Claims (6)
1. The preparation process of the single-permeation patch is characterized in that the structure comprises a printing layer (1) and a bonding release layer (2), wherein the printing layer (1) is provided with a plurality of through holes (3), and the aperture of each through hole (3): diameter is 1.0mm, light transmittance: 40.27% and the transverse distance between the through holes (3) is 3mm, and the vertical distance between the through holes (3) is 1.3mm; the printing layer (1) is a PVC film layer printing layer; the upper part of the printing layer (1) is printed with a white mineral oil layer (13), and the lower part is provided with a glue layer (12), and is adhered with the release layer (2) through the glue layer (12); the bottom of the adhesive layer (12) comprises a 77241B glue curing layer (14) with a curing rate of 40%;
the method comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing a required PVC film, a collagen material, release paper, printing ink and white mineral oil;
s2, printing the required pattern on the outer surface of the PVC film through a printer to form a semi-finished product A;
s3, preparing a pressure-sensitive adhesive;
s4, covering and combining the semi-finished product A with the prepared pressure-sensitive adhesive, glue and release paper by using a coating machine to form a semi-finished product B, so that the semi-finished product B forms a PVC printing layer, a glue curing layer and a release layer, and placing the semi-finished product B for drying and trimming after covering and combining;
s5, placing the cut edge of the semi-finished product B for 96 hours, and then punching, wherein the step of punching comprises the following steps:
1) Selecting a needle head with the diameter of 1.0mm, and punching the total length of the needle: 40mm, length of the punch pin which can be ground: 15mm; a punching die with a transverse distance of 3mm and a vertical distance of 1.3mm;
2) Coating a layer of white mineral oil on the surface of a semi-finished product B placed for 96 hours by adopting a roller before punching to form a semi-finished product C, then rapidly cooling the semi-finished product C in a freezer at-5 ℃ to-15 ℃, and rapidly punching by adopting a punching die to form a finished product D;
3) Putting the product into a heating box for heating after punching, and softening the surface of the finished product D;
s6, rewinding by a rewinder after passing through the heating roller.
2. The process for preparing the single-permeation patch according to claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: in the step S5, the semi-finished product B rapidly passes through a freezer, a punching die and a heating box to be frozen, punched and heated by a movable conveyer belt.
3. The process for preparing the single-permeation patch according to claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the temperature of the heating box in the step S5 is 80-90 ℃.
4. The process for preparing the single-permeation patch according to claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: 8 rows of inclined rows are adopted for the punching die, and 4300 punching pins are adopted.
5. The process for preparing the single-permeation patch according to claim 2, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the moving speed of the punching die through the freezer is 10-20 m/min.
6. The process for preparing the single-permeation patch according to claim 2, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the speed of the heated box is 50 m/min.
