Technical Field
The application relates to the field of lighting tables, in particular to a lighting table with a light target frame.
Background
The light table and the light target frame at the stern in the prior art are two independent components, the foundation is fixed by using expansion bolts in a common fixing mode, the expansion bolts are driven into the dock foundation, and after the light operation at the stern is finished, the light table and the light target frame can be detached. This design has the following drawbacks found during long-term use:
1. the fixed mode has the drawback that the expansion bolts can cause the damage of dock foundation when being beaten into the dock foundation, and the dock foundation is covered with a plurality of marks left by the expansion bolts, and the dock foundation is high in maintenance price, so that the construction cost is increased.
2. The traditional illumination table and the traditional light target frame are simple to manufacture and poor in stability, and the traditional illumination table and the traditional light target frame are additionally required to be reinforced and fixed in the use process.
3. The direct welding of the light target tool on the light target frame is inconvenient for later adjustment and repeated use.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application is directed to a lighting stand with a light target frame, and aims to solve the problems of poor stability of the lighting stand and the light target frame, damage to a dock foundation, and high maintenance cost of the dock foundation.
The application solves the problems by the following technical proposal:
a light stand having a light target holder, comprising: the bottom frame, the middle frame, the light target frame and the light target tool,
the bottom frame is positioned at the bottom of the illumination table, four corners of the bottom surface of the bottom frame are respectively provided with a foot for fixing, each foot is provided with an adjusting bolt support on the outer side, and the fitting degree of the foot and the dock bottom is adjusted by adjusting bolts in the adjusting bolt supports;
the middle frame is fixedly connected to the top surface of the bottom frame, and the upper surface of the middle frame is provided with a top platform;
the optical target frame is arranged on the upper surface of the front end of the middle frame, channel steel is respectively arranged on two sides of the optical target frame, a first-stage adjustment is arranged on the optical target frame, and the first-stage adjustment is used for adjusting the height of the optical target tool on the optical target frame;
the light target fixture comprises a light target fixture plate, wherein a mounting plate used for being connected and fixed on a light target frame is arranged on one side face of the light target fixture plate, an adjusting plate is connected and fixed in the middle of the other side face of the light target fixture plate, a first through hole used for placing a light target seat is arranged in the middle of the adjusting plate, a second through hole used for placing a light target is arranged in the middle of the light target seat, second-stage adjustment and third-stage adjustment are arranged on the light target fixture, the second-stage adjustment is performed on the basis of the first-stage adjustment, and the third-stage adjustment is performed on the basis of the second-stage adjustment for the light target seat to be adjusted relative to the light target fixture.
Preferably, the optical target frame is provided with a plurality of groups of first bolt holes which are equidistant up and down, each group is provided with two first bolt holes which are respectively arranged on a channel steel, the optical target fixture is fixed on the optical target frame through bolts, and the first bolt holes of different groups are selected to realize the first-stage adjustment of the optical target fixture on the optical target frame.
Preferably, the optical target fixture is provided with a plurality of groups of second bolt holes which are equidistant up and down, each group is provided with two second bolt holes which are respectively arranged on the mounting plate, and different groups of second bolt holes are selected to realize the second-stage adjustment of the optical target fixture on the optical target frame.
Preferably, the distance between each set of the first bolt holes is greater than the distance between each set of the second bolt holes.
Preferably, the light target fixture is provided with at least three first adjusting devices and at least three second adjusting devices, the first adjusting devices comprise fixing seats and adjusting rods, the fixing seats are uniformly distributed on one side face of the light target fixture plate, the fixing seats are provided with fixing seat holes, the adjusting plates are provided with at least three first adjusting holes uniformly distributed in the radial direction, the adjusting rods penetrate through the fixing seat holes and the first adjusting holes to enable the adjusting plates to be fixedly connected to the light target fixture plate, and the adjusting rods can adjust the positions of the adjusting plates.
Preferably, the adjusting plate is provided with at least three second adjusting holes which are radially and uniformly distributed, the outer edge of the optical target seat is provided with a groove, the second adjusting device passes through the second adjusting holes to prop into the groove, the optical target seat is clamped and fixed on the surface of one side of the optical target tooling plate, and the first adjusting device and the second adjusting device are adjusted to realize the third-stage adjustment of the optical target seat relative to the optical target tooling.
Preferably, the light target tool is provided with a roller device, the roller device is provided with a support frame, the support frame is fixedly connected to one side surface of the light target tool plate, a roller shaft is arranged on the support frame, and a roller is sleeved on the roller shaft.
Preferably, the lower part of each of the feet is respectively provided with a triangular web plate.
