Examples
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present invention provides a sliding faucet, which comprises a hard water pipe 1, a sliding faucet, a stretchable first hose 21 and a stretchable second hose 22.
The hard water pipe 1, the surface of the hard water pipe 1 is provided with a plurality of water through holes 11, water circulates in the pipe, and the water flows from the water through holes 11 into the sliding faucet. It should be noted that, the hard water pipe 1 may be made of hard materials such as steel, stainless steel, iron, and plastic, so as to ensure that the sliding faucet is not easy to deform when sliding thereon, and influence the sliding smoothness, but is not limited herein.
More preferably, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hard water pipe 1 is made of stainless steel, so as to ensure that the water does not rust during the contact with water, thereby affecting the water quality.
The sliding faucet is slidably disposed on the hard water pipe 1 and comprises a sliding piece 31 and a faucet 32. The sliding member 31 is connected to the faucet 32, so that a through hole 34 formed in the sliding member 31 communicates with a fluid passage of the faucet 32. When the sliding member 31 is slidably sleeved on the hard water pipe 1, the through hole 34 on the sliding member 31 is matched with the water through hole 11, so that water coming out from the water through hole 11 can enter the through hole 34 and pass through the fluid channel of the faucet 32. The sliding faucet slides on the hard water pipe 1, when the sliding faucet slides to the water taking position, water flowing out from the water through holes 11 positioned at the water taking position enters the through holes 34 and finally flows out from the fluid channel of the faucet 32, the moving range of the faucet 32 is enlarged to the greatest extent, and a user can conveniently take water from all parts of the water tank.
Further, referring to fig. 2, a sliding groove (not shown) is formed in a surface of the hard water pipe 1 away from the through hole 34, a second protrusion 312 adapted to the sliding groove is disposed on an inner side wall of the sliding block, which is close to the sliding groove, and the second protrusion 312 slides in the sliding groove. On the one hand, the sliding smoothness of the sliding faucet can be improved, on the other hand, the sliding faucet can be prevented from rotating around the hard water pipe 1, and a user can conveniently take water.
A first flexible pipe 21 and a second flexible pipe 22 which can be stretched, wherein the first flexible pipe 21 and the second flexible pipe 22 are sleeved on the hard water pipe 1. Wherein, the ends of the first hose 21 and the second hose 22 close to each other are respectively connected with two ends of the sliding member 31 along the sliding direction in a sealing manner, and the other ends of the first hose and the second hose far away from each other are respectively fixed on the hard water pipe 1 in a sealing manner. When the sliding faucet slides on the hard water pipe 1, the first hose 21 or the second hose 22 is driven to stretch or shrink, so that only water in one water through hole 11 can flow out through the faucet 32, and the rest water through holes 11 are covered by the first hose 21 or the second hose 22, so that the sliding faucet cannot leak water in the sliding process. It should be noted that, the sealing structures of the hard water pipe 1 may be sealing rings or sealing ring structures in the prior art, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the first hose 21 and the second hose 22 are elastic rubber tubes 23 with expansion and contraction properties. In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the first hose 21 and the second hose 22 are plastic tubes 24 having a folded portion. The elastic rubber tube 23 with the telescopic performance and the plastic tube 24 with the folding part can ensure that the sliding faucet is watertight in the sliding process, and the materials are easy to obtain and the cost is low.
Further, a movable fixing member is provided on the sliding member 31, which is capable of fixing the sliding faucet to the hard water pipe 1 when the sliding faucet is in place, and is also capable of being detached from the fixing of the sliding faucet by an external force to allow the sliding faucet to slide on the hard water pipe 1. The movable fixing piece can avoid the sliding faucet from rotating around the hard water pipe 1, so that a user can conveniently take water.
Further, the distance between the movable fixing piece and the through hole 34 is adapted to the distance between the water through holes 11. By fixing the movable fixing piece on the water through hole 11, the water through hole 11 is reasonably utilized, and the structure of the whole device is simplified.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the movable fixing member is disposed on an inner side surface of the sliding member 31 near the water through hole 11, and the movable fixing member is a first protrusion 311 with elasticity. Defining the water through hole 11 matching with the through hole 34 of the sliding member 31 as a first water through hole 111, when the sliding faucet is in place, the sliding member 31 covers the first water through hole 111 on the hard water pipe 1 and the second water through hole 112 adjacent to the first water through hole 111. Wherein the first protrusion 311 can be inserted into the second water through hole 112 when the sliding faucet is in place so as to fix the sliding faucet; the first protrusion 311 can also be disengaged from the second water through hole 112 by an external force to allow the sliding faucet to slide on the hard water pipe 1. Because the first protrusion 311 is elastic, the first protrusion 311 can be inserted into the second water through hole 112 to fix the sliding tap when the slider 31 is stationary; when the sliding member 31 moves, the applied external force can elastically deform the first protrusion 311 away from the second through hole 112 to allow the sliding faucet to slide on the hard water pipe 1.
Further, the first protrusion 311 may be made of a rubber material having elasticity, and may be adhered to the inner side of the sliding member 31 near the water through hole 11 by glue, but the connection is not limited herein. The shape of the first protrusion 311 may be hemispherical, trapezoidal, but is not limited thereto.
Further, in another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the movable fixing member is a movable vertical rod 331 penetrating the sliding member 31 and facing the water through hole 11. The movable vertical rod 331 can be moved to a first position to allow the sliding member 31 to slide on the hard water pipe 1; it is also possible to achieve a fixed connection of the slider 31 with the hard water tube 1 by being moved to the second position. The first position is a position where the movable vertical rod 331 is away from the water through hole 11 and does not contact with the water through hole 11, but does not leave the sliding member 31, and the second position is a position where the movable vertical rod 331 is embedded into the water through hole 11 but does not leave the sliding member 31.
Further, the movable vertical rod 331 is screwed with the sliding member 31. Defining the water through hole 11 matched with the through hole 34 of the sliding piece 31 as a first water through hole 111, when the sliding faucet is in place, the sliding piece 31 covers the first water through hole 111 on the hard water pipe 1 and a second water through hole 112 adjacent to the first water through hole 111; wherein the movable vertical rod 331 can be rotatably extended to be inserted into the second water through hole 112 to fix the sliding faucet; it is also possible to withdraw the engagement with the second water passing hole 112 by reverse rotation to allow the sliding of the sliding tap on the hard water pipe 1. The structure of the movable fixing piece is simplified as much as possible, so that the structure of the whole device is simplified, and the cost is saved.
The invention also provides a washing device, which comprises the sliding water tap, wherein the sliding water tap can be arranged at the edge of a water tank of the washing device, so that a user can conveniently take water from all parts of the water tank. In addition, the sliding type water tap can be applied to the inside of a laboratory fume hood, so that the water taking operation of an experimenter in the hood is facilitated.
The above description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, but various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
