In an embodiment, the main body portion 310 and the first bent portion 320 are integrally formed, for example, the main body portion 310 and the first bent portion 320 may be formed by injection molding, so as to facilitate the processing of the main body portion 310 and the first bent portion 320. In an embodiment, the main body portion 310 and the first bending portion 320 may be made of different materials. For example, in an embodiment, the main body portion 310 is non-transparent, and the first bending portion 320 is transparent, so that the main body portion 310 and the first bending portion 320 have different visual effects, which is beneficial to improving the aesthetic property of the protective shell 30. In one embodiment, the hardness of the main body portion 310 and the hardness of the first bending portion 320 are greater than 77HD, and the main body portion 310 and the first bending portion 320 are not easily deformed, so that the mobile terminal 10 can be supported and protected. It is understood that when the hardness of the plastic material is greater than 77HD, the plastic material can be considered to be a hard plastic material.
In one embodiment, the edge 330 and the second bending portion 340 are made of the same material and are made of TPU (Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers). The edge portion 330 and the second bending portion 340 made of TPU have the advantages of wear resistance, oil resistance, low temperature resistance, tear resistance, good elasticity, and the like, so that the mobile terminal 10 can be effectively protected, and the mobile terminal 10 can be conveniently installed in the protective case 30. In an embodiment, the edge portion 330 and the second bent portion 340 are integrally formed so as to facilitate the processing of the edge portion 330 and the second bent portion 340. In an embodiment, the edge 330 and the second bending part 340 are transparent, so as to facilitate the aesthetic property of the protective shell 30. It is understood that the material of the edge portion 330 and the second bending portion 340 may also be different. In an embodiment, the hardness of the edge portion 330 and the hardness of the second bending portion 340 are less than 77HD, and the edge portion 330 and the second bending portion 340 are easily deformed, so as to facilitate the protective shell 30 to be sleeved on the mobile terminal 10. It is understood that when the hardness of the plastic material is less than 77HD, the plastic material can be considered as a soft plastic material. Further, in an embodiment, the main body portion 310, the first bent portion 320, the edge portion 330 and the second bent portion 340 are integrally formed, thereby facilitating the process of forming the entire protective shell 30.
In one embodiment, the edges of the body portion 310 include a first edge (not shown), a second edge 314, and a third edge 316, the first edge being disposed opposite the second edge 314, the third edge 316 being disposed between the first and second edges 314. The first bending part 320, the edge part 330 and the second bending part 340 respectively extend from one end of the first edge to the other end of the first edge, and the first bending part 320, the edge part 330 and the second bending part 340 respectively extend from one end of the second edge 314 to the other end of the second edge 314. In an embodiment, in the width direction of the mobile terminal 10, the distance between the inner edges of the second bending part 340 is smaller than the maximum width of the mobile terminal 10. Specifically, a plane perpendicular to the thickness direction of the mobile terminal 10 is taken as a reference plane, and the pitch of the orthogonal projection of the inner edge of the second bending part 340 on the reference plane is smaller than the maximum width of the mobile terminal 10 in the width direction of the mobile terminal 10. In the above structure, the second bending part 340 and the edge part 330 form a barb-shaped structure. When the protective shell 30 is sleeved on the mobile terminal 10, the inner edge of the second bending portion 340 is buckled on the edge of the mobile terminal 10, so that the connection between the mobile terminal 10 and the protective shell 30 is stable, and the protective shell 30 is prevented from being easily detached from the mobile terminal 10.
In an embodiment, a ratio of a pitch of inner edges of the second bending part 340 to a maximum width of the mobile terminal 10 ranges from 0.95 to 0.99. When the ratio of the distance between the inner edges of the second bending part 340 and the maximum width of the mobile terminal 10 is within the above range, the connection between the protective shell 30 and the mobile terminal 10 can be ensured to be stable, and the second bending part 340 of the protective shell 30 can be prevented from occupying too large length in the width direction of the mobile terminal 10, so as to prevent adverse effects on the appearance or display of the mobile terminal 10.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the first bending portion 320, the edge portion 330 and the second bending portion 340 respectively extend from one end of the third edge 316 to the other end of the third edge 316, and the accommodating groove 500 formed by the first bending portion 320, the edge portion 330, the second bending portion 340 and the main body portion 310 is an open-ended structure and a closed-ended structure. Specifically, in one embodiment, the body portion 310 is substantially rectangular with rounded corners. The first edge and the second edge 314 of the main body 310 are located at two long sides of the rectangle, respectively, and the third edge 316 is located at one short side of the rectangle. The first bending part 320 is connected to the first edge, the second edge 314 and the third edge 316, and the first bending part 320 extends from the end of the first edge to the end of the second edge 314.