Preferably, the bottom surface of the bottom frame is provided with a bottom support, the middle part of the upper surface of the bottom support is provided with a cement counterweight, and the bottom support is provided with a fixing piece for clamping and fixing the cement counterweight.
Preferably, a lifting lug is arranged in the middle of one side of the front end of the top platform, which is close to the light target frame; the front end and the rear end of one side of the optical target frame far away from the optical target frame are respectively provided with a lifting lug, and the two lifting lugs positioned on the same side are positioned on the same straight line; and a square slotted hole is formed in the middle of one side of the top platform, which is far away from the light target frame.
By adopting the technical means, the structure of the illumination platform is improved, the illumination platform and the light target frame are combined into a whole, the mode of supporting the illumination platform with the aid of the foundation bolts and the adjusting function of three levels are adopted, damage to the dock foundation is avoided, maintenance cost for damaging the dock foundation in the later period is saved, the stability and the fixity of the illumination platform are improved, and the adjustment and the reuse of the light target tool in the later period are facilitated.

Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the application is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a light stand with a light target holder in a first embodiment includes a bottom frame 1, a middle frame 2, a light target holder 3, and a light target fixture 4. Please refer to the drawings in detail and the description below.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bottom frame 1 is located at the bottom of the illumination table. Four corners of the bottom surface of the bottom frame 1 are provided with feet 11 for fixing. The lower part of each foundation 11 is respectively provided with a triangular web 111, and the web 111 is used for increasing the contact area between the foundation 11 and the dock foundation, thereby increasing the stability of the lighting platform. In actual use, the four feet 11 are not generally in the same plane, and the lighting table is unstable, requiring additional fixed support. To compensate for this, the present application contemplates the provision of an adjustment bolt support 112 on the outward side of each of the legs 11. The degree of fitting of the foundation 11 to the dock floor is adjusted by adjusting the bolts in the adjusting bolt supports 112. The plane to be fixed by the lighting platform is determined through three of the legs 11, and the rest of the legs 11 are adjusted through the adjusting bolt support 112, so that the four legs 11 are located on the same plane, stability and fixation of the lighting platform are guaranteed, and further safety and accuracy of use of the lighting platform are guaranteed.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the bottom frame 1 has a trapezoid shape and is formed by four first transverse connections, four first longitudinal connections and four first vertical connections. A first support for reinforcing and supporting the bottom frame 1 is provided along the diagonal direction of both side surfaces of the bottom frame 1, respectively. The bottom surface of the bottom frame 1 is provided with two first transverse connections parallel to each other and two second longitudinal connections parallel to each other, which are respectively connected in an intersecting manner to form a well-shaped bottom bracket 13. The middle part of the upper surface of collet 13 is equipped with cement counter weight 14, cement counter weight 14 is in order to increase the frictional force of illumination platform and dock ground for illumination platform is more firm. Two fixing elements 15 for clamping the cement counterweight 14 are respectively arranged on each transverse connection and each longitudinal connection of the shoe 13.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 6, the middle frame 2 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the bottom frame 1. The middle frame 2 is rectangular and is composed of two second transverse connections, two second longitudinal connections and four second vertical connections. A second support for reinforcing and supporting the middle frame 2 is provided along the diagonal direction of both sides of the middle frame 2, respectively. The upper surface of the intermediate frame 2 is provided with a top platform 21. The front end of the top platform 21 is close to the middle part of one side of the light target frame 3, a lifting lug 22 is respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of one side of the light target frame 3, which are far away from the light target frame, and the two lifting lugs 22 positioned at the same side are positioned on the same straight line. A square slotted hole 24 is arranged in the middle of one side of the top platform 21 away from the light target frame 3. In use, the laser theodolite is mounted above the slot 24 such that laser lines emitted from the laser theodolite can pass through the slot 24.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the light target frame 3 is disposed on the upper surface of the front end of the intermediate frame 2. And the two side edges of the light target frame 3 are respectively provided with a third support for reinforcing and supporting the light target frame 3. One end of the third support is fixedly connected to one side edge of the light target frame 3, and the other end of the third support is fixedly connected to one side edge of the top platform 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, two sides of the light target frame 3 are respectively provided with a channel steel 31. The light target frame 3 is provided with a first-stage adjustment, and the first-stage adjustment is used for adjusting the height of the light target tool 4 on the light target frame 3. The light target frame 3 is provided with a plurality of groups of first bolt holes 311 which are equidistant up and down, and each group is provided with two first bolt holes 311 which are respectively arranged on a channel steel 31. The light target fixture 4 is fixed on the light target frame 3 through bolts, and different groups of first bolt holes 311 are selected to realize the first-stage adjustment of the light target fixture 4 on the light target frame 3.