 and 14, the kettle body 10 further includes a bottom plate 15 and a heating structure, i.e. the kettle is an electric kettle. The pot 10 is connected to the first end 111, and the first body 11, the second body 12, the third body 13 and the bottom plate 15 enclose a water storage cavity 105. The heating structure comprises a bottom shell 161, a heating part 162 and a first electric connection part 163, wherein the bottom shell 161 is connected with the bottom plate 15 and forms the accommodating cavity 106, the heating part 162 is positioned in the accommodating cavity 106 and is electrically connected with the first electric connection part 163, and the heating part 162 is used for heating the bottom plate 15, so as to heat the liquid in the water storage cavity 105. The kettle further comprises a power cord 40, the power cord 40 is detachably connected with the bottom case 161, the first electric connection part 163 is electrically connected with the power cord 40 when the power cord 40 is connected with the bottom case 161, and the power cord 40 is used for connecting the first electric connection part 163 to an external power supply.
In this embodiment, the heating structure further includes a heating plate 169, the heating plate 169 is an aluminum plate, and the heating plate 169 is fixed on a side surface of the bottom plate 15 facing the accommodating chamber 106. The heating part 162 is a heating pipe structure and is fixed on a side surface of the heating plate 169 facing the accommodating chamber 106. When the heating unit 162 is energized, heat is generated, and the heat is transferred to the liquid in the water storage chamber 105 through the heating plate 169 and the bottom plate 15 to heat the liquid.
Referring to fig. 1, 14 and 15 together, the power cord 40 includes a socket 41, a plug (not shown), a second electric connection part 43, a power locking member 44 and a power elastic member (not shown). A power supply cavity 401 is arranged in the socket 41, and the socket 41 is further provided with a socket avoiding hole 402 communicated with the power supply cavity 401. The second electric connecting part 43 is disposed in the power supply cavity 401 and electrically connected to the plug through a wire, and the second electric connecting part 43 can be electrically connected to the first electric connecting part 163 when the power supply line 40 is connected to the bottom case 161. The power locking member 44 and the power elastic member are both located in the power cavity 401, and the power locking member 44 includes a power locking body 441, a power pressing portion 442, and a power hooking portion 443. One end of the power locking body 441 is rotatably connected to the socket 41, and the other end is connected to the power hook 443. The power pressing portion 442 is connected to the power locking body 441 and slidably disposed through the insertion avoiding hole 402. The bottom case 161 is provided with a power locking opening 107, when the power cord 40 is connected to the bottom case 161, the power hook portion 443 is located in the power locking opening 107 to limit the power cord 40 from being separated from the bottom case 161, when the power pressing portion 442 is pressed, the power locking body 441 can drive the power hook portion 443 to move out of the power locking opening 107, and the power cord 40 can be separated from the heating structure.
In this embodiment, the number of the power locking pieces 44 is two, and the power elastic piece is located between the two power locking pieces 44. By providing two power locks 44, the user is facilitated to apply force.
Referring primarily to fig. 2, 16 and 17, the heating structure further includes a mounting base 164, a first contact 165, a second contact 166, a pressure-holding member and a thermal sensing member 168. Both the first contact 165 and the second contact 166 are connected to the mounting seat 164, one of the first contact 165 and the second contact 166 is connected to the first electrical connection portion 163, and the other is electrically connected to the heating portion 162. When the pressing member is rotatably connected to the mounting seat 164 and the power cord 40 is connected to the bottom case 161, the power cord 40 drives the pressing member to rotate, so that the first contact 165 contacts with the second contact 166. The thermal sensing member 168 is coupled to the second body portion 12, and the thermal sensing member 168 is capable of driving the first contact 165 to move to separate the first contact 165 from the second contact 166 when the base plate 15 reaches a predetermined temperature value.
Specifically, the pressing member includes a swinging portion 1671 and a pressing portion 1672, both the swinging portion 1671 and the pressing portion 1672 are rotatably connected to the mounting base 164, and the swinging portion 1671 can drive the pressing portion 1672 to swing in a direction opposite to a swinging direction of the swinging portion 1671 when the swinging portion 1671 rotates. In the process of connecting the power cord 40 to the bottom case 161, the socket 41 drives the swing portion 1671 to swing in the X direction shown in the figure. At the same time, the swing portion 1671 drives the pressure portion 1672 to swing in the direction opposite to the illustrated X direction, so that the pressure portion 1672 can be separated from the first contact 165 step by step. In this embodiment, the first contact 165 is a spring structure, and the first contact 165 is located below the second contact 166. When the pressing portion 1672 is separated from the first contact 165, the first contact 165 can move to a position where it abuts against the second contact 166 by its own elastic force, so that the first electric connection portion 163 is electrically connected to the heating portion 162. Moreover, the socket 41 is provided with a groove, when the power cord 40 is inserted to the end position, part of the structure of the swing portion 1671 is located in the groove, so that the swing portion 1671 is separated from the pressing portion 1672, and the pressing portion 1672 keeps the position unchanged under the action of the elastic member 109, thereby preventing the pressing portion 1672 from rotating under the action of its own weight to drive the first contact 165 to separate from the second contact 166.
When the liquid in the water storage cavity 105 is boiled, the heat sensing element 168 is deformed by heat and drives the pressing portion 1672 to swing so as to drive the first contact 165 and the second contact 166 to separate. At this time, the heater 162 is turned off to stop heating the liquid in the water storage chamber 105.
As shown in fig. 18, the present invention further provides a container set, which comprises a storage box and the above-mentioned kettle, wherein the kettle can be stored in the storage box. The storage box includes a box body 50 and a top cover, which is not shown for the convenience of viewing.
When the kettle is stored, the handle 30 and the power cord 40 can be disassembled, and the kettle body 10 can be compressed to a folded state, so as to reduce the height of the kettle body 10. Of course, the lid handle 24 may also be removed to further reduce the height of the storage box. Moreover, the containing box can also avoid the loss of parts and is convenient to store.

