A bamboo tube cutting device for processing bamboo products is disclosed, as shown in figure 1-5, comprising a base 1, a mounting frame 2, a support plate 3, a support plate 4, vertical plates 5, a horizontal plate 6, sliding blocks 7, a moving plate 8, an arc block 11, a connecting block 12, a spring 13, a guide block 15, a connecting plate 16, a motor 17, a cutter 18, a handle 20, a fixture block 21, a connecting plate 22 and a squeezing mechanism 23, wherein the mounting frame 2 for supporting is bolted on the left side of the top of the base 1, the support plate 3 is fixedly connected on the left side of the top of the mounting frame 2, the support plate 4 is connected on the top of the support plate 3, the two vertical plates 5 for supporting are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the top of the mounting frame 2, the horizontal plate 6 is fixedly connected between the lower parts of the two vertical plates 5, the two sliding blocks 7 for guiding are fixedly connected on the front, an arc block 11 capable of preventing the bamboo tube from shifting is fixedly connected to the right side of the top of a movable plate 8, sliding grooves 9 are respectively formed in the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the movable plate 8, the sliding grooves 9 in the front side are in sliding fit with two sliding blocks 7 in the front side, the sliding grooves 9 in the rear side are in sliding fit with two sliding blocks 7 in the rear side, an opening 10 is formed in the left portion of the movable plate 8, connecting blocks 12 are fixedly connected to the front side and the rear side of the bottom right side of the movable plate 8, a plurality of springs 13 are connected between the connecting blocks 12 in the front side and the lower portion of the rear side of a vertical plate 5, guide grooves 14 are formed in the upper portion of the inner side of the vertical plate 5, guide blocks 15 are respectively arranged on the two guide grooves 14 in a sliding manner, a connecting plate 16 for supporting is connected between the two guide blocks 15, a motor 17 is bolted to the middle of the top of the connecting plate 16, the handle 20 is fixedly connected to the right side of the motor 17, the right side of the top of the motor 17 is connected with a clamping block 21, the connecting plate 22 is fixedly connected to the tops of the two vertical plates 5, a clamping groove 19 capable of clamping the clamping block 21 is formed in the right side of the bottom of the connecting plate 22, the clamping groove 19 is semicircular, and the bottom of the motor 17 is provided with an extrusion mechanism 23 used for pushing the moving plate 8.
The squeezing mechanism 23 includes two fixing blocks 231, two connecting rods 232 and two pushing blocks 233, the two fixing blocks 231 for connection are respectively disposed on the front and rear sides of the motor 17, the connecting rods 232 are connected to the bottoms of the two fixing blocks 231, the pushing blocks 233 for pushing the moving plate 8 are fixedly connected to the left sides of the two connecting rods 232, and the moving plate 8 contacts with the pushing blocks 233.
Also comprises a supporting mechanism 24, the supporting mechanism 24 comprises a sliding block 242, a heavy object 244 and a supporting rod 246, the bamboo tube fixing device comprises a mounting seat 247, a roller 248, a sliding rail 249 and a moving block 2410, wherein a sliding groove 241 with a guiding function is formed in the right side of the top of the base 1, a sliding block 242 is arranged in the sliding groove 241 in a sliding mode, a through hole 243 with a guiding function is formed in the right part of the sliding block 242, a cylindrical heavy object 244 is placed in the through hole 243, grooves 245 for clamping the heavy object 244 are formed in the bottom of the sliding groove 241 at uniform intervals, the heavy object 244 is clamped in the groove 245 on the rightmost side, a support rod 246 is fixedly connected to the left side of the top of the sliding block 242, the mounting seat 247 is fixedly connected to the top end of the support rod 246, the roller 248 for supporting a bamboo tube is rotatably installed on the mounting seat 247, the sliding rail 249 with a guiding function is bolted to the lower portion.
The device is characterized by further comprising a pull rod 25, a pull wire 26 and a pulley 27, wherein the pull rod 25 is rotatably connected to the lower portion of the right side of the mounting seat 247, the pull wire 26 is connected to the bottom of the pull rod 25, the pulley 27 for guiding is bolted to the right side of the bottom of the mounting seat 247, and the pull wire 26 bypasses the pulley 27 and is connected with the top of the moving block 2410.

