2. The grinding machine generates a large amount of heat when a belt rotating at high speed and the surface of a steel plate are ground in the grinding operation, so that local micro deformation of a grinding part is easily caused due to uneven heating of the steel plate in the process of grinding a thin plate, and the shape control is not facilitated. Although there is spray water as described above, the low pressure point spray water is primarily used to reduce the belt temperature and has no significant effect on the plate shape control.

The device has the blowing effect on a small amount of scrap iron generated by scraping the edge of the strip steel and the guide plate at the inlet side of the finishing mill, but has the defect that if the scrap iron or foreign matters are more, the blowing pipeline arranged in a linear mode is not beneficial to timely removing the scrap iron or the foreign matters from the upper surface of the steel plate, and the accumulation phenomenon is easily generated at the front section of a blowing point. In addition, the device is only suitable for one-way purging, and has great limitation in use.
