According to the temperature value of the power battery pack measured by the temperature sensor 37, the electric heating plate 38 or the fan 39 is started through the switch 36 to work, the battery can be heated or cooled, the power battery pack is guaranteed to be in a good temperature environment during charging, the maintenance of the battery is facilitated, the battery is not easy to damage in use, and the service life is prolonged. The charging device can ensure that the power battery pack can be charged with enough electric quantity, and avoids the charging limitation of the power battery pack caused by the influence of temperature. This maintain mechanism convenient to use can adapt to different vehicles, and stability can be good in the use, and difficult emergence is slided, can maintain the battery in charging, keeps the battery to be in the temperature of adaptation, can charge safely.

s1, primary detection: a professional detector or a vehicle owner directly observes the state of the power battery pack at the bottom of the vehicle, the external damage condition and the deformation condition through eyes, and preliminarily judges the damage condition of the power battery pack;
s2, voltage testing: connecting a charging interface of the power battery pack with a voltage measuring instrument (40) through a line, measuring the voltage inside the power battery pack by the voltage measuring instrument (40), comparing the measured voltage with a standard voltage, and judging the state of the battery;
s3, internal instrument detection: detecting the secondary loop, the electric core and the electric storage quantity of the battery in the battery box by using an internal measurer of the power battery pack, and judging the damage degree of instruments in the power battery pack;
s4, charging maintenance: the maintenance mechanism is used for maintaining the power battery pack in the charging process, when the power battery pack is charged, two ends of the maintenance mechanism are respectively placed on two sides of the bottom of an automobile, and according to the width of the automobile, the electric telescopic column (13) drives the fixing plate (10) at one end to move towards one side of the automobile until the length of the maintenance mechanism is matched with the width of the automobile; after the length is adjusted, the side plates (6) on the two sides are inserted and fixed at one end of the top of the fixed plate (10) through a plug (35) at the bottom according to actual needs, and the side plates (6) on the two sides are clamped with the two sides of the bottom of the automobile; the adjusting bolt (30) is screwed, the adjusting bolt (30) rotates in the side plate (6), the push plate (32) changes position along with the movement of the adjusting bolt (30) and is in close contact with the side face of the bottom of the automobile, and the maintenance mechanism is stably and fixedly connected with the automobile;
the mounting plate (8) at the top of the maintenance mechanism is in contact with the bottom of a power battery pack below an automobile, temperature sensors (37) at two ends are in contact with the power battery pack, the temperature of the power battery pack is measured, the measured temperature value is transmitted to the inside of a control cabinet (2), a central processing unit in the control cabinet (2) further sends data to a mobile terminal of an automobile owner through a communication box (7), and an electric heating plate (38) or a fan (39) is started to work through a switch (36) according to the temperature value of the power battery pack measured by the temperature sensors (37) to heat or cool the power battery pack;
the maintenance mechanism comprises edge plates (1) on two sides and a plurality of mounting plates (8) in S4, fixing plates (10) are welded between two ends of each edge plate (1), side plates (6) are clamped at ends, far away from the two fixing plates (10), connecting plates (16) which are longitudinally arranged are welded on two sides of the bottom of each side plate (6), two groups of plugs (35) are connected to the bottom of each connecting plate (16), a plurality of jacks are formed in the joints of the fixing plates (10) and the side plates (6), and the connecting plates (16) are inserted into the jacks through the plugs (35);
the two opposite sides of the two side plates (6) are both connected with a push plate (32) in parallel, the upper part of one end of the push plate (32) is connected with a horizontally arranged adjusting bolt (30), a bearing (31) is installed at the joint of the adjusting bolt (30) and the push plate (32), one end of the adjusting bolt (30) penetrates through the side plates (6) and is in threaded connection with the side plates (6), the bottoms of the two ends of the push plate (32) are both connected with positioning rods (33) in parallel, and the positioning rods (33) movably penetrate through the side plates (6);

the middle parts of two sides of the connecting rod (19) are connected with clamping plates (20) along the length direction, two ends of the top of the connecting rod are connected with anti-falling rods (28) which are longitudinally arranged, the anti-falling rods (28) are clamped in the sliding groove (18), the top of each anti-falling rod (28) is parallel and level to the top of the sliding groove (18), and the clamping plates (20) are clamped in the clamping grooves (27);
a plurality of mounting plates (8) are uniformly connected between the edge plates (1) on the two sides, the two ends of each mounting plate (8) are clamped outside the plug-in board (12), screw holes (11) are formed in the inner parts of the two ends of the mounting plates (8) and one side, close to the inner parts, of the top ends of the plug-in boards (12), and the mounting plates (8) and the plug-in boards (12) are connected with screws through the screw holes (11) on the end parts;
the temperature control device comprises a mounting plate (8), a plurality of fans (39) and electric heating plates (38) are uniformly mounted on the top of the mounting plate (8), temperature sensors (37) are mounted at two ends of the top of the mounting plate, two groups of switches (36) are mounted at one end of the mounting plate (8), and a voltage measuring instrument (40) is mounted on the side surface of the mounting plate (8) at one end;
the middle ends of the bottoms of the two edge plates (1) are connected with a transverse plate (3), the middle ends of the bottoms of the two fixed plates (10) are connected with a buffer plate (9), the buffer plate (9) is composed of three sections, the two adjacent sections are connected through a rotating joint (14), a return spring is installed inside the rotating joint (14), the middle part and the bottoms of the two ends of the buffer plate (9) are connected with inserting rods (15) which are longitudinally arranged, the two ends of the buffer plate (9) are rotatably connected with the fixed plates (10) through the inserting rods (15), and the middle part is rotatably connected with the transverse plate (3) through the inserting rods (15);
