Technical Field
The invention relates to a plate printing device, in particular to a plate printing device for offset printing.
Background
The plate copying machine is a contact exposure imaging device for making printing plate, and utilizes pressure to make the original plate and photosensitive plate tightly fit together so as to accurately copy the image on the original plate on the photosensitive plate by means of photochemical reaction. The plate copying machine is mainly composed of a light source device, an exposure chamber, a vacuum chamber, an electric appliance part, a machine base and the like. Due to the particularity of the plate making process, the plate making environment has relatively high requirements, a plate making workshop requires good sealing, and direct irradiation of strong light is avoided. The first step can play a dustproof role, and the second step can avoid exposure and light leakage in the storage or printing down process of the PS plate. If a large amount of dust is diffused in the air in the plate printing process, larger dust particles can fall on the surface of the PS plate or adhere to the surface of the film due to the electrostatic adsorption effect of the film, the tight combination degree of the PS plate and the film can be directly influenced in the air extraction process before the exposure of the plate printing machine, and the local blurring or granular dirty points of the printed PS plate can be observed after the development, so that the reproduction of the original manuscript net linear density is influenced. It follows that the environmental hygiene has a very large influence on plate making, especially color plate making. The existing plate burning machine has the disadvantages of inaccurate positioning and installation of a photosensitive plate, low efficiency of vertical lifting regulation and control of an image-text film, inflexible lifting regulation of a highlight lamp and low plate burning efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a device for flexibly adjusting the elevation of an image-text film, which can control the relative distance between the image-text film and a photosensitive plate; driving the lifting shell and the strong light ultraviolet lamp to move horizontally; the strong light ultraviolet lamp realizes horizontal movement above the image-text film; the plate burning device for offset printing greatly improves the plate burning efficiency.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the plate burning device for offset printing comprises a frame, wherein a base is arranged at the inner bottom of the frame, a plate locking mechanism is arranged on the top surface of the base, a film lifting mechanism is arranged above the plate locking mechanism, an image-text film is arranged on the film lifting mechanism, and a highlight plate burning mechanism is arranged at the top of the frame; the plate locking mechanism comprises a positioning plate, the positioning plate is installed on the top surface of the base, a positioning cavity is formed in the positioning plate, side plates are arranged on two sides of the positioning plate, a top plate is arranged on the tops of the side plates, a third hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the top plate, a third piston rod is arranged on the lower portion of the third hydraulic cylinder, a lock seat is arranged at the lower end of the third piston rod, and the lock seat is installed above the positioning plate; the film lifting mechanism comprises a lifting frame, a plurality of fourth hydraulic cylinders are arranged on two sides of the rack, a fourth piston rod is arranged on the upper portion of each fourth hydraulic cylinder, the end portion of each fourth piston rod is installed on one side of the lifting frame, lifting shafts are arranged on two sides of the other side of the lifting frame, lifting seats are arranged at the lower ends of the lifting shafts, and the image-text films are installed between the lifting seats; the image-text film is arranged above the positioning plate; the highlight printing-down mechanism comprises a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders and second hydraulic cylinders, the first hydraulic cylinders and the second hydraulic cylinders are mounted on the top surface of the frame, a first piston rod is arranged at the lower part of each first hydraulic cylinder, a lifting shell is arranged between the lower ends of the first piston rods, a highlight ultraviolet lamp is arranged at the lower part of the lifting shell and mounted above the image-text film; the front portion of second pneumatic cylinder is equipped with the second piston rod, and first pneumatic cylinder is installed on removing the seat, and the bottom of removing the seat is equipped with a plurality of wheels that remove, and the top surface both sides of frame all are equipped with the guide slot, remove the wheel and install in the guide slot, and the front end of second piston rod is connected with the outside portion of first pneumatic cylinder.
