Chinese patent literature discloses 'a traditional Chinese medicine food for treating prostate diseases and a preparation method thereof', the publication number is CN104997873A, the traditional Chinese medicine food of the invention takes loquat and carrot as raw materials, has no toxicity and side effect, and can effectively treat prostate diseases. However, the traditional Chinese medicine food has poor taste and poor experience when being taken by patients. Therefore, the development of a functional food which has good taste and the effect of treating the prostate diseases has important research significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sandwich type gel candy which has good taste and can improve prostatitis, promote metabolism, enhance the immunologic function of a human body, improve local blood circulation and microcirculation, adjust local physiological function and accelerate the regression of local inflammation so as to play a role in treatment, in order to overcome the problems of long treatment period, large side effect and poor taste of the traditional medicament for treating the prostate diseases.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sandwich type gel candy, which has simple steps and low cost and is beneficial to realizing large-scale industrial production.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a sandwich type gel candy is composed of a content and a candy wrapper, wherein the content comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of tomato seed oil, 20-40 parts of rape pollen, 20-40 parts of pumpkin seed oil and 2-4 parts of beeswax.
The tomato seed oil contains rich lycopene, which is widely distributed in human body and mainly exists in tissues such as blood, testis, adrenal gland, prostate and liver, and the content of the testis and the adrenal gland is the highest. Once a human body lacks lycopene, male related diseases such as prostate and the like are easily caused, even prostate cancer is developed, and researches show that the ingestion of a large amount of lycopene can reduce the risk of the prostate cancer by 40%. Lycopene is transported to all organs of the body through human lipoproteins, and has the highest concentration in testis and prostate. The lycopene can quench free radicals and remove toxins invading prostate so as to effectively prevent prostate from being diseased, and can also adjust prostate fluid to keep the pH value at 6-6.5, help to prevent and improve urinary system diseases such as prostatic hyperplasia and prostatitis, and help to improve male sperm quality and reduce fertility risk.

Aiming at the possible problems of the product, the structure of the high-speed colloid mill is further improved, and the inner wall is provided with a plurality of airflow channels to introduce the circulating antioxidant gas, so that on one hand, the heat released by the system in the stirring process can be taken away, and the volatilization and denaturation of effective components are avoided; on the other hand, the air current can block the direct contact of material and colloid mill box inner wall, produces the impact to the velocity of flow of the component of different viscidities, and then coordinates difference between the velocity of flow, makes its easy misce bene, avoids the inner wall wearing and tearing simultaneously. Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further specifically described below by using specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In the present invention, all the equipment and materials are commercially available or commonly used in the art, and the methods in the following examples are conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.
Example 1
(1) Mixing and stirring 30g of tomato seed oil, 20g of rape pollen, 20g of pumpkin seed oil and 2g of beeswax uniformly to obtain a coarse material of a content; stirring at 1000 rpm for 15 min;
(2) temporarily storing the coarse materials of the contents at the temperature of 40 ℃, and screening by a 200-mesh screen to obtain fine materials of the contents;
(3) adding 30g of water into a gelatin melting tank, then adding 30g of gelatin and 0.3g of titanium dioxide, simultaneously stirring and heating, after completely dissolving and mixing, then adding 10g of glycerol, stirring and mixing completely to obtain sugar skins, and preserving heat in a heat preservation barrel at 50 ℃ for later use;
(4) and (3) pressing the content fine materials obtained in the step (2) and the sugar skins obtained in the step (3) by an automatic pelleting machine, controlling the temperature of a drying rotary cage to be 20 ℃, the relative humidity to be 28% and the drying time to be 16h in the pressing process, and shaping, drying and polishing after the pressing is finished to obtain the sandwich type gel candy.
Example 2
(1) Mixing and stirring 40g of tomato seed oil, 20g of rape pollen, 25g of pumpkin seed oil and 3g of beeswax uniformly in a high-speed colloid mill to obtain a coarse material of a content; stirring at 3000 rpm for 10 min; as shown in figure 1, the high-speed colloid mill comprises a colloid mill box body 1, a plurality of airflow channels 3 are arranged on the inner wall 2 of the colloid mill box body, a multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer 4 is arranged at the bottom of the colloid mill box body, the multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer is of a spherical structure, a plurality of arc-shaped nozzles 5 are arranged inside the colloid mill box body, the arc-shaped nozzles are symmetrically distributed along the sphere center of the multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer and are different in width, a vent pipe 6 communicated with the multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer is arranged at the bottom of the box body, and a circulating N is communicated with the airflow channels and the multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer2;
(2) Temporarily storing the coarse materials of the contents at the temperature of 30 ℃, and screening by a 200-mesh screen to obtain fine materials of the contents;
(3) adding 50g of water into a gelatin melting tank, then adding 50g of gelatin and 0.6g of titanium dioxide, simultaneously stirring and heating, after completely dissolving and mixing, then adding 30g of glycerol, stirring and mixing completely to obtain sugar skin, and preserving heat in a heat preservation barrel at 60 ℃ for later use;
(4) and (3) pressing the content fine materials obtained in the step (2) and the sugar skins obtained in the step (3) through an automatic pelleting press, controlling the drying rotating cage temperature to be 25 ℃, the relative humidity to be 30% and the drying time to be 10h in the pressing process, and shaping, drying and polishing after the pressing is finished to obtain the sandwich type gel candy.
Example 3
(1) Mixing and stirring evenly 35g of tomato seed oil, 25g of rape pollen, 40g of pumpkin seed oil and 2g of beeswax to obtain a coarse material of the content; the stirring speed is 2000 rpm, and the stirring time is controlled to be 10 min; as shown in figure 1, the high-speed colloid mill comprises a colloid mill box body 1, a plurality of airflow channels 3 are arranged on the inner wall 2 of the colloid mill box body, a multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer 4 is arranged at the bottom of the colloid mill box body, the multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer is of a spherical structure, a plurality of arc-shaped nozzles 5 are arranged inside the colloid mill box body, the arc-shaped nozzles are symmetrically distributed along the sphere centers of the multi-angle high-speed airflow sprayer and are different in width, and a communicating channel is arranged at the bottom of the box bodyThe aeration pipe 6 of the multi-angle high-speed airflow spray head, the airflow channel and the multi-angle high-speed airflow spray head are internally communicated with the equal volume of circulating Ar and N2;
(2) Temporarily storing the coarse material of the content at the temperature of 50 ℃, and sieving and filtering the coarse material of the content by a 200-mesh sieve to obtain fine material of the content;
(3) adding 40g of water into a gelatin melting tank, then adding 40g of gelatin and 0.4g of titanium dioxide, stirring and heating at the same time, adding 20g of glycerol after complete dissolution and mixing, stirring and mixing completely to obtain sugar skin, and preserving heat in a heat preservation barrel at 50 ℃ for later use;
(4) and (3) pressing the content fine materials obtained in the step (2) and the sugar skins obtained in the step (3) by an automatic pelleting machine, controlling the temperature of a drying rotary cage to be 20 ℃, the relative humidity to be 28% and the drying time to be 17h in the pressing process, and shaping, drying and polishing after the pressing is finished to obtain the sandwich type gel candy.
Example 4
Example 4 is different from example 1 in that the content is 50g of tomato seed oil, 40g of rape pollen, 40g of pumpkin seed oil and 4g of beeswax, and the rest formula and process are completely the same.
The therapeutic effect of the sandwich type gel candy prepared by the invention is tested:
the ratio of the high-intake lycopene to the low-intake lycopene-intake population suffering from prostate cancer is reported to be 0.93: 1; the inhibition rate of 300 mg on the growth of prostate tumor cells by the administration of 100 lycopene respectively reaches 55.6 percent and 75.8 percent. The rape pollen functional component in the dose group (130 mg/kgPN1+26mg/kgPN 2) can directly improve the weight of the prostate and the increase of the volume of the back leaves and the abdominal leaves of a rat in a urogenital sinus-induced prostate model, so that the organ index approaches to normal. The pumpkin seeds are used as common food which is often eaten, and the pumpkin seed oil is used as a functional component and also has the function of improving the prostatitis syndrome.

