Abstract

本发明公开了全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法,包括空压机系统、纯化器系统、膨胀机系统、冷箱系统、后备及产品输出系统,空压机系统、纯化器系统、膨胀机系统、冷箱系统、后备及产品输出系统通过管道连接,本发明通过制氮装置的自动一键开停车控制系统,可以实现就地、异地的无人参与的情况下,整个装置的自动连锁启停制氮装置,并且通过先进的控制系统及安全保护系统,保证装置的安全开停车以及稳定运行,节省的人员的劳动强度、同时全自动的控制系统避免的人为误操作情况的发生,本发明广泛适用于机械行业。

Description

全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法
技术领域
本发明涉及自动控制技术领域,更加具体地说,是涉及全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法。
背景技术
现有的常规的装置启动一般需要通过现场操作人员就地启动上述各个系统,或利用控制室上位机通过人工操作上述各个系统,完成装置的启动、调节使装置正常运转并产出合格的氮气产品。整体过程均需要人为的干预操作,无法实现装置系统独立自动开停车,以及调整工况满足产气、供气的指标。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是针对现有技术不足和缺陷,提供全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法,可以实现就地、异地的无人参与的情况下,使得整个装置的自动连锁启停制氮装置,并且通过先进的控制系统及安全保护系统,保证装置的安全开停车以及稳定运行。按照本发明所提供的技术方案提供的控制系统实施操作可大幅度节省的人员的劳动强度、同时全自动的控制系统避免的人为误操作情况的发生。
技术方案:为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法,包括全自动制氮机系统、开车控制方法及停车控制方法,全自动制氮机系统包括空压机系统、纯化器系统、膨胀机系统、冷箱系统、后备及产品输出系统、分析仪系统。
空压机系统包括压力及温度检测器、三级空压机A、三级空压机B、进口过滤器、放空阀、调节阀V601、预冷机、及温度计,所述三级空压机A与三级空压机B并联,2个空压机与预冷机串联,在并联空压机的输入端及预冷机的输入端分别设置一个压力及温度检测器,在空压机与预冷机的连接段设置调节阀V601,在空压机的输出端设置一个压力检测器PIC601,在预冷机的输入及输出端分别设置一个温度计。
空压机系统的输入端与纯化器系统的输入端连接。
纯化器系统包括:加热器、纯化器、压力检测器及流量检测器,所述纯化器有2组且通过导管并联连接,在纯化器的两端分别设置一个压力检测器和一个温度计,在纯化器系统内部的管道上设置多个调节阀。
纯化器系统的输入端分别与空压机系统及冷箱系统的输出端连接,纯化器系统的输出端与冷箱的一个输入端连接。
膨胀机系统包括:膨胀机、转速检测器、调节阀V504、调节阀V505及调节阀V501,所述膨胀机有2个且并联连接,在2个膨胀机上分别设置一个转速检测器,调节阀V504及调节阀V505分别设置在2个膨胀机输入端,调节阀V501串联在膨胀机的输入端与输出端之间。
膨胀机系统的输入端与冷箱系统的一个输出端连接,膨胀机系统的输出端与冷箱系统的一个输入端连接。
冷箱系统包括:精馏塔、冷箱、调节阀V614、调节阀V615、压力及流量检测器、压力检测器PIC506、液位检测器A、调节阀V510、液位检测器B、调节阀V511及压力检测器PDL502所述,调节阀V614与调节阀V614分别连接在冷箱的一个输出端上,压力及流量检测器连接在冷箱与纯化器的输入端,压力检测器PIC506连接检测冷箱的各个连接管道,液位检测器A连接在冷箱的底端,调节阀V510连接在冷箱与膨胀机的输出端,液位检测器B连接在冷箱与与膨胀机连接的其他输出端上,在冷箱的上方设置压力检测器PDL502,调节阀V511连接在冷箱与后备及产品输出系统的输入端。
后备及产品输出系统包括:液氮罐、调节阀V08、调节阀V04、汽化器及氮气缓冲罐,所述汽化器有2个且并联连接,液氮罐与氮气缓冲罐分别连接在汽化器的两端,在液氮罐的输入端设置调节阀V08,在液氮罐的输出端设置调节阀V04。
一键开车控制方法:
步骤1:按下启动按钮,启动三级空压机A,当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力较高,调节阀V601自动调节,当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力满足设定范围,调节阀V510与调节阀V614自动调节,确保压力检测器PIC506检测到的压力范围值在3.0~3.2巴之间;
