Description

Silver ion dressing used after anorectal operation and gynecological operation and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sensory control medical dressings, and particularly relates to a silver ion dressing used after anorectal surgery and gynecological surgery and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The medical dressing is a medical material for temporarily covering the surfaces of various wounds and wounds, can prevent the wounds from being affected by bacterial infection and other external factors, and plays a role in protecting the wounds and the wound surfaces. Wound or wound healing is a continuous dynamic process, which is the process of interactions between cells, cells and matrix and soluble media. Modern studies have found that in wet environments wound healing is 2 times faster than in dry environments, but in damp warm environments bacterial growth is also accelerated, especially after gynaecological surgery such as: after induced abortion, after drug abortion, after cervix uteri, after vagina, after uterus, and the like, after anorectal surgery, such as: wounds which are easy to bleed and purulent, such as TST postoperative wounds, anal fistula postoperative wounds, perianal abscess postoperative wounds, hemorrhoid postoperative wounds and the like, are easy to become important sources of cross infection in the affected area.
The traditional dressing mainly utilizes padding, gauze, lining cloth or similar covering materials to protect wounds and wound surfaces, and has the main functions of stopping bleeding, sterilizing and absorbing exudate of the wound surfaces. The effect is not satisfactory, and the traditional dressings are easy to dry after imbibing, are easy to adhere to wounds to cause secondary wounds, damage new tissues during removal and bring great pain to patients; and the gauze gas permeability is strong, and the probability of bacterial infection also can be along with increasing, if wrap thickness too big then lead to the gas permeability poor, need frequently change the dressing.
In order to prevent the postoperative adhesion of patients when the dressings are used after operation, the dressings for preventing postoperative adhesion in different forms such as solution type, gel type or film type have been developed, and some dressings have been clinically used, including anti-adhesion medical dressings in different properties, different materials and different forms such as water solubility, water insolubility, biodegradability and non-degradability, natural polymer type and synthetic polymer type.

The prepared antibacterial alginate hydrogel dressing has the advantages of strong water absorption, excellent performance, good biocompatibility and antibacterial effect.
Patent document CN107875432A discloses a composite nanofiber antibacterial dressing and a preparation method thereof, the composite nanofiber antibacterial dressing is prepared by utilizing the water absorption of polyaspartic acid material, and after polyaspartic acid hydrogel nanofiber is prepared, silver ions are adsorbed and then reduced into nano silver, so that the interference of adding nano silver into a spinning solution to the spinning process can be avoided; the ionic complexation property of the polyaspartic acid is utilized to complex with silver ions firstly, and then the silver ions are reduced into nano silver, so that the agglomeration of nano silver particles can be avoided; the polyaspartic acid hydrogel/nano-silver composite nanofiber antibacterial dressing prepared by combining the advantages of polyaspartic acid materials and the bactericidal property of nano-silver has the advantages of high specific surface area of a nanofiber structure, capability of quickly absorbing liquid, antibacterial effect, simple method and low cost.
However, the current antibacterial moisture absorption dressing has poor moisture absorption effect or has a water absorption layer, but the penetrating fluid can quickly diffuse to other areas in the process of absorbing the liquid, so that the surrounding healthy skin can be damaged due to long-term impregnation by the wound penetrating fluid, and the ideal protection effect cannot be achieved.

In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the silver ion dressing, which comprises the following steps:
preparing a water absorption layer by a hot melting mode, compounding a functional layer and the water absorption layer together by the hot melting mode, then adhering the functional layer and the water absorption layer to an adhesive layer, covering release paper outside the adhesive layer, and performing irradiation sterilization, wherein the irradiation sterilization conditions are as follows: and (5) carrying out cobalt 60 gamma ray with the dosage of 25-40 kGy to obtain the product.
Currently, dressings for wound care are required to have high moisture absorption and retention properties, which may be more advantageous for wound healing. The silver ion dressing for anorectal surgery and gynecological surgery comprises a functional layer, a water absorption layer, an adhesive layer and release paper, wherein the functional layer contains 0.001-1.00% of silver ions in mass of the functional layer, so that bacterial growth of wounds can be inhibited, and infection and purulence of the wounds can be prevented; the water absorption layer mainly plays a role in absorbing and preserving moisture, a moist environment is provided for wounds, healing of the wounds is promoted, secondary damage of new tissues can be prevented when dressing is replaced, meanwhile, starch grafted acrylate polymers and cotton fibers in the water absorption layer can quickly absorb penetrating fluid of the wounds, the penetrating fluid of the wounds can be effectively prevented from penetrating into peripheral healthy skin, the healthy skin is prevented from being damaged, in addition, chitosan fibers in the water absorption layer can also effectively prevent the penetrating fluid from spreading, the quick penetrating fluid of the wounds can be promoted, and the quick penetrating fluid flows to the water absorption layer vertically.
The specific principle that the water absorption layer provided by the invention can quickly and vertically absorb the wound penetrating fluid is as follows: the copolymer of starch and acrylamide/acrylic acid adopted by the invention is formed by mutually interpenetration of starch, grafted potassium acrylate and acrylamide straight chain, a developed water-absorbing three-dimensional network structure with holes is formed, a plurality of ionic groups are distributed in the network structure, and the ionic groups can quickly absorb water to enter the three-dimensional network structure, so that the effect of quickly absorbing wound penetrating fluid is achieved, and meanwhile, the absorbed water is fixed in the network, so that a very good moisturizing effect can be achieved. The three-dimensional network structure has elasticity, so that a large number of water molecules can be accommodated, and a good water absorption and moisture preservation effect is achieved. Meanwhile, a certain amount of cotton fiber is added, so that the absorption of wound penetrating fluid can be promoted, the crosslinking density of the starch grafted acrylate polymer can be reduced, the molecular chain of the resin can be further stretched, and the water absorption effect of the copolymer of the starch and the acrylamide/acrylic acid can be further improved. In addition, the addition of a certain amount of chitosan fiber can not only prevent the transverse permeation of wound penetrant and prevent the damage of peripheral healthy skin, but also dredge the network structure of the copolymer of starch and acrylamide/acrylic acid and increase the storage space of water molecules, thereby improving the moisture retention of the copolymer of starch and acrylamide/acrylic acid. Therefore, the water absorption layer provided by the invention can achieve good water absorption and moisture preservation effects under the interaction of the components.
