本申请提出了一种传输业务数据的方法、网络设备和终端设备,该方法包括:网络设备向终端设备发送第一指示消息,第一指示消息用于指示第二空口参数配置,所述第一指示消息是通过第一空口参数配置下的空口资源发送的;网络设备通过第二空口参数配置下的空口资源与终端设备进行业务数据的传输。本申请的传输业务数据的方法,网络设备向终端设备发送指示空口参数配置的指示消息,使得网络设备和终端设备所使用的空口资源的空口参数配置能够灵活的变化,从而达到更好的传输效果,可以增强用户体验。