Initially, the spring 13 is in a compressed state. When the bamboo tube needs to be cut, a user pulls the handle 20 upwards to drive the motor 17 to move upwards so as to drive the clamping block 21 to move upwards, so that the clamping block 21 is clamped in the clamping groove 19, the motor 17 moves upwards to drive the extrusion mechanism 23 to move upwards, the extrusion mechanism 23 is separated from the movable plate 8, the connecting block 12 moves rightwards under the action of the spring 13, the movable plate 8 moves rightwards along with the movement, the user can place the bamboo tube on the arc-shaped block 11 and the supporting plate 4, then the motor 17 is started to rotate to drive the cutter 18 to rotate, the handle 20 is pressed downwards to separate the clamping block 21 from the clamping groove 19, the handle 20 moves downwards to drive the motor 17 to move downwards, the cutter 18 moves downwards along with the movement, the motor 17 moves downwards to drive the extrusion mechanism 23 to work, the extrusion mechanism 23 pushes the movable plate 8 to move leftwards to drive the connecting block 12 to move leftwards, the spring 13 is compressed, the cutter 18 can cut the bamboo tube, and the supporting plate 4 can block the bamboo tube, so that the cut bamboo tubes can be uniform in length. After the bamboo tube is cut off, the cutter 18 just moves into the opening 10, so that the cutter 18 can be prevented from cutting the movable plate 8, people can pull the handle 20 upwards to enable the clamping block 21 to be clamped into the clamping groove 19, then the motor 17 is turned off, the motor 17 moves upwards to drive the extruding mechanism 23 to move upwards, the extruding mechanism 23 is separated from the movable plate 8, under the action of the spring 13, the movable plate 8 moves rightwards to drive the arc-shaped block 11 to move rightwards to be separated from the cut bamboo tube, the cut bamboo tube falls downwards to fall onto the mounting frame 2, people can push the bamboo tube leftwards to push the bamboo tube to the supporting plate 4, and then the operation is repeated to continue to cut the bamboo tube.
Initially, the spring 13 is in a compressed state. When the motor 17 moves upwards, the fixed block 231 is driven to move upwards, the connecting rod 232 drives the push block 233 to move upwards to be separated from the moving plate 8, the connecting block 12 moves rightwards under the action of the spring 13, the moving plate 8 moves rightwards along with the moving plate, when the motor 17 moves downwards, the push block 233 is driven to move downwards, when the push block 233 moves downwards to be in contact with the moving plate 8, the moving plate 8 is pushed to move leftwards, the connecting block 12 is driven to move leftwards, the spring 13 is compressed, and after the bamboo tube is cut off, the cutter 18 just moves into the opening 10, so that the cutter 18 is prevented from cutting the moving plate 8.
People can put the bamboo tube on the roller 248, then push the bamboo tube leftwards, so that the bamboo tube moves to the support plate 3, the roller 248 can support the bamboo tube to prevent the bamboo tube from inclining, and the bamboo tube does not need to be lifted by hands, so that the bamboo tube can be operated conveniently, and the cut of the bamboo tube can be smoother. When the bamboo tube is short, a user pulls the moving block 2410 upwards to drive the weight 244 to move upwards, so that the weight 244 moves out of the rightmost groove 245, then the sliding block 242 is pushed leftwards to drive the supporting rod 246 to move leftwards, so that the mounting seat 247 is driven to move leftwards, the roller 248 rolls leftwards on the bamboo tube, the roller 248 can continuously support the bamboo tube, and the sliding block 242 moves leftwards and simultaneously drives the weight 244 to move leftwards. When the weight 244 moves to the left corresponding to the leftmost recess 245, the person stops pushing the slide block 242 and then releases the weight 244, and under the force of the weight 244 itself, the weight 244 moves downward to snap into the leftmost recess 245, securing the slide block 242 and thus the roller 248.
When the bamboo tube is short, a user can dial the pull rod 25 upwards, the pull wire 26 drives the moving block 2410 to move upwards, so that the weight 244 is driven to move upwards, the weight 244 is moved out of the rightmost groove 245, then the pull rod 25 is pushed leftwards, the mounting seat 247 is driven to move leftwards, the weight 244 is driven to move leftwards, the roller 248 rolls leftwards on the bamboo tube, when the weight 244 moves leftwards and corresponds to the leftmost groove 245, the user loosens the pull rod 25, the pull wire 26 is loosened, and under the action of the gravity of the weight 244, the weight 244 moves downwards and is clamped into the leftmost groove 245, so that the roller 248 can be moved conveniently.
When falling down, the cut bamboo tube falls on the cylinder 31 and then rolls backwards along the cylinder 31, thereby playing a guiding role and avoiding the cut bamboo tube from rolling at will.
