Background
Along with the rapid development of terminal equipment such as smart phones, the functions of the terminal equipment are continuously expanded, consumers no longer only meet the requirements of conversation for the terminal equipment, the photographing function is listed as the basic equipment of the terminal equipment, and in order to adapt to the photographing function of the terminal equipment used in a dark environment, a flash lamp module with a light supplementing effect needs to be arranged while a camera module is arranged, but the arrangement of the existing flash lamp module and the additionally arranged flexible circuit board and connector usually occupy valuable internal space of the terminal equipment, and the stacking difficulty of internal devices of the terminal equipment is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the embodiment of the application is to provide a modified camera flash light module and include the terminal equipment of this module, promoted terminal equipment inner space utilization.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals or combinations of numerals and letters refer to the like elements throughout the different views.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a possible camera flash module mounted on a mobile phone.
The camera flash module refers to a component having both the functions of a camera module and a flash module.
As shown in fig. 1, the camera flash module is mounted on the mobile phone 100 and used as a rear camera of the mobile phone 100.
The projecting lens 204a is visible from the back of the phone 100, and the lens 204a is part of a camera flash module and is an optical component for imaging, which will be described in detail later.
The annular lamp housing 101 around the lens 204a, which protects the flash module and transmits light, may be made of transparent plastic or glass.
Alternatively, the annular lampshade 101 is not necessarily annular, but may also be square or circular, depending on the layout shape of the flash module.
It should be noted that the terminal device in the embodiment of the present application is exemplified by the mobile phone 100, but the terminal device is not limited to this kind of terminal device, and may be a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, and the like.
In some embodiments, the camera flash module can be used as a front camera.
In some embodiments, the camera flash module may be arranged in a telescopic mechanical structure.
In some embodiments, the camera flash module may be disposed in a slider-type mechanical structure.
Fig. 2 shows a partial enlarged schematic view of a possible camera flash module inside a mobile phone.

Lens 204a, a lens group that may be composed of one or more pieces of optical glass, may in some embodiments require various combinations of lenses to correct for optical distortion.
Optionally, the lens 204a may be a fixed focus lens, or a lens supporting optical zooming.
The package portion 204b is generally rectangular, the bottom of the package portion 204b includes pins for connecting with the flexible circuit board 203, the package portion 204b includes an image sensor composed of a photosensitive element, a signal processing circuit, and the like, and the image sensor process can be made by using CMOS (Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) or CCD (hybrid Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor/Charge Coupled Device) manufacturing technology.
Optionally, the camera flash module 200 further includes a connector 206, the connector 206 may include a locking mechanism at the pins for connecting and fixing the camera flash module 200 and the main board 205 of the mobile phone 100, and optionally, a back surface area of the flexible circuit board 203 where the connector 206 is disposed may be reinforced.

Fig. 3(a) and 3(b) show a possible camera flash module in an unfolded state, and it can be clearly seen that the combination relationship is as follows:
the flexible circuit board 203 includes a first surface 203a and a second surface 203b, and includes a first flexible circuit board 2031 and a second flexible circuit board 2032.
In some embodiments, the second flexible circuit board 2032 may comprise an opening 208 for not blocking the view range of the lens 204a after being folded, where the view range of the lens 204a refers to a spatial range that can enter the effective photosensitive area of the image sensor in the package 204b through the lens 204a, and the way of not blocking the view range of the lens 204a is described in more detail below when describing the folded state.
Optionally, the flexible circuit board 203 includes a third flexible circuit board 2033 for connecting the first flexible circuit board 2031 and the second flexible circuit board 2032, and the flexible circuit board 203 is folded conveniently.
It should be noted that the dotted line in fig. 3(b) is applicable to indicate an approximate range of possible first flexible circuit board 2031, second flexible circuit board 2032 and third flexible circuit board 2033, and does not mean that the first flexible circuit board 2031, second flexible circuit board 2032 and third flexible circuit board 2033 are separated, and in fact, the first flexible circuit board 2031, second flexible circuit board 2032 and third flexible circuit board 2033 all belong to a whole flexible circuit board 203, so the first side of the first flexible circuit board 2031, second flexible circuit board 2032 and third flexible circuit board 2033 belongs to the first side 203a of the flexible circuit board 203, and the second side of the first flexible circuit board 2031, second flexible circuit board 2032 and third flexible circuit board 2033 belongs to the second side 203b of the flexible circuit board 203.