步骤2:启动膨胀机系统,当压力检测器PIC506小于2.5巴时,膨胀机停止工作;当轴承气压力小于4.5巴时,膨胀机停止工作;当压力检测器PIC506大于等于2.5巴、轴承气压力大于等于4.5巴时,进出口阀门自动开启,调节阀V614阶跃调整开度;
步骤3:当压力检测器PDL502监测到的压力数据不稳步升高时,调整调节阀V501及调节阀V510的开度,当压力检测器PDL502稳步升高时,分析仪系统运行监测、采样,采样不合格时取样排空,采样合格时调节阀V614与调节阀V615切换控制;
步骤4:当纯度大于等于2PPM时,打开调节阀V614,关闭调节阀V615,当纯度小于2PPM、精馏塔稳定时,调节阀V615逐渐开启,调节阀V614逐渐关闭;
步骤5:调节阀V615自动运行,自动产液系统运行,产液阀门运行,一键开车完毕;
一键停车控制方法:
步骤1:关闭产品输出阀,关闭调节阀V511、关闭调节阀V08,打开调节阀V04;
步骤2:当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力小于6.8巴时逐渐开大调节阀V601,当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力大于等于6.8巴,保持调节阀V601的开度;
步骤3:调节阀V614逐渐打开至70%,调节阀V615逐渐关闭至0,停车第一阶段完毕;
步骤4:调节阀V504、调节阀V505逐渐关闭直至到0,当压力检测器PIC506检测到的压力小于等于2.8巴时,保持调节阀V510开度不便,当压力检测器PIC506检测到的压力大于2.8巴时,调节阀V510逐渐关闭至0;当压力检测器PIC506检测到的压力小于等于3巴时,保持调节阀V501开度不变,当压力检测器PIC506检测到的压力大于3巴时,调节阀V501逐渐开大至100%;
步骤5:调节阀V504、调节阀V505逐渐关闭直至0时,纯化器停机,调节阀V601开度为100%时空压机停机,此时一键停车完毕。
空压机系统中,循环进水通过循环水管进行全部水循环,循环水管上设有若干管道调节阀,循环水管上设有水压补给装置,水压补给装置下方设有压力检测装置。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
本发明通过制氮装置的自动一键开停车控制系统,可以实现就地、异地的无人参与的情况下,整个装置的自动连锁启停制氮装置,并且通过先进的控制系统及安全保护系统,保证装置的安全开停车以及稳定运行,节省的人员的劳动强度、同时全自动的控制系统避免的人为误操作情况的发生,本发明广泛适用于机械行业。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,进一步说明本发明。
如图6至图10所示,全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法,包括全自动制氮机系统、开车控制方法及停车控制方法,全自动制氮机系统包括空压机系统、纯化器系统、膨胀机系统、冷箱系统、后备及产品输出系统、分析仪系统。
空压机系统包括压力及温度检测器1、三级空压机A2、三级空压机B3、进口过滤器4、放空阀5、调节阀V6016、预冷机7、及温度计8,所述三级空压机A2与三级空压机B3并联,2个空压机与预冷机7串联,在并联空压机的输入端及预冷机7的输入端分别设置一个压力及温度检测器1,在空压机与预冷机7的连接段设置调节阀V6016,在空压机的输出端设置一个压力检测器PIC601,在预冷机7的输入及输出端分别设置一个温度计8。
空压机系统的输入端与纯化器系统的输入端连接。
纯化器系统包括:加热器9、纯化器10、压力检测器11及流量检测器12,所述纯化器10有2组且通过导管并联连接,在纯化器10的两端分别设置一个压力检测器11和一个温度计,在纯化器系统内部的管道上设置多个调节阀。
纯化器系统的输入端分别与空压机系统及冷箱系统的输出端连接,纯化器系统的输出端与冷箱的一个输入端连接。
膨胀机系统包括:膨胀机12、转速检测器13、调节阀V50414、调节阀V50515及调节阀V50116,所述膨胀机12有2个且并联连接,在2个膨胀机12上分别设置一个转速检测器13,调节阀V50414及调节阀V50515分别设置在2个膨胀机12输入端,调节阀V50116串联在膨胀机的输入端与输出端之间。
膨胀机系统的输入端与冷箱系统的一个输出端连接,膨胀机系统的输出端与冷箱系统的一个输入端连接。
