本发明涉及一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,包括以下重量份的各组分,甲基硅橡胶50‑80份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷2‑6份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷2‑5份,气相白炭黑8‑15份,辛酸亚锡0.5‑3份,硅二醇0.2‑3份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂6‑20份,光稳定剂0.5‑5份,色粉0.8‑5份。本发明的优点是:轻质自固化绝缘材料是为配电网线路裸露导体快速现场绝缘化而设计的,能室温单组分自固化的液体绝缘材料,环保阻燃;结合自动涂覆机器人,可实现自动化施工和野外、空中长距离的快速自动涂敷,现场进行裸露架空线的直接绝缘化等。

Description

一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,用于裸露的架空线路的绝缘。
背景技术
架空线路主要指架空明线,架设在地面之上,是用绝缘子将输电导线固定在直立于地面的杆塔上以传输电能的输电线路。架设及维修比较方便,成本较低,但容易受到气象和环境(如大风、雷击、污秽、冰雪等)的影响而引起故障,同时整个输电走廊占用土地面积较多,易对周边环境造成电磁干扰。导线是用来传导电流、输送电能的元件。架空裸导线一般每相一根,220kV及以上线路由于输送容量大,同时为了减少电晕损失和电晕干扰而采用相分裂导线,即每相采用两根及以上的导线。采用分裂导线能输送较大的电能,而且电能损耗少,有较好的防振性能。导线在运行中经常受各种自然条件的考验,必须具有导电性能好、机械强度高、质量轻、价格低、耐腐蚀性强等特性。由于我国铝的资源比铜丰富,加之铝和铜的价格差别较大,故几乎都采用钢芯铝绞线。
但是,裸露的架空线路在经过人口密集区、树木、钓鱼等容易出现事故,造成人身及财产损失及伤害,且战争时防止不了碳束炸弹的破坏,所以实现绝缘化的意义重大;国家电网发【2018】268号《国家电网关于印发触电人身伤害案件压降专项整治行动指导意见的通知》、南方电网生技【2008】38号《关于印南方电网公司提升配电电缆及通道管理水平专项行动方案的通知》,分别对裸露的架空线路进行绝缘化的提出明确的要求。
日本九州电力公司、加拿大的CIJELE和LIMA[4]实验室对架空绝缘裸导线的绝缘化喷涂装置处于国际领先地位;国内,3M公司对绝缘涂覆材料也研究。
现有的绝缘材料存在以下弊端:
(1)现有的绝缘材料难于实现在配电网线路裸露导体上现场快速固化绝缘化,难于在室温迅速自固化;无法满足自动化施工和野外、空中长距离的快速自动涂敷、现场进行裸露架空线的直接固化绝缘化的要求。
(2)现有的绝缘材料在户外条件的抗爬电、耐污及耐紫外线老化性能都比较差,难于保证长期安全运行的寿命。
(3)现有的绝缘材料不具有现场常温自固化的特点,往往需要额外的辅助加热或其它工艺才能实现自身材料的固化。
(4)现有的绝缘材料即使自固化后也存在缝隙,难于紧密贴附在被保护的裸露导体上,而且防水密封性能和抗漏电性能差。
(5)单位长度的现有的绝缘材料往往都比较重,容易加重裸露导体的负载。而且难于满足环境和健康安全性,使用前往往需混合,也含一定的挥发物质及溶剂,对环境及人体健康存在影响。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,本发明的技术方案是:
一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,包括以下重量份的各组分,甲基硅橡胶50-80份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷2-6份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷2-5份,气相白炭黑8-15份,辛酸亚锡0.5-3份,硅二醇0.2-3份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂6-20份,光稳定剂0.5-5份,色粉0.8-5份。
所述的甲基硅橡胶50份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷2份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷2份,气相白炭黑8份,辛酸亚锡0.5份,硅二醇0.2份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂6份,光稳定剂0.5份,色粉0.8份。
所述的甲基硅橡胶55份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷3份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷3份,气相白炭黑10份,辛酸亚锡1份,硅二醇0.5份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂10份,光稳定剂1份,色粉1份。
所述的甲基硅橡胶70份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷5份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷4份,气相白炭黑15份,辛酸亚锡2份,硅二醇1份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂15份,光稳定剂2份,色粉2份。
所述的甲基硅橡胶80份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷6份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷5份,气相白炭黑15份,辛酸亚锡3份,硅二醇3份,十溴二苯醚20份,光稳定剂5份,色粉5份。
所述的色粉为炭黑、镉黄、三氧化二铁或镉绿中的一种。
本发明的优点是:
(1)轻质自固化绝缘材料是为配电网线路裸露导体快速现场绝缘化而设计的,能室温自固化的液体绝缘材料;结合自动涂覆机器人,可实现自动化施工和野外、空中长距离的快速自动涂敷,现场进行裸露架空线的直接绝缘化。
(2)轻质自固化绝缘材料在户外条件下较好的抗爬电、耐污及耐紫外线老化性能,保证长期安全运行寿命。
(3)具有现场常温自固化的特点,无需加热或其它工艺即可实现自身材料的固化。
(4)自固化后的材料无缝隙,且直接紧密贴附在被保护的导线,具有优异的防水密封性能和抗漏电性能。
(5)具有轻型化特点,满足环境和健康安全性,使用前无需混合,不含挥发物质及溶剂,对环境及人体健康无影响。
(6)环保阻燃。

实施例1:一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,包括以下重量份的各组分,甲基硅橡胶50份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷2份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷2份,气相白炭黑8份,辛酸亚锡0.5份,硅二醇0.2份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂6份,光稳定剂0.5份,色粉0.8份,所述的色粉为炭黑。
实施例2:一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,包括以下重量份的各组分,所述的甲基硅橡胶55份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷3份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷3份,气相白炭黑10份,辛酸亚锡1份,硅二醇0.5份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂10份,光稳定剂1份,色粉1份,所述的色粉为镉黄。
实施例3:一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,包括以下重量份的各组分,所述的甲基硅橡胶70份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷5份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷4份,气相白炭黑15份,辛酸亚锡2份,硅二醇1份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂15份,光稳定剂2份,色粉2份,所述的色粉为三氧化二铁。
实施例4:一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,包括以下重量份的各组分,所述的甲基硅橡胶80份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷6份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷5份,气相白炭黑15份,辛酸亚锡3份,硅二醇3份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂20份,光稳定剂5份,色粉5份。所述的色粉为镉绿。

1.一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的各组分组成,甲基硅橡胶50-80份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷2-6份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷2-5份,气相白炭黑8-15份,辛酸亚锡0.5-3份,硅二醇0.2-3份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂6-20份,光稳定剂0.5-5份,色粉0.8-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于架空裸导线智能涂覆的轻质自固化绝缘材料,其特征在于,所述的甲基硅橡胶50份,甲基三甲氧基硅烷2份,氨丙基三乙基硅烷2份,气相白炭黑8份,辛酸亚锡0.5份,硅二醇0.2份,无卤磷氮阻燃剂6份,光稳定剂0.5份,色粉0.8份。
