As a preferred technical scheme, the sealing rubber strip 4 comprises a mounting groove 401 and a fixed mounting block 402;

The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the process of using the low-cost thick-wall light guide structure, firstly, the thick-wall light guide 2 needs to be fixedly installed, firstly, the second positioning mounting column 205 and the first positioning mounting hole 103 are utilized to position between the reflecting mirror 1 and the thick-wall light guide 2, after the positioning between the reflecting mirror 1 and the thick-wall light guide 2 is completed, the mounting buckle 105 and the mounting clamping groove 207 are utilized to fix between the reflecting mirror 1 and the thick-wall light guide 2, after the fixing between the reflecting mirror 1 and the thick-wall light guide 2 is completed, the patch LED lamp particles 308 need to be installed on the PCB 3, at the moment, the patch LED lamp particles 308 are fixedly installed on the mounting seat 306, then the fixed mounting column 309 of the mounting seat 306 is aligned with the fixed mounting hole 304 on the PCB 3, the fixed mounting of the mounting seat 306 is completed by utilizing the fixed rubber ring 310 and the fixed clamping groove 305, then the PCB 3 is fixedly installed by utilizing the sealing rubber strip 4, and then the first positioning mounting column 104 is aligned with the second positioning mounting hole 302, the positioning of the PCB 3 is completed, and the PCB 3 is fixedly installed by utilizing the sealing strip 4, and the PCB 3 can be connected by utilizing the power socket 303;
when the thick-wall light guide structure is used, light emitted by the patch LED lamp particles 308 is concentrated by the reflecting surface 101 and the first light carrying patterns 102, then the light is transmitted into the thick-wall light guide 2 through the light guide surface 201, when the light is transmitted into the thick-wall light guide 2, the light after light concentration can be diffused by the second light carrying patterns 202, the light is continuously reflected and diffused by the thick-wall light guide 2, and the light is diffused by the third light carrying patterns 206, so that the light can be diffused more uniformly, the emitted light is free from speckles, and the light is more attractive;
in the process of lighting the patch LED lamp granules 308, the air flow around the patch LED lamp granules 308 is increased by utilizing the first heat dissipation holes 301 and the second heat dissipation holes 307, so that the heat dissipation of the patch LED lamp granules 308 is accelerated, and the service life of the patch LED lamp granules 308 can be effectively prolonged;
when the patch LED lamp particles 308 are damaged, the patch LED lamp particles 308 need to be replaced, the fixed mounting columns 309 are pulled out from the inside of the fixed mounting holes 304, the patch LED lamp particles 308 are replaced, and the damage to the PCB 3 caused by the direct replacement of the patch LED lamp particles 308 is avoided, so that the replacement of the patch LED lamp particles 308 is more convenient.

1. A low cost thick wall light guide structure, characterized by: the thick-wall light guide structure comprises a reflecting mirror (1), a thick-wall light guide (2), a PCB (printed circuit board) (3) and a sealing adhesive tape (4);
a thick-wall light guide (2) is arranged on one side of the reflector (1), the thick-wall light guide (2) is of an injection molding integrated structure, the thick-wall light guide (2) is made of a transparent material, a PCB (printed circuit board) 3 is arranged on one side of the reflector (1) on the same vertical plane of the thick-wall light guide (2), and the PCB (3) is fixedly connected with the thick-wall light guide (2) through a sealing rubber strip (4);
the reflector (1) comprises a reflecting surface (101), a first light carrying pattern (102), a first positioning mounting hole (103), a first positioning mounting column (104) and a mounting buckle (105);
a plurality of reflecting surfaces (101) are arranged on the inner side of the reflecting mirror (1), first light carrying patterns (102) are formed on the surfaces of the reflecting surfaces (101), first positioning mounting holes (103) are formed in one side of the reflecting mirror (1), first positioning mounting columns (104) are mounted on the connecting positions of the reflecting surfaces (101) on the inner side of the reflecting mirror (1), and mounting buckles (105) are mounted on two ends of the reflecting mirror (1);
the thick-wall light guide (2) comprises a light guide surface (201), a second light carrying pattern (202), a mounting bracket (203), a fixing screw (204), a second positioning mounting column (205), a third light carrying pattern (206) and a mounting clamping groove (207);
a plurality of light guide surfaces (201) are equidistantly arranged on one side of the thick-wall light guide (2), a plurality of second light carrying patterns (202) are cut on the surfaces of the light guide surfaces (201) at equal distances, mounting brackets (203) are mounted at two ends of the thick-wall light guide (2), fixing screws (204) are inserted into one end of each mounting bracket (203), second positioning mounting columns (205) are mounted at each corner of the thick-wall light guide (2), third light carrying patterns (206) are cut on the other side of the thick-wall light guide (2), mounting clamping grooves (207) are formed in the inner side of the thick-wall light guide (2), and the reflecting mirror (1) and the thick-wall light guide (2) are fixedly mounted through mounting buckles (105) and the mounting clamping grooves (207);
