One end of the unqualified prompter 116 is connected with the upper metal connector 115f through a wire, the other end of the unqualified prompter 116 is connected with the lower metal connector 115g through a power supply and a wire, when the upper metal connector 115f is far away from the lower metal connector 115g, the unqualified prompter 116 is in a power-off state, and when the upper metal connector 115f is in contact with the lower metal connector 115g, the unqualified prompter 116 is in a power-on state and gives out a prompt, so that an operator can mark the LED patch with unqualified height conveniently.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the detection mechanism 11 moves downwards to detect the LED patch, the motor 105 drives the driving gear 103 to rotate clockwise, thereby driving the first driven gear 101 and the second driven gear 102 on both sides to rotate counterclockwise, the tooth block 113a is arranged to be capable of meshing with the first sector gear 100 and the second sector gear 104, when the second sector gear 104 meshes with the tooth block 113a, the plate body 113b is capable of descending along with the meshing action of the second sector gear 104 under the limiting and guiding action of the guide rod 111, and simultaneously drives the detection head 115 to descend until being limited by the limiting plate 14, the limiting plate 14 supports the detection mechanism 11, and can effectively prevent the gravity of the detection mechanism 11 from acting on the LED patch to cause the LED to be pressed and damaged, at this time, the detection block 115a is in contact with the LED patch, if the height of the LED patch is 3.3mm, the detection block 115a does not change, if the height of the LED patch is 3.4mm, the detection block 115a retracts inwards, but the upper metal connector 115f is not in contact with the lower metal connector 115g, so that the unqualified prompter 116 is in a power-off state and does not give a prompt, the LED patch is qualified, if the height of the LED patch is 3.5mm, the detection block 115a drives the insulating disc 115b to approach the fixed insulating ring 115, the inner spring 115e is compressed, and the upper metal connector 115f is in contact with the lower metal connector 115g, so that the unqualified prompter 116 is in a power-on state and gives a prompt outwards, and an operator can mark the LED patch with unqualified height conveniently;
after the detection of one LED patch is completed, the plate body 113b rises along with the meshing action of the first sector gear 100, and simultaneously drives the detection head 115 to rise until the lower buckling plate 112 is buckled with the upper buckling plate 13, so as to fix the guide plate 113, thereby effectively preventing the guide plate 113 from falling due to self weight without being lifted by the sector gear, so that the LED light bar is pushed forward within a certain time, the plate body 113b pushes the piston rod of the dual-rod inflator 120 in the rising process, so that the piston rod inflates the cylinder, the airflow acts on the blades 127 under the guiding action of the air outlet head 121 and the air guide tube 122, so that the blades 127 rotate to enable the umbrella-shaped gear 124 to be linked through the rotating shaft 125, thereby driving the conveying mechanism 4 to convey the LED light bar 3 forward by one unit, and enabling the LED patch to be detected to be positioned right below the detection block 115 a.
