Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a method for providing real-time playing of music information in audio according to the present invention, where, as shown in fig. 1, the method provided by the present invention specifically includes: recording real-time audio in response to the playing of the real-time audio to obtain recorded data; identifying whether the real-time audio corresponding to the recorded data is music audio; acquiring music information of recorded data identified as music audio; and selectively outputting the music information.
In the above embodiment, the real-time audio may include music audio being played, or some voice audio or advertisement being played. When the real-time audio is recorded in response to the playing of the real-time audio, recording data is obtained. The process of recording the real-time audio can record the played real-time audio through a recording module; meanwhile, when the real-time audio being played and the device for recording the real-time audio are integrated in the same system, the recording may be to obtain the relevant data code of the real-time audio to be played, which is decoded by the playing module. By recording in a mode of acquiring the data codes, the real-time audio corresponding to the recorded data is more accurate. The music information mentioned in the above embodiment mainly includes one or more of the name of the music, the duration, the lyrics of the song, the performer of the music, the release time of the music, and the release album, and the related music information is not limited thereto. And in the above embodiment, the method provided by the present invention selectively outputs the music information according to different music information. The above-mentioned mode of outputting music information may output related music information by means of text display or by means of voice.
Fig. 2 shows a system schematic corresponding to the method according to the invention as shown in fig. 1. The system provided by the invention comprises a recording module 101, a recording module and a recording module, wherein the recording module is used for responding to the playing of real-time audio and recording the real-time played audio to obtain recording data; the identifying module 102 is configured to identify whether the real-time audio corresponding to the recorded data is music audio; an acquisition module 103 for acquiring music information of recorded data identified as music audio; and an output module 104 for selectively outputting the music information.
The recording module 101 may record the real-time audio played by a recording module. Meanwhile, when the device for playing real-time audio and the recording module 101 are integrated in the same system, the recording of the recording module 101 may be to obtain the relevant data code of the real-time audio to be played decoded by the playing module. By means of the recording module 101 acquiring the data codes, the real-time audio corresponding to the recorded data will be more accurate.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing an embodiment of a method for playing music information in real-time audio according to the present invention. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the method provided by the present invention further includes a playing step, for playing real-time audio, for example, in-vehicle broadcasting, where the real-time audio played in broadcasting is different according to different broadcasting channel contents, and in particular, may be generally classified into music or songs played by a broadcasting station, and corresponds to the music audio; the dialogue of the broadcasters, or the news broadcast, etc. corresponds to the voice audio and the advertisement information broadcast by the broadcasters, and corresponds to the advertisement audio. Typically, a real-time playing audio may include one or more of the above-mentioned music audio, voice audio or advertisement audio, but is not limited thereto.
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a system for providing real-time playback of music information in audio according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the apparatus for playing real-time audio in the method shown in fig. 3 and the apparatus for recording real-time audio to obtain recorded data in response to playing real-time audio are integrated in a system, i.e. the system includes a playing module 205 for playing real-time audio. Taking vehicle-mounted broadcasting as an example, some automobiles are provided with an automobile audio-video system, through a playing module in the system, a user can receive a broadcasting signal to play real-time broadcasting, meanwhile, the system also comprises a recording module 201, and the recording module 201 records the real-time audio to obtain recording data in response to the playing of the real-time broadcasting by the playing module 205. By the playing module in the same system, the recording module can timely respond to the playing of the real-time audio, so that the real-time audio can be recorded. And because the playing module is in the same system, the recording module has less noise interference when recording the real-time audio, so the recorded recording data is clearer and more accurate, and the accuracy of the subsequent identification step can be improved.
In another embodiment, the playing module for playing real-time audio is dispersed in a different system from the system shown in fig. 2. In this embodiment, the recording module in the system provided by the invention records the real-time audio played by the playing module outside the system in response to the playing of the real-time audio by the playing module outside the system so as to obtain the recording data. Still take the vehicle-mounted broadcast as an example, the vehicle audio-video system loaded on the vehicle of the user only comprises a playing device for receiving the broadcast signal and playing the real-time broadcast, but in order to ensure the driving safety of the driver and simultaneously meet the requirement that the driver wants to know the related music information of the music played in real time in the broadcast, the driver can record the real-time audio played by the vehicle-mounted broadcast outside the system by using the mobile phone loaded with the method and the system provided by the invention and perform the subsequent corresponding steps of identification, acquisition and output so as to realize the aim of automatically providing the related music information in the audio played in real time by the user. In the above embodiment, the applicability of the method and the system provided by the invention is wider, so long as the method and the system provided by the invention are installed on the corresponding terminal, when the user confirms to use the method and the system provided by the invention, the mobile terminal can respond to the playing of the real-time audio in time and output the music information of the music audio in the real-time audio. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the user is required to perform complicated operation, the user is greatly facilitated, and the use experience of the user is better. It should be noted, of course, that in the above-described embodiments, the scene in which the present invention is applicable is not limited to only the application of automobile broadcasting.
