本发明涉及印刷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种防腐蚀印刷包装环保材料,包括包装膜和印刷于包装膜的油墨;包装膜包括以下原料组成:低密度聚乙烯,纳米氧化锌,茶树精油,甘油三醋酸酯,聚乳酸纤维,甘草提取物,方解石粉,硬脂酸,大豆分离蛋白;油墨包括以下原料组成:水性丙烯酸改性树脂,去离子水,乙醇,三乙胺,颜料,消泡剂,稳定剂,分散剂,流平剂,增滑剂,交联剂;本发明将油墨涂覆于包装膜,结合了两者的特性使用,在包装材料上使用,能够实现防腐、可降解无毒、无害和阻燃等效果,应用范围广。

一种防腐蚀印刷包装环保材料
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种防腐蚀印刷包装环保材料。
背景技术
油墨是由有色体(如颜料、染料等)、连结料、填(充)料、附加料等物质组成的均匀混合物;能进行印刷,并在被印刷体上干燥;是有颜色、具有一定流动度的浆状胶粘体。因此,颜色(色相)、身骨(稀稠、流动度等流变性能)和干燥性能是油墨的三个最重要的性能。它们的种类很多,物理性质亦不一样,有的很稠、很粘;而有的却相当稀。有的以植物油作连结料;有的用树脂和溶剂或水等作连结料。这些都是根据印刷的对象即承印物、印刷方法、印刷版材的类型和干燥方法等来决定。
油墨是印刷过程中用于形成图文信息的物质,因此油墨在印刷中作用非同小可,它直接决定印刷品上图像的阶调、色彩、清晰度等。在印刷中我们需要了解油墨的组成和油墨的分类。
现有技术中,中国专利申请号为CN201510181356.4,公开了由一种用于包装材料印刷的水性油墨及其制作方法,其存在不足在于,不能实现防腐和可降解功能,缺乏整体应用范围,实用可靠性较差。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种将油墨涂覆于包装膜,结合了两者的特性使用,在包装材料上使用,能够实现防腐、可降解无毒、无害和阻燃等效果,应用范围广的防腐蚀印刷包装环保材料。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种防腐蚀印刷包装环保材料,包括包装膜和印刷于包装膜的油墨;
所述包装膜包括以下重量份的原料组成:
低密度聚乙烯50~80份,
纳米氧化锌3~5份,
茶树精油5~10份,
甘油三醋酸酯7~8份,
聚乳酸纤维8~10份,
甘草提取物2~3份,
方解石粉1~2份,
硬脂酸2~4份,
大豆分离蛋白12~15份;
所述油墨包括以下重量份的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸改性树脂20~50份,
去离子水15~25份,
乙醇10~20份,
三乙胺5~15份,
颜料10~20份,
消泡剂0.5~1份,
稳定剂0.2~1份,
分散剂0.1~0.5份,
流平剂0.1~0.6份,
增滑剂0.1~0.4份,
交联剂0.1~1份。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述包装膜包括以下重量份的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯50份,
纳米氧化锌4份,
茶树精油8份,
甘油三醋酸酯7份,
聚乳酸纤维9份,
甘草提取物3份,
方解石粉2份,
硬脂酸3份,
大豆分离蛋白14份。

去离子水23份,

颜料15份,

稳定剂0.5份,
流平剂0.3份,
增滑剂0.2份,
交联剂0.5份。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述颜料包括有机颜料和无机颜料;所述有机颜料包括酞菁蓝和立索尔红;所述无机颜料有炭黑和钛白粉。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述消泡剂的成份为二甲硅油、白炭黑和乳化剂。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述水性丙烯酸改性树脂的采用(C3H4O2)n。
本发明的有益效果是:
包装膜以低密度聚乙烯为基材,将活化处理后的纳米氧化锌作为光催化抗菌剂,使细菌、水分等有机成分被分解,从而杀灭或抑制细菌生长,且复合茶树精油,即使在无光的条件下依然具有较强的抗菌性,抗菌广谱性高;同时添加改性后的方解石粉作为填料,通过除氧、除湿、除乙烯等方式改变包装材料内部的包装环境,防止微生物的生长,可降解成本低,抗菌效果显著。
油墨采用去离子水作溶解载体,水性油墨具有显著的环保安全特点,安全、无毒、无害、不燃不爆、无挥发性有机气体产生;对大气环境无污染,在印刷时的特性存在黏度低、流动性好、干燥快速,应用广。
本发明中,将油墨涂覆于包装膜,结合了两者的特性使用,在包装材料上使用,能够实现防腐、可降解无毒、无害和阻燃等效果,应用范围广。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
防腐蚀印刷包装环保材料,包括包装膜和印刷于包装膜的油墨;
包装膜包括以下重量份的原料组成:
低密度聚乙烯50~80份,纳米氧化锌3~5份,茶树精油5~10份,甘油三醋酸酯7~8份,聚乳酸纤维8~10份,甘草提取物2~3份,方解石粉1~2份,硬脂酸2~4份,大豆分离蛋白12~15份;
油墨包括以下重量份的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸改性树脂20~50份,去离子水15~25份,乙醇10~20份,三乙胺5~15份,颜料10~20份,消泡剂0.5~1份,稳定剂0.2~1份,分散剂0.1~0.5份,流平剂0.1~0.6份,增滑剂0.1~0.4份,交联剂0.1~1份;
采用以上组分形成的包装材料,能够实现防腐、可降解无毒、无害和阻燃等效果。
实施例2
包装膜包括以下重量份的原料组成:
低密度聚乙烯50份,纳米氧化锌4份,茶树精油8份,甘油三醋酸酯7份,聚乳酸纤维9份,甘草提取物3份,方解石粉2份,硬脂酸3份,大豆分离蛋白14份;以低密度聚乙烯为基材,将活化处理后的纳米氧化锌作为光催化抗菌剂,使细菌、水分等有机成分被分解,从而杀灭或抑制细菌生长,且复合茶树精油,即使在无光的条件下依然具有较强的抗菌性,抗菌广谱性高;同时添加改性后的方解石粉作为填料,通过除氧、除湿、除乙烯等方式改变包装材料内部的包装环境,防止微生物的生长,可降解成本低,抗菌效果显著。

聚乳酸纤维8~10份,
甘草提取物2~3份,
方解石粉1~2份,
硬脂酸2~4份,
大豆分离蛋白12~15份;
所述油墨包括以下重量份的原料组成:
水性丙烯酸改性树脂20~50份,
去离子水15~25份,

颜料10~20份,
消泡剂0.5~1份,
