In this case, the second opening preventing member 32 can move downward together with the first opening preventing member 31, but cannot move upward together therewith, and the upward movement of the second opening preventing member 32 is achieved by the upward elastic force of the second elastic member 34.
Alternatively, as in the illustrated embodiment, the surface where the first head portion 310 of the first opening preventing member 31 and the second head portion 320 of the second opening preventing member 32 abut against each other may be a slope inclined toward the side where the first lever portion 311 is located from top to bottom (as shown in fig. 3 and 4). With the inclined surface, the movement of the second opening preventing member 32 along with the first opening preventing member 31 can be more stable, the occurrence of large shaking is avoided, and the positions are restricted to each other in the horizontal direction, so that the structure and the like are stabilized. In this aspect, the first head 310 may be configured as a semi-conical recess. Alternatively, in an embodiment not shown, the surfaces of the first head 310 and the second head 320 abutting each other may be planar. The scheme is convenient for the production and manufacture of the two opening prevention parts.
In other embodiments, not shown, the first opening prevention member 31 is integrally formed or fixedly connected with the second opening prevention member 32 via a connecting portion extending in the horizontal direction. The two anti-opening parts are integrally formed to form a whole and are installed in the cover body 100, so that the assembly process between the two parts is omitted, and the assembly efficiency is high. Both of the opening prevention members are independent members, and are installed into the cover body 100 by being fixedly coupled to form one integral piece, thereby facilitating independent manufacture of the two opening prevention members. Illustratively, the connection may be configured as a first head 310 and a second head 320, and the two heads may be fixedly connected, such as by adhesive, plugging, fastener securing, or the like. According to the design scheme, the degree of freedom of the connection mode design between the first opening preventing component 31 and the second opening preventing component 32 is higher, the first opening preventing component 31 and the second opening preventing component 32 can be stably connected and synchronously move, and the second opening preventing component 32 moves upwards along with the first opening preventing component 31, so that the second elastic piece 34 can be omitted.
As described above, the second connection member 41 is provided on the center line of the cover 100 extending in the longitudinal direction, and accordingly, the second opening preventing member 32 is also provided on the center line of the cover 100 extending in the longitudinal direction, whereby the lower end portion of the second opening preventing member 32 located at the first position can be more accurately positioned between the first connection member 40 and the second connection member 41, improving the blocking effect. The first opening preventing member 31 is provided on or offset from a center line of the cover 100 extending in the longitudinal direction. The setting position of the first opening preventing member 31 can be appropriately adjusted according to the accommodating space inside the cover body 1 in the design process, so long as the connection between the first opening preventing member 31 and the second opening preventing member 32 can be ensured, and the synchronous movement can be realized.
The cover body 1 is provided with a through hole, and the lower end portion of the opening prevention member is provided through the through hole so as to be extendable from the through hole. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the cover main body 1 is provided with a first through hole 11 and a second through hole 12 at intervals. The lower end portion of the first opening preventing member 31, specifically, the lower end portion of the first lever portion 311 is provided to penetrate the first through hole 11 and is extendable from the first through hole 11 to be partially located at the mounting position of the detachable cover 2. With the first through hole 11 of the cover body 1, the first opening prevention member 31 can extend through the cover body 1, and the first through hole 11 restricts the position of the first opening prevention member 31, ensuring a smoother upward and downward movement thereof.
The cover body 1 is provided with spacing ribs around the through holes at intervals, the spacing ribs extend upward and spacing the opening prevention member to guide the opening prevention member to move up and down. Specifically, first stopper ribs 110 are provided at intervals around the first through holes 11, and the first stopper ribs 110 extend upward and stopper the first opening preventing member 31 to guide the first opening preventing member 31 to move up and down. By using the first limiting rib 110, the circumference of the first opening preventing member 31 can be limited by the first limiting rib 110, so that the first opening preventing member is prevented from moving or shaking in the horizontal direction, and further, the first opening preventing member is ensured to move up and down more stably.
The lower end portion of the second opening preventing member 32 is penetrated through the second through hole 12 and is extendable from the second through hole 12 to block the movement of the first connecting member 40 toward the second connecting member 41. With the second through hole 12 of the cover body 1, the second opening prevention member 32 can extend through the cover body 1, and the second through hole 12 restricts the position of the second opening prevention member 32, ensuring a smoother upward and downward movement thereof. The second through holes 12 are provided with second limiting ribs 120 at intervals, and the second limiting ribs 120 extend upward and limit the second opening preventing member 32 to guide the second opening preventing member 32 to move up and down. By using the second limiting rib 120, the circumference of the second opening preventing member 32 can be limited by the second limiting rib 120, so that it is prevented from moving or shaking in the horizontal direction, and further, it is ensured that it moves up and down more stably.
The actions of the respective components are described below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, when the cooking appliance is assembled with the detachable cover 2, the detachable cover 2 is abutted with the first opening preventing member 31, the first opening preventing member 31 moves upward, compresses the first elastic member 33, the second opening preventing member 32 moves upward with it, the second opening preventing member 32 moves from the first position to the second position, and the first connecting member 40 can be normally fastened with the second connecting member 41, so that the cooker body normally works; referring to fig. 3 and 4, when the cooking appliance is not assembled with the detachable cover 2, the first opening preventing member 31 moves downward under the action of the first elastic member 33, the second opening preventing member 32 moves downward with it, the second opening preventing member 32 moves from the second position to the first position, and the first connecting member 40 cannot be normally fastened to the second connecting member 41, so that the pot body cannot normally work, and a function of preventing the detachable cover 2 from being leaked is achieved.
