Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型净味涂料成膜助剂,以2,2‑二甲基‑1,3‑丙二醇双异丁酸酯作为主要成分。新型净味涂料成膜助剂作为涂料使用时,成膜助剂在应用时,直接加入配方中分散均匀即可,成膜助剂在涂料配方中加入量为1‑5wt%。本发明的新型净味涂料成膜助剂及其涂料具有净味、纯度高、酸值低、成本低、能耗低、绿色环保的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性涂料技术领域,特别是一种新型净味涂料成膜助剂及包含该成膜助剂的涂料。
背景技术
全球涂料产能巨大,水性化产品不断替代油性产品,避免VOC排放。但目前水性化涂料中绝大部分不能做到完全无溶剂,而是加入一种“增塑、增溶”作用的成分,一般认为该成分为成膜助剂。当前主流的成膜助剂为醇酯十二(2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯),由于醇酯十二由异丁醛反应制备,生产伴随产生大量刺激性的气味。
发明内容
本发明的最主要目的在于提供了一种新型净味涂料成膜助剂及其涂料,具有净味、纯度高、酸值低、成本低、能耗低、绿色环保的特点。

在本发明中,成膜助剂对水性乳液的助成膜作用机理是其对自由体积的改变。分析醇酯十二的分子结构,在本发明的新型净味成膜助剂。其在配方中,当水分挥发后,毛细管压力下,其塑化乳粒的表层,使能变形填充空隙,并使表层分子链段相互渗透缠绕,形成连续的涂膜。
进一步地,所述2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇双异丁酸酯以2,2–二甲基-1,3-丙二醇与异丁酸作为原料进行酯化反应所得。
进一步地,酯化反应的反应条件为:醇酯比为1:0.8-1.2。催化剂为酸性催化剂,反应温度为90-140℃,反应过程不停除去生成的水,反应时间为30-240min。
进一步地,所述酸性催化剂选自固体酸HND-26、浓硫酸、对甲基苯磺酸、甲基磺酸、强酸性阳离子交换树脂中的一种或两种以上的组合物。

本发明新型净味涂料成膜助剂及涂料具有如下有益的技术效果:
从应用性能上,本发明的产品性能上完全可以代替现有主流产品,由于不使用异丁醛,避免生产过程出现刺激性污染气味,工艺上简单易操作,产品提纯只需要蒸馏、中和就可达到合格,合成、分离过程能耗低,设备投入少。
本发明的净味涂料成膜助剂。避免了精馏操作,只进行一次脱醇水的蒸馏,极大地降低能耗,过碱性柱,不存在水解皂化等问题,使生产更稳定,但同时可达到高纯度低酸值的产品,设备投入少,相同条件下可形成更高的产能。

应用实施例1
新戊二醇1kg与异丁酸0.9kg,带水剂甲苯用量为10wt%,在140℃下反应3h,酯化催化剂为HND-26,用量为3wt%,将得到的反应混合。提纯后得到产品。
取产品通过搅拌一种市售苯乙烯/丙烯酸乳液中,加入量为2%重量的成膜助剂,并分散均匀,涂膜,真空除气泡,并放置48h后,进行性能评价。
应用实施例2
新戊二醇10kg与异丁酸0.8kg,带水剂甲苯用量为10wt%,在140℃下反应3h,酯化催化剂为甲基磺酸,用量为2wt%,将得到的反应混合物提纯后得到产品。
取产品通过搅拌一种市售苯乙烯/丙烯酸乳液中,加入量为3%重量的成膜助剂,并分散均匀,涂膜,真空除气泡,并放置48h后,进行性能评价。