Furthermore, the lock seat comprises a positioning seat, an insertion groove is formed in the side portion of the positioning seat, an extension seat is inserted into the side portion of the positioning seat, an insertion portion is formed in the side portion of the extension seat, a limiting groove is formed in the lower portion of the insertion portion, the insertion portion is installed in the insertion groove, and the bottom surface of the extension seat is flush with the bottom surface of the positioning seat; a lock rod component is inserted between the insertion part and the positioning seat.
Furthermore, the locking rod assembly comprises a first locking rod and a second locking rod, a locking cap is arranged between the end parts of the first locking rod and the second locking rod, and the locking cap is locked on the top surface of the positioning seat.
Furthermore, the lifting seat comprises a suction seat, a suction groove is formed in the side portion of the suction seat, an air suction cavity is formed in the inner top of the suction seat, an air pump is arranged at the top of the suction seat, and a plurality of air suction holes are formed between the air suction cavity and the suction groove.
Furthermore, a filter screen is arranged in the air suction cavity.
Furthermore, the filter screen is of a double-layer structure; the lower layer of mesh of the filter screen is larger than the upper layer of mesh.
Furthermore, the top surface both sides of frame all are equipped with spacing piece, are spacing chamber between the spacing piece, remove the seat and install in spacing intracavity.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the photosensitive plate is installed in a positioning cavity of the positioning plate, the photosensitive plate in the positioning cavity is firmly locked through the plate locking mechanism, the edge position of the photosensitive plate is limited through the side plate and the top plate, the third hydraulic cylinder controls the lock seat through the third piston rod to realize vertical lifting adjustment, and the four corners of the photosensitive plate are firmly locked through the lock seat; the film lifting mechanism controls the image-text film to realize lifting regulation, and the image-text film is lowered to the position above the photosensitive plate; the fourth hydraulic cylinder controls the lifting frame to realize vertical lifting adjustment through the fourth piston rod, and the lifting frame drives the lifting seat to realize vertical lifting adjustment through the lifting shaft, so that the image-text film is flexibly lifted and adjusted, and the relative distance between the image-text film and the photosensitive plate can be controlled; the first hydraulic cylinder controls the lifting shell to descend through the first piston rod, the descending of the lifting shell drives the highlight ultraviolet lamp to descend above the image-text film, the second hydraulic cylinder drives the first hydraulic cylinder to horizontally move through the second piston rod, and the first hydraulic cylinder flexibly and horizontally moves on the top surface of the rack through the moving wheel of the moving seat; thereby driving the lifting shell and the strong light ultraviolet lamp to move horizontally; the strong light ultraviolet lamp realizes horizontal movement above the image-text film; the picture and text film is covered on the photosensitive plate, the picture and text film is irradiated by the strong light of the strong light ultraviolet lamp, and the image on the picture and text film is exposed and photocopied on the photosensitive plate, so that the plate burning efficiency is greatly improved.

According to the plate burning device for offset printing, a photosensitive plate is arranged in a positioning cavity 17 of a positioning plate 16, the photosensitive plate in the positioning cavity 17 is firmly locked and connected through a plate locking mechanism 3, the edge position of the photosensitive plate is limited through a side plate 18 and a top plate 19, a third hydraulic cylinder 20 controls a lock seat 22 through a third piston rod 21 to realize vertical lifting adjustment, and four corners of the photosensitive plate are firmly locked and connected through the lock seat 22; the film lifting mechanism 4 controls the image-text film 5 to realize lifting adjustment, and the image-text film 5 is lowered to the position above the photosensitive plate; the fourth hydraulic cylinder 34 controls the lifting frame 31 through the fourth piston rod 35 to realize vertical lifting adjustment, and the lifting frame 31 drives the lifting seat 33 through the lifting shaft 32 to realize vertical lifting adjustment, so that the graphic film 5 is flexibly lifted and adjusted, and the relative distance between the graphic film 5 and the photosensitive plate can be controlled; the first hydraulic cylinder 6 controls the lifting shell 8 to descend through the first piston rod 7, the descending of the lifting shell 8 drives the strong light ultraviolet lamp 9 to descend above the image-text film 5, the second hydraulic cylinder 10 drives the first hydraulic cylinder 6 to horizontally move through the second piston rod 11, and the first hydraulic cylinder 6 flexibly horizontally moves on the top surface of the frame 1 through the moving wheel 13 of the moving seat 12; thereby driving the lifting shell 8 and the strong light ultraviolet lamp 9 to move horizontally; the strong light ultraviolet lamp 9 realizes horizontal movement above the image-text film 5; the picture and text film 5 is covered on the photosensitive plate, the picture and text film 5 is irradiated by the strong light of the strong light ultraviolet lamp 9, the image on the picture and text film 5 is exposed and photocopied on the photosensitive plate, and the plate burning efficiency is greatly improved.