1. A water jug, comprising:
the kettle body comprises a first body part and a second body part, the first body part and the second body part are sleeved, and the second body part can move relative to the first body part along the axial direction of the first body part so as to switch the kettle body between an unfolded state and a folded state;
a handle removably connected to at least one of the first body portion and the second body portion;
the kettle cover comprises a cover body, a first locking piece, a first elastic piece and a cover handle, wherein a first cavity is arranged inside the cover body, the first locking piece is positioned in the first cavity and is in sliding connection with the cover body, the first elastic piece elastically supports between the first locking piece and the cover body, the cover body is further provided with a first cover handle mounting hole communicated with the first cavity, the cover handle penetrates through the first cover handle mounting hole and is rotationally connected with the cover body, the cover handle can rotate between a locking position and a detachable position, when the cover handle rotates to the locking position, the cover handle pushes the first locking piece to be inserted into the kettle cover locking hole, the first elastic piece stores elastic potential energy, and when the cover handle rotates to the detachable position, the first elastic piece releases elastic potential energy and pushes the first locking piece to move out of the kettle cover locking port.
2. The kettle according to claim 1, wherein the kettle body further comprises a third body portion, the third body portion is sleeved with the first body portion and the second body portion, the third body portion is located between the first body portion and the second body portion, the third body portion is capable of moving relative to the first body portion along the axial direction of the first body portion, and the second body portion is capable of moving relative to the third body portion along the axial direction of the third body portion.

The kettle of claim 2, wherein said first body portion has a first end and a second end disposed opposite each other, the second body part is provided with a third end and a fourth end which are oppositely arranged, the third body part is provided with a fifth end and a sixth end which are oppositely arranged, the kettle body also comprises a first sealing element and a second sealing element, the first sealing element is connected with the second end, the second sealing element is connected with the sixth end, when the kettle body is in an unfolded state, the first sealing element is positioned between the outer wall of the second end and the inner wall of the fifth end, the second sealing element is positioned between the outer wall of the sixth end and the inner wall of the third end, when the kettle body is in a folded state, the first seal is located between an outer wall of the second end and an inner wall of the sixth end, and the second seal is located between an outer wall of the sixth end and an inner wall of the fourth end.
4. The pitcher of claim 3, wherein the second end has a first flange extending radially outward of the first body portion, the first seal having a first seal groove therein, the first flange being positioned within the first seal groove;
the sixth end is provided with a second flanging extending along the radial outward direction of the third body part, a second sealing groove is formed in the second sealing element, and the second flanging is located in the second sealing groove.
5. A kettle as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein said kettle body further comprises a third sealing member and a fourth sealing member, said third sealing member being connected to said third end and said fourth sealing member being connected to said fifth end, said third sealing member being located between the outer wall of said sixth end and the inner wall of said third end when said kettle body is in an expanded state, said fourth sealing member being located between the outer wall of said second end and the inner wall of said fifth end, said third sealing member being located between the outer wall of said fifth end and the inner wall of said third end when said kettle body is in a collapsed state, and said fourth sealing member being located between the outer wall of said first end and the inner wall of said fifth end.
6. The pitcher of claim 5, wherein the third end has a third flange extending radially inward of the second body portion, the third seal having a third seal groove therein, the third flange being positioned within the third seal groove;
the fifth end is provided with a fourth flanging extending along the radial inward direction of the third body part, a fourth sealing groove is formed in the fourth sealing element, and the fourth flanging is located in the fourth sealing groove.
7. The kettle of claim 1, wherein the second body portion has a handle locking opening, the handle comprises a handle body, a handle locking member and a handle elastic member, the handle body has a handle cavity therein, the handle body further has a handle clearance hole communicating with the handle cavity, the handle locking member has a locking end and a force applying end disposed opposite to each other, the locking end is disposed in the handle cavity, the force applying end is slidably disposed through the handle clearance hole, the handle elastic member is elastically supported between the handle body and the handle locking member, the handle locking member is capable of moving between a locking position and an unlocking position, when the handle locking member is in the locking position, the locking end is disposed in the handle locking opening to connect the handle with the second body portion, when the handle locking member is in the unlocking position, the locking end is located outside the handle locking port, so that the handle can be separated from the second body part, the handle elastic piece stores elastic potential energy when the handle locking piece is located at the unlocking position, and the handle elastic piece can drive the handle locking piece to reset to the locking position.
8. The kettle as claimed in claim 7, wherein the kettle body further comprises a bracket, the bracket is connected to the second body portion, the bracket is provided with the handle locking opening, the inner wall of the handle body is provided with a first rib, a second rib and a third rib, the first rib is arranged opposite to the second rib, the bracket abuts against between the first rib and the second rib, and the third rib abuts against one side of the bracket facing the bottom of the kettle body.

A kettle as claimed in claim 8, wherein the handle has a stop projection on a side thereof facing the kettle body, the second body portion abutting against the stop projection, the stop projection being capable of limiting movement of the second body portion in a direction axially of the second body portion and closer to the first body portion.