Claims (8)
1. The sandwich type gel candy is characterized by comprising a content and a sugar skin, wherein the content comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of tomato seed oil, 20-40 parts of rape pollen, 20-40 parts of pumpkin seed oil and 2-4 parts of beeswax;
the sugar skin comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of gelatin, 0.3-0.6 part of titanium dioxide, 10-30 parts of glycerol and 30-50 parts of water;
the preparation process comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight part ratio for later use, and mixing and stirring the tomato seed oil, the rape pollen, the pumpkin seed oil and the beeswax uniformly to obtain a coarse material of the content;
(2) temporarily storing the coarse material of the content at the temperature of 30-50 ℃, and screening by a 200-mesh screen to obtain fine material of the content;
(3) adding water into a gelatin melting tank, adding gelatin and titanium dioxide, stirring and heating at the same time, adding glycerol after complete dissolution and mixing, stirring and mixing completely to obtain sugar skin, and keeping the temperature for later use;
(4) pressing the content fine materials obtained in the step (2) and the sugar skins obtained in the step (3) through an automatic pelleting machine, and shaping, drying and polishing after pressing is finished to obtain the sandwich type gel candy;

4. A center-filled gel confection according to claim 1, wherein the content consists of the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of tomato seed oil, 25 parts of rape pollen, 40 parts of pumpkin seed oil and 2 parts of beeswax.
5. A center-filled gel confectionery according to claim 1, wherein the content consists of the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of tomato seed oil, 40 parts of rape pollen, 40 parts of pumpkin seed oil and 4 parts of beeswax.
6. The sandwich-type gel candy as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step (1), the stirring speed is 1000-3000 rpm, and the stirring time is controlled to 10-30 min.
7. A center-filled gel confectionery according to claim 1, wherein in step (3) the heating temperature is controlled to be 40-60 ℃.
8. The sandwich type gel candy as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (4), the drying temperature of the drying rotary cage is controlled to be 18-25 ℃, the relative humidity is controlled to be 25-30%, and the drying time is 10-17 h.