冷箱系统包括:精馏塔、冷箱17、调节阀V61418、调节阀V61519、压力及流量检测器20、压力检测器PIC50621、液位检测器A22、调节阀V51023、液位检测器B24、调节阀V51125及压力检测器PDL50226,所述调节阀V61418与调节阀V61519分别连接在冷箱17的一个输出端上,压力及流量检测器20连接在冷箱17与纯化器10的输入端,压力检测器PIC50621连接检测冷箱17的各个连接管道,液位检测器A22连接在冷箱17的底端,调节阀V51023连接在冷箱17与膨胀机12的输出端,液位检测器B24连接在冷箱17与膨胀机12连接的其他输出端上,在冷箱17的上方设置压力检测器PDL50226,调节阀V51125连接在冷箱17与后备及产品输出系统的输入端。
后备及产品输出系统包括:液氮罐27、调节阀V0828、调节阀V0429、汽化器30及氮气缓冲罐31,所述汽化器30有2个且并联连接,液氮罐27与氮气缓冲罐31分别连接在汽化器30的两端,在液氮罐27的输入端设置调节阀V0828,在液氮罐27的输出端设置调节阀V0429。
如图1至图3所示,一键开车控制方法:
步骤1:按下启动按钮,启动三级空压机A2,当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力较高,调节阀V6016自动调节,当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力满足设定范围,调节阀V51023与调节阀V61418自动调节,确保压力检测器PIC50621检测到的压力范围值在3.0~3.2巴之间;
步骤2:启动膨胀机系统,当压力检测器PIC50621小于2.5巴时,膨胀机停止工作;当轴承气压力小于4.5巴时,膨胀机停止工作;当压力检测器PIC50621大于等于2.5巴、轴承气压力大于等于4.5巴时,进出口阀门自动开启,调节阀V61418阶跃调整开度;
步骤3:当压力检测器PDL50226监测到的压力数据不稳步升高时,调整调节阀V50116及调节阀V51023的开度,当压力检测器PDL50226稳步升高时,分析仪系统运行监测、采样,采样不合格时取样排空,采样合格时调节阀V61418与调节阀V61519切换控制;
步骤4:当纯度大于等于2PPM时,打开调节阀V61418,关闭调节阀V61519,当纯度小于2PPM、精馏塔稳定时,调节阀V61519逐渐开启,调节阀V61418逐渐关闭;
步骤5:调节阀V61519自动运行,自动产液系统运行,产液阀门运行,一键开车完毕;
如图4至图5所示,一键停车控制方法:
步骤1:关闭产品输出阀,关闭调节阀V51125、关闭调节阀V0828,打开调节阀V0429;
步骤2:当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力小于6.8巴时逐渐开大调节阀V6016,:当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力大于等于6.8巴,保持调节阀V6016的开度;
步骤3:调节阀V61418逐渐打开至70%,调节阀V61519逐渐关闭至0,停车第一阶段完毕;
步骤4:调节阀V50414、调节阀V50515逐渐关闭直至到0,当压力检测器PIC50621检测到的压力小于等于2.8巴时,保持调节阀V51023开度不便,当压力检测器PIC50621检测到的压力大于2.8巴时,调节阀V51023逐渐关闭至0;当压力检测器PIC50621检测到的压力小于等于3巴时,保持调节阀V50116开度不变,当压力检测器PIC50621检测到的压力大于3巴时,调节阀V50116逐渐开大至100%;
步骤5:调节阀V50414、调节阀V50515逐渐关闭直至0时,纯化器停机,调节阀V6016开度为100%时空压机停机,此时一键停车完毕。
空压机系统中,循环进水通过循环水管进行全部水循环,循环水管上设有若干管道调节阀,循环水管上设有水压补给装置,水压补给装置下方设有压力检测装置。

Claims (2)

1.全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法,包括全自动制氮机系统、开车控制方法及停车控制方法,全自动制氮机系统包括空压机系统、纯化器系统、膨胀机系统、冷箱系统、后备及产品输出系统、分析仪系统,其特征在于:空压机系统包括压力及温度检测器(1)、三级空压机A(2)、三级空压机B(3)、进口过滤器(4)、放空阀(5)、调节阀V601(6)、预冷机(7)、及温度计(8),所述三级空压机A(2)与三级空压机B(3)并联,2个空压机并联后与预冷机(7)串联,在并联空压机的输入端及预冷机(7)的输入端分别设置一个压力及温度检测器(1),在并联空压机与预冷机(7)的连接段设置调节阀V601(6),在并联空压机的输出端设置一个压力检测器PIC601,在预冷机(7)的输入及输出端分别设置一个温度计(8);
纯化器系统包括:加热器(9)、纯化器(10)、压力检测器(11)及流量检测器(12),所述纯化器(10)有2组且通过导管并联连接,在纯化器(10)的两端分别设置一个压力检测器(11)和一个温度计,在纯化器系统内部的管道上设置多个调节阀;