Fig. 5A is a flowchart of another embodiment of a method of the present invention for providing real-time playback of music information in audio. In the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 5A, after responding to the audio played in real time, the recording module performs the cyclic and segmented recording on the real-time audio to obtain recording data, where the recording data includes a plurality of recording data subsections, a real-time audio portion corresponding to a preset time, and real-time audio portions corresponding to the plurality of recording data subsections are continuous in time. In an embodiment, a preset time is 10s, that is, the recording module records the real-time audio to obtain a first recorded data sub-section of 10s, and then performs the next recording to obtain a second recorded data sub-section of 10s, which is immediately in time next to the first recorded data sub-section, and the recording process is continuously performed in response to the playing of the real-time audio to obtain a plurality of recorded data sub-sections of 10 s.
In the above embodiment, the preset time period may be adjusted according to different recognition accuracy requirements, not limited to 10s, and when the user wants to recognize the data with higher accuracy, the recording time of each recorded data sub-segment may be properly prolonged, and at this time, the user needs to wait for the feedback of the result for a longer time, and the experience of the user is poor. If the user wishes to get feedback of the recognition result as soon as possible, the recording time of the recorded data sub-segment can be correspondingly reduced.
In an embodiment of the method of the present invention as shown in fig. 5A, the identifying module identifies the plurality of recording data subsections respectively, so as to determine whether the real-time audio portion corresponding to the recording data subsections is music audio. As described above, the method for providing relevant information of music in real-time playing audio is provided in the present invention, taking vehicle-mounted broadcasting as an example, the audio played in real-time by the playing module is not only music audio, and when there is a conversation of a host, broadcasting of news, and delivering of advertisement, no corresponding information needs to be output, therefore, the audio played in real-time needs to be identified first, and when it is determined that the audio played in real-time corresponds to music audio, the method can provide corresponding music information. By means of the circulation segment recording mode of the recording module in the embodiment of the invention shown in fig. 5A, the accuracy of the identification module in judging the type of real-time audio corresponding to the recorded data can be improved, so that the finally output music information is more accurate.
In an embodiment of the present invention as shown in fig. 5A, when the recognition mode recognizes that the recording data sub-segment is music audio, the obtaining module obtains the music information of the recording data sub-segment recognized as music audio. The music information of the music audio provided by the invention comprises one or more of the name, duration, lyrics of the song, performer of the music, release time of the music and release album, and the related music information is not limited to the above. After the acquisition module acquires the music information of the recorded data sub-section identified as the music audio, the output module outputs the acquired music information. And when a plurality of recorded data sub-segments are all identified as music audio, the acquisition module acquires the music information of each recorded data sub-segment identified as music audio, and the output module correspondingly outputs each piece of the music information.
Fig. 5B is a flowchart of another embodiment of a method of the present invention for providing real-time playback of music information in audio. In this embodiment, the working mode of the recording module is referred to as the working mode of the recording module in the embodiment provided in fig. 5A. In this embodiment, the identification module identifies the first recording data sub-segment, and when the first recording data sub-segment is identified as music audio, the acquisition module acquires the music information of the first recording data sub-segment. The identification pattern then identifies a second recorded data sub-segment that immediately follows the first recorded data sub-segment, and when the second recorded data sub-segment is identified as non-musical audio, the output module does not output the musical information of the first recorded data sub-segment, unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 5A, and the identification module then identifies the audio type of the next recorded data sub-segment. In this embodiment, when the second recording data sub-section is identified as the music audio, the obtaining module obtains the music information of the second recording data sub-section, and at this time, it is further required to determine whether the music information of the first recording data sub-section is the same as the music information of the second recording data sub-section, and when the music information of the first recording data sub-section is different from the music information of the second recording data sub-section, the output module still does not output the relevant music information, and then the identification mode identifies the music type of the next recording data sub-section of the second recording data sub-section. The output module does not output the same music information accordingly until the audio type of the two consecutive recording data sub-pieces is recognized as music audio and the music information of the two consecutive recording data sub-pieces is the same.
By re-judging the music information of the two consecutive recorded data sub-pieces identified as the music audio in the embodiment shown in fig. 5B, it is possible to ensure that the music information provided by the method and system provided by the present invention is directed to the accuracy of the music audio and is directed to the accuracy of the same music audio, and that the music can be more preferably accurately identified from the real-time audio including music, voice, advertisement, etc., and the music information is provided. In addition, in the embodiment, taking vehicle-mounted broadcasting as an example, by judging the music information of two consecutive recorded data sub-segments identified as the music audio again, the default user can not change channels when hearing the music audio, and the user is better informed of the heard music audio, so that the provided audio information of the music audio is more targeted.
In an embodiment, when the output module needs to output the music information, the output module outputs the music information to be output in a text display mode. In another embodiment, the output module may further output the music information by means of voice broadcasting.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart of a method for providing real-time playback of music information in audio according to an embodiment of the present invention.
