Abstract
本发明公开了一种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂及其制备方法、应用,其中制成适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂有效成分的原料包括益母草、枣渣、黄瓜籽、黄芪、姜,还可以包括补血菜、松针粉、蒲公英、萝卜缨,原料配伍合理,且成本低、来源广。本发明还提供了该营养调理剂的制备方法,制备过程简便易行,参数设置合理。同时,本发明还提供了该营养调理剂的应用,该营养调理剂添加于饲料中喂食产后母牛后,产后母牛的贫血、缺钙、免疫力低等症状得到了较好的改善。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于牲畜养殖领域,涉及一种营养调理剂,具体地说是一种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂及其制备方法、应用。
背景技术
母牛产后处于特殊时期,分娩后,母牛开始分泌乳汁,乳汁含钙量高,会造成母牛体内钙元素流失,使其体内钙含量降低,钙磷比不平衡,引发缺钙问题。同时,产后母牛生殖器官错位,引发子宫脱出。母牛产后机体虚弱,免疫力降低,易受病菌侵袭,引发感染。
普通饲料营养成分不足,因此,如果继续使用普通饲料喂养产后母牛,将不能满足其泌乳需要,同时不利于其机体恢复,甚至会引发母牛缺钙、贫血、子宫炎、子宫内膜炎、子宫脱出等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是要提供一种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂,通过原料合理配伍,使产后母牛的贫血、缺钙、免疫力低等症状得到改善。
本发明为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案如下:
一种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂,以重量份数计,制成其有效成分的原料包括:益母草8-10份、枣渣6-8份、黄瓜籽5-8份、黄芪5-8份、姜4-6份。
作为限定,以重量份数计,制成其有效成分的原料还包括:补血菜3-5份、松针粉3-5份、蒲公英3-5份、萝卜缨2-4份。
本发明还提供了一种上述适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的制备方法,将原料清洗消毒,进行干燥,干燥后粉碎,再过60-100目筛网,均匀混合后,放入微胶囊壁材混合液中,进行搅拌、匀质、乳化、分散,干燥后得适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂。
本发明还提供了上述适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的应用:所述适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂用于与饲料混合,制备适用于产后母牛的饲料。
由于采用了上述的技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,所取得的有益效果是:
1)本发明所采用的各味原料,配伍合理,协同作用,有效改善产后母牛的贫血、缺钙、免疫力低等症状;
2)将本发明制备过程将原料处理后放入微胶囊壁材混合液中,制备微胶囊,有效避免了该营养调理剂的原料中各味药影响饲料的适口性,同时能够避免原料氧化。
本发明适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂中,各原料的作用是:
益母草,具有活血、利尿、消肿、清热解毒的功效,有助于恶露排出、子宫收缩;
枣渣,为枣经榨汁后的废弃物,含有蛋白质、钙、铁、镁、胡萝卜素、维生素C、B1、B2等微量元素,能够补血气,提高免疫力;
黄瓜籽,有补钙、接骨、壮骨、强身的作用;
黄芪,能够改善气虚,提高免疫力;
姜,能够促消化、促代谢,有助于恶露排出、子宫收缩;
补血菜,含钙丰富,具有补血效果,同时含多种维生素;
松针粉,含有丰富的营养物质及黄酮、激素、萜类化合物等生物活性物质,能够促进生长发育、增强抗病力和提高生殖功能;
蒲公英,含丰富维生素及钙、铁等微量元素,对消化不良及炎症有治疗效果;
萝卜缨,含钙量高,含有多种维生素及矿物质,有补钙补血的效果。
本发明适合与常规饲料配合,用于喂养产后母牛,以实现对产后母牛的调理。
具体实施方式
实施例1-8 适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂
实施例1-8分别为一种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂,制成它们的原料具体组分如表1所示:

实施例9 适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的一种制备方法
本实施例为实施例1-8中适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的制备方法,该制备方法按以下步骤顺序进行:
将相应实施例中的相应重量的各种原料,即益母草、枣渣、黄瓜籽、黄芪、姜五种原料,或者益母草、枣渣、黄瓜籽、黄芪、姜、补血菜、松针粉、蒲公英、萝卜缨九种原料清洗,进行干燥,干燥后粉碎,过60-100目筛网,均匀混合后,放入微胶囊壁材混合液中,进行搅拌、匀质、乳化、分散,干燥后,即得八种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂,与相应的实施例对应,分别记为A1-A8。其中,每一种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的不同原料间的粒度可以相同,也可以不同。本实施例在实际操作过程中对八种原料粉碎后均过80目筛网。
实施例10 适用于产后母牛的饲料
本实施例为实施例9所制各种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的应用,即提供了8种适用于产后母牛的饲料B1-B8,它们是用普通饲料(标记为C1-C8)分别与A1-A8按重量份数9:1的比例混合而成。
本实施例还将8种适用于产后母牛的饲料B1-B8,各饲喂同等级别的产后母牛4只,喂养20天后,对每组牛的平均血红细胞、血钙浓度进行了测定,各结果如表2所示:

本实施例还将用于提高牲畜免疫力的饲料B1,饲喂同等级别的牛50只,喂养20天后,对牛的患病率进行了检测,检测结果为患病率6%。
实施例11 对比实施例
本实施例为实施例10中普通饲料C1-C8,采用与实施例10相同的喂养方式,每组饲喂与实施例10同等级别产后母牛4只,喂养20天后对每组牛的平均血红细胞、血钙浓度进行了测定,结果如表3所示:

本实施例还将实施例10中普通饲料C1,采用与实施例10相同的喂养方式,饲喂与实施例10同等级别的牛50只,喂养20天后,对患病率进行了检测,检测结果为患病率26%。
对比可知,产后母牛食用适用于产后母牛的饲料后血红蛋白浓度、血钙浓度有了明显提升,患病率得到了有效控制,具有较好的开发前景。

1.一种适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂,其特征在于,以重量份数计,制成其有效成分的原料包括:益母草8-10份、枣渣6-8份、黄瓜籽5-8份、黄芪5-8份、姜4-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述的适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂,其特征在于,以重量份数计,制成其有效成分的原料还包括:补血菜3-5份、松针粉3-5份、蒲公英3-5份、萝卜缨2-4份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的一种制备方法,其特征在于:将原料清洗消毒,进行干燥,干燥后粉碎,再过60-100目筛网,均匀混合后,放入微胶囊壁材混合液中,进行搅拌、匀质、乳化、分散,干燥后得适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂的一种应用,其特征在于:所述适用于产后母牛的营养调理剂用于与饲料混合,制备适用于产后母牛的饲料。