The edge portion 330 is connected to the first bending portion 320, and the edge portion 330 extends from the end of the first edge of the main body portion 310 to the end of the second edge 314. It is understood that the edge portion 330 can also be regarded as extending from one end of the first bending portion 320 to the other end of the first bending portion 320 along the extending direction of the first edge, the third edge 316 and the second edge 314 of the main body portion 310. The second bending part 340 is connected to the edge part 330, and the second bending part 340 extends from the end of the first edge to the end of the second edge 314. It is understood that the second bending part 340 can also be regarded as extending from one end of the edge part 330 to the other end of the edge part 330 along the extending direction of the first edge, the third edge 316 and the second edge 314 of the main body part 310. In the above arrangement, the accommodating groove 500 formed by the first bending portion 320, the edge portion 330, the second bending portion 340 and the main body portion 310 has an open end and a closed end in the length direction of the mobile terminal 10, the opening of the accommodating groove 500 is favorable for the mobile terminal 10 to be installed in the protective case 30, and the opening of the accommodating groove 500 is also favorable for the mobile terminal 10 to be taken out of the protective case 30, so that the convenience of using the protective case 30 can be improved.
It will be appreciated that the first bend 320, the edge 330, and the second bend 340 on the third edge 316 are not required. For example, when the first bending portion 320, the edge portion 330 and the second bending portion 340 are not disposed on the third edge 316, the accommodating groove 500 is open at two ends in the width direction of the mobile terminal 10. The protective case 30 with the above structure also facilitates the mobile terminal 10 to be installed in the protective case 30 and the mobile terminal 10 to be taken out of the protective case 30, and the protective case 30 can effectively protect the mobile terminal 10.
In embodiments where the body portion 310 is rounded rectangular, the edges of the body portion 310 further include a fourth edge 318, the fourth edge 318 being disposed opposite the third edge 316, and the fourth edge 318 being located between the first and second edges 314. The edge part 330 extends inward from the end of the fourth edge 318 in the extending direction of the fourth edge 318, and the width of the inner edge of the edge part 330 at both ends of the fourth edge 318 is smaller than the maximum width of the mobile terminal 10. With the above structure, the end of the edge portion 330 can be wrapped around the corner of the mobile terminal 10, so as to prevent the mobile terminal 10 from easily coming off from the opening of the accommodating slot 500, thereby more effectively protecting the mobile terminal 10.
It is understood that the extension of the first bent portion 320 along the first, third and second edges 316, 314 of the main body portion 310 may be continuous or discontinuous. For example, the first bending parts 320 may be spaced along the extending direction of the first edge, the third edge 316 and the second edge 314, and the positions of the spacing of the first bending parts 320 may be filled by the edge 330. It will be appreciated that the extension of the rim portion 330 along the first, third and second edges 316, 314 of the body portion 310 may be continuous or discontinuous. For example, the edge portions 330 may be spaced apart along the extending direction of the first edge, the third edge 316 and the second edge 314 of the main body portion 310 on the first bending portion 320, and the positions where the intervals of the edge portions 330 are located may be filled by the second bending portion 340.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, the first bending portion 320 is formed with an empty-avoiding groove 321 at a position corresponding to a key of the mobile terminal 10, and the edge portion 330 extends to an edge of the empty-avoiding groove 321. The edge 330 protrudes from a side facing the mobile terminal 10 to a side facing away from the mobile terminal 10 to form a groove (not shown) corresponding to the position of the key on the edge 330, and the groove can be used for accommodating the key. Specifically, in one embodiment, the mobile terminal 10 is provided with a power key 800, and the power key 800 protrudes from a side surface of the mobile terminal 10. The first bending portion 320 of the protection shell 30 is provided with a clearance groove 321 corresponding to the location of the power key 800, the edge portion 330 extends to the edge of the clearance groove 321 and is connected with the first bending portion 320, and the edge portion 330 protrudes from one side facing the mobile terminal 10 to one side facing away from the mobile terminal 10 to form a groove for accommodating the power key 800. the first supporting sheet and the second supporting sheet can be attached to the main body part and can wind the shell body to rotate respectively, at least one of the first supporting sheet and the body generates bending deformation to enable the buckling holes to be close to the connector, and the connector can be inserted into the buckling holes to enable the first supporting sheet and the second supporting sheet to form a containing space for the fingers to penetrate through.
2. The protective case of claim 1, wherein a maximum width of the snap-fit hole is less than a maximum width of the connector; the connector can produce the deformation when receiving the extrusion.

