本发明公开了一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件，包括本体，所述本体一端设有形状与淋浴房立柱上端口适配的插接端，所述本体一侧设有形状与淋浴房顶横梁和淋浴房底横梁适配的嵌入缺口，所述嵌入缺口底部两侧设有支撑凸台。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是：本发明的结构设计合理、巧妙，安装简单，所备安装工具简单，安装便捷；也减少了损坏，节省了材料，降低了生产制造成本。

本发明涉及一种连接件，尤其涉及一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件。
背景技术
现有淋浴房安装程序复杂，所需要的安装材料、工具多，安装不便，且安装后，淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接结构处还螺丝等配件容易损坏。如图3、图4所示。因此，研发一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件，成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足，提供了一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现：一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件，包括本体，所述本体一端设有形状与淋浴房立柱上端口适配的插接端，所述本体一侧设有形状与淋浴房顶横梁和淋浴房底横梁适配的嵌入缺口，所述嵌入缺口底部两侧设有支撑凸台。
进一步地，所述插接端呈“凵”字形，与“凹”字形淋浴房立柱上、下端口配合插接。
进一步地，所述嵌入缺口底部两侧的支撑凸台一侧为高凸台，另一侧为低凸台，与呈“L形”的淋浴房顶横梁和淋浴房底横梁一端配合连接。
装配时，将本发明的连接件下端插接于淋浴房立柱上、下端口，并将淋浴房顶横梁和淋浴房底横梁一端卡入本发明的连接件一侧的嵌入缺口中，再配合螺丝锁紧固定，即完成安装。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是：本发明的结构设计合理、巧妙，安装简单，所备安装工具简单，安装便捷；也减少了损坏，节省了材料，降低了生产制造成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
如图1、图2所示，一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件，包括本体1，所述本体1一端设有形状与淋浴房立柱5上端口适配的插接端2，所述本体1一侧设有形状与淋浴房顶横梁6和淋浴房底横梁7适配的嵌入缺口3，所述嵌入缺口3底部两侧设有支撑凸台4。
进一步地，所述插接端2呈“凵”字形，与“凹”字形淋浴房立柱5上、下端口配合插接。
进一步地，所述嵌入缺口3底部两侧的支撑凸台4一侧为高凸台，另一侧为低凸台，与呈“L形”的淋浴房顶横梁6和淋浴房底横梁7一端配合连接。
装配时，将本发明的连接件下端插接于淋浴房立柱5上、下端口，并将淋浴房顶横梁6和淋浴房底横梁7一端卡入本发明的连接件一侧的嵌入缺口3中，再配合螺丝锁紧固定，即完成安装。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件，其特征在于：所述插接端呈“凵”字形，与“凹”字形淋浴房立柱上、下端口配合插接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种淋浴房立柱与横梁的连接件，其特征在于：所述嵌入缺口底部两侧的支撑凸台一侧为高凸台，另一侧为低凸台，与呈“L形”的淋浴房顶横梁和淋浴房底横梁一端配合连接。