Preferably, the lock seat 22 includes a positioning seat 23, a plug-in groove 24 is arranged at a side portion of the positioning seat 23, an extension seat 25 is plug-in connected to a side portion of the positioning seat 23, a plug-in portion 26 is arranged at a side portion of the extension seat 25, a limiting groove 27 is arranged at a lower portion of the plug-in portion 26, the plug-in portion 26 is installed in the plug-in groove 24, and a bottom surface of the extension seat 25 is flush with a bottom surface of the positioning seat 23; a lock rod component is inserted between the insertion part 26 and the positioning seat 23; the lock rod assembly comprises a first lock rod 28 and a second lock rod 29, a lock cap 30 is arranged between the end parts of the first lock rod 28 and the second lock rod 29, and the lock cap 30 is locked on the top surface of the positioning seat 23; the transverse area of the positioning seat 23 is increased through the extension seat 25, the transverse area of the lock seat 22 is greatly increased, and the photosensitive plate can be locked and connected more firmly through the lock seat 22; the plug part 26 is locked with the positioning seat 23 more firmly through the lock rod assembly.
Preferably, the lifting seat 33 comprises a suction seat 36, a suction groove 37 is formed in the side portion of the suction seat 36, an air suction cavity 38 is formed in the inner top portion of the suction seat 36, an air pump 39 is arranged at the top portion of the suction seat 36, and a plurality of air suction holes 40 are formed between the air suction cavity 38 and the suction groove 37; the air pump 39 sucks air from the air suction chamber 38, and the air suction chamber 38 sucks the portion of the graphic film 5 in the suction groove 37 upward through the air suction holes 40 to firmly suck the four corners of the graphic film 5.
Preferably, a filter screen 41 is installed inside the suction chamber 38; the filter screen 41 has a double-layer structure; the lower layer mesh of the filter screen 41 is larger than the upper layer mesh; through filter screen 41 filtering treatment is carried out to the gas of breathing in air suction chamber 38, bilayer structure's filter screen 41 has improved filtration efficiency greatly, filters impurity in filter screen 41, protects air pump 39.
Preferably, both sides of the top surface of the rack 1 are provided with limiting pieces 14, a limiting cavity 15 is formed between the limiting pieces 14, and the movable seat 12 is installed in the limiting cavity 15; the movable seat 12 is limited through the limiting sheet 14, so that the movable seat 1 is limited in the limiting cavity 15, and the movable seat 12 is higher in moving safety at the top of the rack 1.
Preferably, the aperture of the suction holes 40 inside the suction groove 37 is larger than the aperture of the suction holes 40 outside the suction groove 37; the inner end of the suction groove 37 is wider than the outer end; the width of the limiting cavity 15 is equal to that of the image-text film 5; the suction holes 40 with the inner apertures can more firmly adsorb the edge position of the image-text film 5, and the suction grooves 37 with the wide inner ends can more flexibly install the edge position of the image-text film 5; the width of the limiting cavity 15 is equal to the width of the image-text film 5, so that the transverse moving range of the moving seat 12 is equal to the width of the image-text film 5, the transverse moving range of the strong light ultraviolet lamp 9 is matched with the width of the image-text film 5, and the plate printing efficiency is higher.