The protective shell according to claim 2, wherein two first notches are formed in an edge of the body, and in the width direction of the shell, the two first notches are located on two sides of the connector respectively; the connector inserts behind the lock hole, being close to of connector the terminal surface of first breach with first supporting plate butt.

The protective case of claim 1, wherein the snap-fit aperture extends through a rim of the first support sheet; the body is provided with a second notch, and the second notch penetrates through the edge of the body; in the length direction of the shell, the second notch is positioned at the end part of the connector; in the width direction of the shell, the opening of the buckling hole faces one side of the shell, and the opening of the second notch faces the other side of the shell.

The protective case of claim 4, wherein an orthographic projection of the snap fit hole on the reference plane at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the second notch on the reference plane when the first support sheet and the second support sheet are attached to the case; the reference plane is a plane perpendicular to a length direction of the housing.
6. A protective casing according to claim 1 wherein the body is integrally formed with the connector.
7. The protective case of claim 1, wherein the body portion has first and second oppositely disposed surfaces; the first supporting sheet and the second supporting sheet are both positioned on one side where the second surface is positioned; the housing further includes:
the first bending part is connected to the edge of the main body part and bends towards one side of the first surface;
the edge part is connected to the edge of the first bending part; and
the second bending part is connected to the edge of the edge part and bends towards one side of the first surface;
the main body portion, the first bending portion, the edge portion and the second bending portion form the accommodating groove.

The protective case of claim 7, wherein the edges of the body portion include a first edge and a second edge, the first edge being disposed opposite the second edge; the first bending part, the edge part and the second bending part respectively extend from one end of the first edge to the other end of the first edge, and the first bending part, the edge part and the second bending part respectively extend from one end of the second edge to the other end of the second edge; in the width direction of the mobile terminal, the distance between the inner edges of the second bending part is smaller than the maximum width of the mobile terminal.

The protective case of claim 8, wherein the edges of the body portion further comprise a third edge, the third edge being located between the first edge and the second edge; the first bending part, the edge part and the second bending part respectively extend from one end of the third edge to the other end of the third edge, and the accommodating groove formed by the first surface, the first bending part, the edge part and the second bending part is of a structure with one open end and the other closed end.
10. The protective case of claim 9, wherein the edges of the body portion further comprise a fourth edge disposed opposite the third edge, the fourth edge being located between the first edge and the second edge; the edge part extends inwards from the tail end of the fourth edge along the extending direction of the fourth edge, and the width of the inner edge of the edge part at two ends of the fourth edge is smaller than the maximum width of the mobile terminal.
11. The protective case of claim 7, wherein the first bent portion is a hard plastic material and the rim and the second bent portion are both soft plastic materials.
12. The protective case of claim 7, wherein the body portion, the first fold, the edge portion, and the second fold are integrally formed.
