本发明公开一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,包括灯杆,所述灯杆底部焊接于灯杆基座内部,所述灯杆基座下端焊接于底座上,所述灯杆顶端开有通风口,所述灯杆内设有排水管道,所述灯杆基座为框架结构,内部设有4个隔离仓、1个电源引入仓,侧面设有接线仓,所述电源引入仓位于隔离舱的下侧,所述接线仓位于隔离仓和电源引入仓的一侧,所述接线仓和隔离仓连接面设有线源进出口,所述每个隔离仓底部都开有电源线进入孔,所述隔离仓上部设有导线板,所述接线仓和导线板连接处设有导线导入孔,所述隔离仓、电源引入仓和接线仓都设有独立的安全门。该装置杆内布线整齐,杆内空气流动,水汽潮气结露现象得到改善,同时设有排水管道预防了设备进水损坏。

本发明涉及灯杆技术领域,具体涉及一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆。
背景技术
目前,路灯杆已经作为一种必不可少的社会基础设施进入了人们的生活,传统的路灯杆存在二个问题未解决,一个是灯杆内布线混乱,接线困难。另一个灯杆内潮气结露形成凝结水,导致设备进水损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,以解决上述背景技术中提出问题。为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,包括灯杆,所述灯杆底部焊接于灯杆基座内部,所述灯杆基座下端焊接于底座上,所述灯杆顶端开有通风口,所述灯杆内设有排水管道,所述排水管道下端延伸到灯杆基座内部,并通过螺钉固定在灯杆基座内部,所述灯杆基座为框架结构,内部由上到下设有4个隔离仓、1个电源引入仓,侧面设有接线仓,所述4个隔离仓相互独立,所述电源引入仓位于隔离舱的下侧,所述接线仓位于隔离仓和电源引入仓的一侧,所述接线仓和隔离仓连接面设有线源进出口,所述每个隔离仓底部都开有电源线进入孔,所述隔离仓上部设有导线板,所述接线仓和导线板连接处设有导线导入孔,所述隔离仓、电源引入仓和接线仓都设有独立的安全门,所述安全门铰接于灯杆基座上。
优选地,所述安全门设有门磁装置和百叶窗。
优选地,所述电源引入仓设有两个安全门,铰接于灯杆基座的对立面。
优选地,所述底座为中空结构。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该装置杆内布线整齐,杆内空气流动,水汽潮气结露现象得到改善,同时设有排水管道预防了设备进水损坏。

如图1~图6所示的一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,包括灯杆1,所述灯杆1底部焊接于灯杆基座2内部,所述灯杆基座2下端焊接于底座3上,所述灯杆1顶端开有通风口4,所述灯杆1内设有排水管道5,所述排水管道5下端延伸到灯杆基座2内部,并通过螺钉固定在灯杆基座2内部,所述灯杆基座2为框架结构,内部由上到下设有4个隔离仓6、1个电源引入仓7,侧面设有接线仓8,所述4个隔离仓6相互独立,所述电源引入仓7位于隔离舱6的下侧,所述接线仓8位于隔离仓6和电源引入仓7的一侧,所述接线仓8和隔离仓6连接面设有线源进出口9,所述每个隔离仓6底部都开有电源线进入孔10,所述隔离仓6上部设有导线板11,所述接线仓8和导线板11连接处设有导线导入孔12,所述隔离仓6、电源引入仓7和接线仓8都设有独立的安全门13,所述安全门13铰接于灯杆基座2上。

如图1~图6所示的一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,包括灯杆1,所述灯杆1底部焊接于灯杆基座2内部,所述灯杆基座2下端焊接于底座3上,所述灯杆1顶端开有通风口4,所述灯杆1内设有排水管道5,所述排水管道5下端延伸到灯杆基座2内部,并通过螺钉固定在灯杆基座2内部,所述灯杆基座2为框架结构,内部由上到下设有4个隔离仓6、1个电源引入仓7,侧面设有接线仓8,所述4个隔离仓6相互独立,所述电源引入仓7位于隔离舱6的下侧,所述接线仓8位于隔离仓6和电源引入仓7的一侧,所述接线仓8和隔离仓6连接面设有线源进出口9,所述每个隔离仓6底部都开有电源线进入孔10,所述隔离仓6上部设有导线板11,所述接线仓8和导线板11连接处设有导线导入孔12,所述隔离仓6、电源引入仓7和接线仓8都设有独立的安全门13,所述安全门13铰接于灯杆基座2上。
优选地,所述安全门13设有门磁装置和百叶窗14,所述门磁装置保证安全门不会被误操作,消除了对非相关人员的造成的安全隐患,所述百叶窗14起到了一个散热通风功能,同时为设备安装、维修和接线,布线提供了方便.。
优选地,所述电源引入仓7设有两个安全门13,铰接于灯杆基座2的对立面。
优选地,所述底座3为中空结构,方便进行杆内凝水的排放和电源线的引入。
本发明工作原理为:为了解决杆内布线问题,灯杆1的电源线经导线板11通过导线导入孔12到接线仓8中,再由接线仓8将电源线引入到4个隔离仓6中,并对每个隔离仓6的电源线进行分类、排列和编号,再由电源引入仓7引入,最后与外部电源连接;为了解决杆内结露问题,在杆的顶端附近开一个通风口4,保持杆内空气流动,减少凝聚水汽,一旦有水,水会沿着杆内排水管5将水排出。

1.一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,包括灯杆,其特征在于:所述灯杆底部焊接于灯杆基座内部,所述灯杆基座下端焊接于底座上,所述灯杆顶端开有通风口,所述灯杆内设有排水管道,所述排水管道下端延伸到灯杆基座内部,并通过螺钉固定在灯杆基座内部,所述灯杆基座为框架结构,内部由上到下设有4个隔离仓、1个电源引入仓,侧面设有接线仓,所述4个隔离仓相互独立,所述电源引入仓位于隔离舱的下侧,所述接线仓位于隔离仓和电源引入仓的一侧,所述接线仓和隔离仓连接面设有线源进出口,所述每个隔离仓底部都开有电源线进入孔,所述隔离仓上部设有导线板,所述接线仓和导线板连接处设有导线导入孔,所述隔离仓、电源引入仓和接线仓都设有独立的安全门,所述安全门铰接于灯杆基座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,其特征在于:所述安全门设有门磁装置和百叶窗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种杆箱一体设计路灯杆,其特征在于:所述电源引入仓设有两个安全门,铰接于灯杆基座的对立面。
