Abstract
The present invention provides a double-layered cover for a cosmetic container, comprising: an outer cover; the inner cover is embedded in the outer cover, the bottom surface of the inner cover is provided with an outwardly extending glue guiding column, and the cross section of the glue guiding column is polygonal; the top of the brush tube is sleeved on the glue guiding column, and at least three tangential points are arranged between the outer wall of the glue guiding column and the inner wall of the brush tube. Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively solve the problems of unattractive surface of the glue layer of the transparent cover body and long cover body molding period.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cosmetic container, such as a lip gloss bottle, a nail polish bottle, etc., and more particularly, to a double-layered cap of a cosmetic container, and a molding method.
Background
The lip gloss bottle is a lip gloss packaging carrier, the appearance look and feel of the traditional lip gloss bottle is an impermeable structure, and users can distinguish the lip gloss inside only after removing the rubber tube and the bottle cap.

In view of the above, the invention provides a double-layer cover body of a cosmetic container, the cosmetic container and a molding method, which aim to solve the problems of unattractive surface of a glue layer of a transparent cover body and long molding cycle of the cover body in the prior art.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a dual-layer cap for a cosmetic container, comprising:
an outer cover;
the inner cover is embedded in the outer cover, the bottom surface of the inner cover is provided with an outwardly extending glue guiding column, and the cross section of the glue guiding column is polygonal;
the top of the brush tube is sleeved on the glue guiding column, and at least three tangential points are arranged between the outer wall of the glue guiding column and the inner wall of the brush tube.
Further, the cross section of the glue guiding column is triangular.
Further, the end of the glue guiding column is provided with a conical head.
Further, a plurality of glue guiding blocks are arranged on the bottom surface of the inner cover and surround the glue guiding columns.
Further, the glue guiding block is a rectangular block.
Further, the inner cap and the glue guide are made of PT resin.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a cosmetic container comprising a body to which is attached a double-layered cap of a cosmetic container as described above.
In still another aspect, the present invention provides a method for molding a double-layered cover of a cosmetic container, comprising the steps of: glue is injected into the brush tube from the bottom of the brush tube, and the glue flows into the inner cover along the surface of the glue guiding column until the glue is injected into the brush tube.
In the double-layer cover body of the cosmetic container, the cosmetic container and the forming method provided by the invention, an inner cover is mainly prefabricated, and the bottom surface of the inner cover is provided with a glue guiding column with a polygonal cross section; then, glue is injected inwards from the bottom opening of the brush tube, and flows into the inner cover along the outer wall of the glue guide column, so that a double-layer cover body structure is formed together with the outer cover, the double-layer cover body structure can replace the traditional double-layer injection molding mode, the process can be simplified, the molding period can be greatly shortened, and the glue guide column can prevent gaps from being generated due to the guiding effect of the glue guide column on the glue, so that the surface of the glue layer is more attractive.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a double-layer cap body of a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which an outer cap 1, an inner cap 2 and a brush tube 3 are mainly provided, the inner cap 2 is embedded in the outer cap 1, i.e., an installation groove is preset in the outer cap 1, the inner cap 2 is embedded in the installation groove of the outer cap 1, the bottom surface of the inner cap 2 has an outwardly extending glue guiding column 21, the inner cap 2 and the glue guiding column 21 may be specifically made of PT resin, the cross section of the glue guiding column 21 is triangular, the top of the brush tube 3 is sleeved on the glue guiding column 21, and three tangential points are provided between the outer wall of the glue guiding column 21 and the inner wall of the brush tube 3.
With continued reference to fig. 1, there is shown a cosmetic container according to an embodiment of the present invention, including a body 4 and the above-described double-layered cap attached to the body 4.
With reference to fig. 3, the above-mentioned double-layer cover further realizes the formation of the double-layer cover by the following forming method: glue is injected into the brush tube 3 from the bottom of the brush tube 3, namely, the position connected with the brush head is injected into the brush tube, and the glue flows into the inner cover 2 along the surface of the glue guiding column 21 (shown by an arrow in fig. 3) until the glue is injected into the brush tube 3, namely, a part of gaps are reserved at the bottom of the brush tube 3, and the gap is not fully filled, so that the brush head is convenient to assemble.
In the double-layer cover body of the cosmetic container, the cosmetic container and the molding method provided by the embodiment, an inner cover is mainly prefabricated, and a glue guiding column with a polygonal cross section is arranged on the bottom surface of the inner cover; then, glue is injected inwards from the bottom opening of the brush tube, and flows into the inner cover along the outer wall of the glue guide column, so that a double-layer cover body structure is formed together with the outer cover, the double-layer cover body structure can replace the traditional double-layer injection molding mode, the process can be simplified, the molding period can be greatly shortened, and the glue guide column can prevent gaps from being generated due to the guiding effect of the glue guide column on the glue, so that the surface of the glue layer is more attractive.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the end of the glue guiding column 21 is provided with a conical head 22, so that the flow speed of glue can be improved through a plurality of inclined planes, and the flow guiding efficiency is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3, the bottom surface of the inner cap 2 is provided with a plurality of glue guide blocks 23, which glue guide blocks 23 may be in particular rectangular blocks, which surround the glue guide posts 21; the glue is guided into the inner cover by the glue guiding block, and the glue guiding block can be arranged in other shapes, such as an ellipse.
In addition, the cross section of the glue guiding column 21 can be rectangular, pentagonal, hexagonal, etc., which are not listed here, and the same or similar technical effects can be achieved.

1. A double-layered cover for a cosmetic container, comprising:
an outer cover (1);
the inner cover (2) is embedded in the outer cover (1), the bottom surface of the inner cover (2) is provided with an outwards extending glue guiding column (21), and the cross section of the glue guiding column (21) is polygonal;
the top of the brush tube (3) is sleeved on the glue guiding column (21), and at least three tangential points are arranged between the outer wall of the glue guiding column (21) and the inner wall of the brush tube (3);
the forming method of the double-layer cover body comprises the following steps: glue is injected into the brush tube (3) from the bottom of the brush tube (3), and the glue flows into the inner cover (2) along the surface of the glue guiding column (21) until the glue is injected into the brush tube (3).
2. A double-layered cover for a cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the cross section of the glue guiding post (21) is triangular.
3. A double-layer cover for a cosmetic container according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the end of the glue guiding post (21) has a conical head (22).
4. A double-layered cover for a cosmetic container according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the bottom surface of the inner cover (2) is provided with a plurality of glue guiding blocks (23) surrounding the glue guiding columns (21).
5. A double-layered cover for a cosmetic container according to claim 4, wherein the glue guide block (23) is a rectangular block.
6. A double-layered cover for a cosmetic container according to claim 1, wherein the inner cover (2) and the glue guide post (21) are made of PT resin.
7. Cosmetic container comprising a body (4), characterized in that the body (4) is connected with a double-layer cap of a cosmetic container according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
