The flexible display screen 300 is laid on the rotating shaft assembly 100, the first support plate 210 and the second support plate 220, and the rotating shaft assembly 100, the first support plate 210 and the second support plate 220 play a bearing role for the display area 310. The frame area 320 of the flexible display screen 300 slides relative to the second support plate 220, so that the flexible display screen 300 can be bent and flattened, and the foldable screen 10 can be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state.
The cover plate 400 is attached to a surface of the flexible display screen 300 facing away from the support assembly 200, that is, the cover plate 400 is attached to an outer surface of the flexible display screen 300, and the cover plate 400 has light transmittance so that an image displayed on the flexible display screen 300 can be seen through the cover plate 400. The cover 400 can be folded or unfolded simultaneously with the flexible display 300 to accommodate switching of the foldable screen 10 between the unfolded state and the folded state. The cover plate 400 can protect the flexible display screen 300, and meanwhile, due to the fact that the cover plate 400 is attached to the flexible display screen 300, the flexible display screen 300 is prevented from protruding towards the cover plate 400, and the flexible display screen 300 is prevented from being wrinkled to improve the flatness of the flexible display screen 300.
Referring to fig. 1-4, and 9, in some embodiments, the cover plate 400 includes a first glass plate 410, a second glass plate 420, and an intermediate flexible plate 430. The first glass plate 410 and the second glass plate 420 have high rigidity and strong resistance to bending deformation, and when the foldable screen 10 is switched between the unfolded state and the folded state, the first glass plate 410 and the second glass plate 420 are both flat and do not bend. Middle elastic plate 430 can be the silica gel board, and middle elastic plate 430 adopts the silica gel material to make promptly, and the silica gel board has fine elasticity and can follow flexible display screen 300 and produce and buckle, and when bending moment did not exist, the silica gel board can resume to original exhibition flat state by the state of buckling. The first glass plate 410 corresponds to the first support plate 210, the second glass plate 420 corresponds to the second support plate 220, and the intermediate elastic plate 430 corresponds to the rotation shaft assembly 100. The frame area 320 of the flexible display 300 is located on a side (not shown) of the second supporting plate 220 where the supporting surface 221 is located, and meanwhile, the frame area 320 is slidably connected to the supporting surface 221. When the foldable screen 10 is converted from the unfolded state to the folded state, the frame region 320 slides relative to the supporting surface 221 near the rotating shaft assembly 100 to adapt to the bending of the middle elastic plate 430; when the foldable screen 10 is transformed from the folded state to the unfolded state, the frame region 320 slides away from the pivot assembly 100 relative to the bearing surface 221 to accommodate the flattening of the middle elastic plate 430.
For the display area 310 corresponding to the first support plate 210, when the folded state and the unfolded state are switched, the first support plate 210 and the first glass plate 410 are not bent, the bearing surface 221 of the first support plate 210 plays a supporting role, and the part of the display area 310 cannot be recessed towards the first support plate 210; meanwhile, the first glass plate 410 acts as a ballast to the display area, and the part of the display area 310 cannot protrude towards the first glass plate 410, so that the part of the display area 310 can be effectively prevented from forming wrinkles through the clamping action of the first support plate 210 and the first glass plate 410, and the flatness of the display area can be further ensured. Similarly, when the display area 310 corresponding to the second supporting plate 220 is switched between the folded state and the unfolded state, the second supporting plate 220 and the second glass plate 420 are not bent, and the flatness of the portion of the display area 310 can be ensured by the sandwiching action between the second supporting plate 220 and the second glass plate 420. For the display area 310 corresponding to the rotating shaft assembly 100, in the unfolded state, the surface of the rotating shaft assembly 100 supporting the display area is a plane, the middle elastic plate 430 is a flat plate, and the part of the display area 310 does not generate uneven wrinkles through the clamping effect of the two; in the folded state, the surface of the rotating shaft assembly 100 supporting the rotating shaft assembly is curved, the middle elastic plate 430 is bent to form a bent plate, and the part of the display area 310 is still sandwiched between the bent rotating shaft assembly 100 and the bent middle transparent plate, and the flatness of the part of the display area can be maintained. The first glass plate 410, the second glass plate 420 and the middle elastic plate 430 have good impact strength, so that the flexible display screen 300 is prevented from being damaged and sunken due to external force impact, and the flexible display screen 300 is well protected.