In some embodiments, the width of the third flexible circuit board 2033 may be smaller than that of the first flexible circuit board 2031 or the second flexible circuit board 2032, which is advantageous in that material and weight can be saved and it can be arranged on one side, as shown in fig. 4 (a).
Alternatively, the third flexible circuit board 2033 may be disposed on the other side as shown in fig. 4 (b).
Alternatively, the third flexible circuit board 2033 may also be arranged centrally, as shown in fig. 4 (c).
In some embodiments, the third flexible circuit board 2033 may be the same width as the first flexible circuit board 2031 or the second flexible circuit board 2032, as shown in fig. 4(d), which is advantageous in that it is relatively stable.
In some embodiments, the third flexible circuit board 2033 and the first and second flexible circuit boards 2031 and 2032 are arranged in-line, as shown in fig. 4 (e).
The camera module 204 is disposed on the first surface 203a of the first flexible circuit board 2031 through the bottom of the package.
The flash module 201 is disposed on the second face 203b of the second flexible circuit board 2032.
Alternatively, there may be only one flash module 201, as shown in fig. 5 (a).
Alternatively, the number of the flash modules 201 may be plural, and when the flash modules are disposed on the second surface 203b of the second flexible circuit board 2032, the flash modules may be distributed axisymmetrically as shown in fig. 5(b), or may be distributed centrosymmetrically as shown in fig. 5 (c).
Alternatively, the connector 206 is located on the second side 203b of the first flexible circuit board 2031.
Fig. 6(a) and 6(b) show a possible camera flash module in a folded-over state.
As can be seen from the figure, the flexible circuit board 203 is folded along the package portion 204b so that the second flexible circuit board 2032 is positioned on top of the package portion 204b and the flash module 201 is positioned around the lens 204 a.
In some possible embodiments, after being folded, the third flexible circuit board 2033 is at an angle of 90 degrees to the first flexible circuit board 2031 and the second flexible circuit board 2032, respectively, as shown in fig. 7 (a).
It should be noted that, in some possible embodiments, the actual flexible circuit board 203 may be folded at the connection position of the third flexible circuit board 2033 and the first flexible circuit board 2031 and the second flexible circuit board 2032, as shown by the dotted line in fig. 7(a) a1, in order to prevent dead folding, the radius length of the folded part is required to be more than 5 times the thickness of the flexible circuit board, and the folded part in other embodiments may have the same requirement.
In some possible embodiments, after being folded, the third flexible circuit board 2033 may be a curved surface, as shown in fig. 7(b), and similarly, the first flexible circuit board 2031 or the second flexible circuit board 2032 may also be a curved surface.
In some possible embodiments, the third flexible circuit board 2033 may also be formed by combining a different number of flexible circuit boards, as shown in fig. 7(c), the third flexible circuit board 2033 is formed by splicing two flexible circuit boards, or it may be considered that the inside of the third flexible circuit board 2033 is also folded.
After the flexible circuit board 203 is folded along the packaging portion 204b, the second flexible circuit board 2032 is located on top of the packaging portion 204b, and the second flexible circuit board 2032 can enable the lens 204a to be located in the opening 208, so as not to obstruct the view range of the lens 204 a.
In fig. 3(a), the opening 208 is a closed opening, may be an open hole, i.e., a circular opening, may also be a square or oval opening, and may also be an open notch as shown in fig. 8(a), so that the lens 204a is located in the open notch, thereby not obstructing the field of view of the lens 204 a.
In some alternative embodiments, the second flexible circuit board 2032 itself blocks only a small portion of the package portion 204b and does not obstruct the view range of the lens 204a, as shown in fig. 8 (b).
When the number of the camera modules 204 is plural, the second flexible circuit board 2032 may also have a whole large opening (as shown in fig. 9 (a)) or may have a plurality of openings (as shown in fig. 9 (b)), where the packaging portion 204b is not marked because it is blocked by the second flexible circuit board 2032 shown by a dotted line, so as not to obstruct the view range of the lens 204a of each camera module 204, and in some other embodiments, the second flexible circuit board 2032 may also be designed with reference to the open notch of fig. 8(a) and the small portion of fig. 8(b) for a plurality of camera modules to block the packaging portion 204 b.