膨胀机系统包括:膨胀机(12)、转速检测器(13)、调节阀V504(14)、调节阀V505(15)及调节阀V501(16),所述膨胀机(12)有2个且并联连接,在2个膨胀机(12)上分别设置一个转速检测器(13),调节阀V504(14)及调节阀V505(15)分别设置在2个膨胀机(12)输入端,调节阀V501(16)串联在膨胀机(12)的输入端与输出端之间;
冷箱系统包括:精馏塔、冷箱(17)、调节阀V614(18)、调节阀V615(19)、压力及流量检测器(20)、压力检测器PIC506(21)、液位检测器A(22)、调节阀V510(23)、液位检测器B(24)、调节阀V511(25)及压力检测器PDL502(26),所述调节阀V614(18)与调节阀V615(19)分别连接在冷箱(17)的一个输出端上,压力及流量检测器(20)连接在冷箱(17)与纯化器(10)的输入端,压力检测器PIC506(21)连接检测冷箱(17)的各个连接管道,液位检测器A(22)连接在冷箱(17)的底端,调节阀V510(23)连接在冷箱(17)与膨胀机(12)的输出端,液位检测器B(24)连接在冷箱(17)与膨胀机(12)连接的其他输出端上,在冷箱(17)的上方设置压力检测器PDL502(26),调节阀V511(25)连接在冷箱(17)与后备及产品输出系统的输入端;
后备及产品输出系统包括:液氮罐(27)、调节阀V08(28)、调节阀V04(29)、汽化器(30)及氮气缓冲罐(31),所述汽化器(30)有2个且并联连接,液氮罐(27)与氮气缓冲罐(31)分别连接在汽化器(30)的两端,在液氮罐(27)的输入端设置调节阀V08(28),在液氮罐(27)的输出端设置调节阀V04(29);
一键开车控制方法:
步骤1:按下启动按钮,启动三级空压机A(2),当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力较高,调节阀V601(6)自动调节,当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力满足设定范围,调节阀V510(23)与调节阀V614(18)自动调节,确保压力检测器PIC506(21)检测到的压力范围值在3.0~3.2巴之间;
步骤2:启动膨胀机系统,当压力检测器PIC506(21)小于2.5巴时,膨胀机停止工作;当轴承气压力小于4.5巴时,膨胀机停止工作;当压力检测器PIC506(21)大于等于2.5巴、轴承气压力大于等于4.5巴时,进出口阀门自动开启,调节阀V614(18)阶跃调整开度;
步骤3:当压力检测器PDL502(26)监测到的压力数据不稳步升高时,调整调节阀V501(16)及调节阀V510(23)的开度,当压力检测器PDL502(26)稳步升高时,分析仪系统运行监测、采样,采样不合格时取样排空,采样合格时调节阀V614(18)与调节阀V615(19)切换控制;
步骤4:当纯度大于等于2PPM时,打开调节阀V614(18),关闭调节阀V615(19),当纯度小于2PPM、精馏塔稳定时,调节阀V615(19)逐渐开启,调节阀V614(18)逐渐关闭;
步骤5:调节阀V615(19)自动运行,自动产液系统运行,产液阀门运行,一键开车完毕;
一键停车控制方法:
步骤1:关闭产品输出阀,关闭调节阀V511(25)、关闭调节阀V08(28),打开调节阀V04(29);
步骤2:当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力小于6.8巴时逐渐开大调节阀V601(6),:当压力检测器PIC601检测到的压力大于等于6.8巴,保持调节阀V601(6)的开度;
步骤3:调节阀V614(18)逐渐打开至70%,调节阀V615(19)逐渐关闭至0,停车第一阶段完毕;
步骤4:调节阀V504(14)、调节阀V505(15)逐渐关闭直至到0,当压力检测器PIC506(21)检测到的压力小于等于2.8巴时,保持调节阀V510(23)开度不便,当压力检测器PIC506(21)检测到的压力大于2.8巴时,调节阀V510(23)逐渐关闭至0;当压力检测器PIC506(21)检测到的压力小于等于3巴时,保持调节阀V501(16)开度不变,当压力检测器PIC506(21)检测到的压力大于3巴时,调节阀V501(16)逐渐开大至100%;
步骤5:调节阀V504(14)、调节阀V505(15)逐渐关闭直至0时,纯化器停机,调节阀V601(6)开度为100%时空压机停机,此时一键停车完毕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动制氮机系统一键开停车控制方法,其特征在于:空压机系统中,循环进水通过循环水管进行全部水循环,循环水管上设有若干管道调节阀,循环水管上设有水压补给装置,水压补给装置下方设有压力检测装置。