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the light target fixture 4 is detachably mounted on the light target frame 3, so that the light target fixture is convenient for later adjustment and reuse. The light target fixture 4 is provided with a light target fixture plate 41. A mounting plate 42 for connecting and fixing to the target frame 3 is provided on one side surface of the target fixture plate 41. The adjusting plate 43 is fixedly connected to the middle of the other side surface of the light target tooling plate 41. The middle of the adjusting plate 43 is provided with a first through hole for placing the optical target holder 44. A second through hole for placing the optical target is arranged in the middle of the optical target seat 44. The light target tool 4 is provided with a roller device 47, the roller device 47 is provided with a support frame 471, the support frame 471 is fixedly connected to one side face of the light target tool plate 41, the support frame 471 is provided with a roller shaft 472, and the roller shaft 472 is sleeved with a roller 473. The light target tool 4 is provided with a second-stage adjustment and a third-stage adjustment. The second level adjustment adjusts the light target fixture 4 on the basis of the first level adjustment. The third stage adjustment adjusts the optical target holder 44 relative to the optical target tool 4 based on the second stage adjustment.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the optical target fixture 4 is provided with a plurality of groups of second bolt holes 421 which are equidistant up and down, and each group has two second bolt holes 421 which are respectively disposed on the mounting plate 42. A different set of the second bolt holes 421 is selected to achieve the second stage adjustment of the light target fixture 4 on the light target holder 3. The distance between each set of the first bolt holes 311 is greater than the distance between each set of the second bolt holes 421. When the range of adjustment of the light target fixture 4 is smaller than the distance between each group of the first bolt holes 311, the second bolt holes 421 can be selected to further adjust the position of the light target fixture 4 on the light target frame 3. Thus, the second stage adjustment adjusts the light target fixture 4 on the basis of the first stage adjustment.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the light target fixture 4 is provided with at least three first adjusting devices 45 and at least three second adjusting devices 46. The first adjusting device 45 includes a fixed base 451 and an adjusting rod 452. The fixing bases 451 are uniformly distributed on one side surface of the light target tooling plate 41, and the fixing bases 451 are provided with fixing base holes. The adjusting plate 43 is provided with at least three first adjusting holes uniformly distributed in the radial direction. The adjusting rod 452 passes through the fixing seat hole and the first adjusting hole to connect and fix the adjusting plate 43 on the light target tooling plate 41. The adjusting rod 452 is adjusted to drive the adjusting plate fixedly connected with the adjusting rod 452, so that the adjusting plate can be moved up and down, left and right, and the adjusting plate 43 can be moved relative to the light target tool in position. The adjusting plate 43 is provided with at least three second adjusting holes uniformly distributed in the radial direction. The outer edge of the optical target seat 44 is provided with a groove, and the second adjusting device 46 passes through the second adjusting hole to be abutted into the groove, so that the optical target seat 44 is clamped and fixed on the surface of one side of the optical target tooling plate 41. The second adjusting device can be adjusted to move the optical target holder 44 up and down, left and right, so that the optical target holder 44 moves in position relative to the adjusting plate. The third level adjustment of the optical bench 44 relative to the optical target fixture 4 is achieved by adjusting the adjustment lever 452 and the second adjustment device 46.
When the position of the optical target needs to be adjusted, the position of the optical target holder 44 on the optical target frame 3 needs to be determined first. According to the position, the first-stage adjustment is carried out on the optical target tool 4, a proper group of first bolt holes 311 is selected, and the optical target tool 4 is installed on the optical target frame 3. If the first stage adjustment is performed, the desired position of the optical bench 44 is achieved, and no subsequent adjustments may be performed. If the position is not satisfied, a group of first bolt holes 311 closest to the required position is selected, and then the second-stage adjustment is performed on the optical target fixture 4. A proper set of second bolt holes 421 is selected, and bolts are used for installing the optical target fixture 4 on the optical target frame 3 through the proper first bolt holes 311 and the proper second bolt holes 421. If a second level of adjustment is made, the optical bench 44 reaches the desired position, and no subsequent adjustment is necessary. If the position is not satisfied, a group of second bolt holes 421 closest to the required position is selected, and then the third-stage adjustment is performed on the optical target holder 44. The optical bench 44 is adjusted to a desired position by adjusting the adjustment lever 452 and the second adjusting means 46.
In summary, the structure of the illumination table is improved, the illumination table and the light target frame are combined into a whole, the mode of supporting the illumination table in an auxiliary mode by the aid of the foundation legs and the adjusting bolts and the three-level adjusting function are adopted, damage to the dock foundation is avoided, maintenance cost of the damaged dock foundation in the later period is saved, stability and fixity of the illumination table are improved, and adjustment and reuse of the light target tool in the later period are facilitated.
