As a first alternative implementation of this embodiment, the third driving device 13 pushes the upper cover 3 to perform the opening and closing movement by using an electric push rod.

12. A cooking apparatus according to claim 11, wherein a third driving device (13) is provided on the top wall of the housing (1), and the third driving device (13) is connected to the upper cover (3) for driving the upper cover (3) to open and close.
13. A rice cooking apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third driving means (13) is a motor, a motor shaft of which is fixedly provided on the top wall, and a motor body of which is provided on the upper cover (3).
14. A cooking arrangement according to claim 11, characterized in that the top wall is further provided with weighing means (14) for measuring the mass of the rice storage tub (2).
15. A rice cooking apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the rice storage tub (2) comprises a rice storage part and a rice guiding part extending from a bottom end of the rice storage part to a top of the housing (1), the rice guiding part having an inner diameter gradually decreasing in a process of extending toward the top of the housing (1).
16. A rice cooking apparatus according to claim 10, wherein a steam valve (8) is provided at the top end of the rice washing tub (5), the steam valve (8) protruding from the housing (1).
17. A rice cooking apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the third driving means (13) is operated under the control of a controller.
