The invention discloses a water tank structure for reducing water cut-off and temperature rise of a gas water heater, which comprises: the water tank comprises a water tank body, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which are connected to the water tank body; the water tank is characterized in that the water inlet pipe enters from the top of the water tank body, the water outlet pipe enters from the bottom of the water tank body, and the water outlet of the water inlet pipe is lower than the water inlet of the water outlet pipe; a connecting pipe for communicating the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe is arranged between the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, the connecting end of the connecting pipe and the water inlet pipe is higher than the water outlet, and the connecting end of the connecting pipe and the water outlet pipe is lower than the water inlet. The invention can reduce the water cut-off temperature rise and does not influence the hot water outlet time of the gas water heater. The invention also provides a gas instantaneous water heater.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gas instantaneous water heaters, in particular to a water tank structure for reducing water cut-off and temperature rise of a gas water heater and the gas instantaneous water heater.
Background
Due to the structural restriction of the gas instantaneous water heater, most of the existing gas instantaneous water heaters have the phenomenon of water cut and temperature rise; when a user stops bathing and then uses the shower bath, a section of high-temperature water and a section of cold water are firstly contained, so that the bathing experience of the user is influenced. Wherein, the water cut-off temperature rise of the gas instantaneous water heater using the stainless steel heat exchanger can reach more than ten degrees, and the skin can be scalded by the overhigh water cut-off temperature rise in severe cases.
Aiming at the problem of water cut-off and temperature rise of the gas instantaneous water heater, the prior art mainly comprises the following solving means: 1) the water storage tank is added at the water outlet end of the gas instantaneous water heater, and after the water storage tank is added, the heating time of the whole machine is longer. 2) By using the bypass pipe and the water mixing valve, the structure is complex and the control is inconvenient.

by arranging the connecting pipe for connecting the water tank water inlet pipe and the water tank water outlet pipe, when the gas instantaneous water heater is started to work, water flows through the water tank water inlet pipe and simultaneously flows to the connecting pipe and the inner cavity of the water tank body, the water flows flowing to the connecting pipe directly flows out through the water tank water outlet pipe for users to use, and the water flows flowing to the inner cavity of the water tank body gradually fill the inner cavity of the water tank body, so that hot water can be discharged without waiting for the inner cavity of the water tank body to be filled with water, and the heating time of the whole machine is reduced; when the gas water heater is stopped when in use, the inner cavity of the water tank body is filled with warm water, when the gas water heater is boiled, the warm water in the inner cavity of the water tank body flows into and out of the water pipe under the action of the water pressure of the water tank, is mixed with cold water and hot water (firstly a section of high-temperature water and then a section of cold water) flowing into the connecting pipe from the water inlet pipe, is neutralized in temperature, and finally flows out from the water outlet pipe, so that the water-stop temperature rise of the whole machine is reduced; thereby achieving the effects of reducing the water cut-off temperature rise and not influencing the hot water outlet time of the gas water heater.

In this embodiment, the connection pipe 5-6 is preferably a straight pipe disposed inside the water tank body 5-1. Comparative experiment
The gas instantaneous water heater provided by the embodiment is used as a first sample, a gas instantaneous water heater with a common water storage tank is used as a second sample, and a gas instantaneous water heater without a water storage tank is used as a third sample, and the heating time (hot water outlet time) and the water cut-off temperature rise of the gas instantaneous water heater are respectively tested by ignition, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1: and on the water stop temperature rise of the whole machine, the first sample and the second sample are close to each other and are lower than the third sample, and on the heating time of the whole machine, the first sample is close to the third sample and is far lower than the second sample. Therefore, the gas instantaneous water heater provided by the embodiment can reduce the water cut-off temperature rise of the gas water heater and avoid the great extension of the heating time and the water waste of the gas water heater caused by the introduction of the water storage tank; the method has the advantages of achieving the technical effects which are not achieved by the prior art and having remarkable progress.

A pitcher configuration for reducing the water cut-off temperature rise of a gas water heater, comprising: the water tank comprises a water tank body, and a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe which are connected to the water tank body; the water tank is characterized in that the water inlet pipe enters from the top of the water tank body, the water outlet pipe enters from the bottom of the water tank body, and the water outlet of the water inlet pipe is lower than the water inlet of the water outlet pipe; a connecting pipe for communicating the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe is arranged between the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, the connecting pipe is a straight pipe arranged in the water tank body, the connecting end of the connecting pipe and the water inlet pipe is higher than the water outlet, and the connecting end of the connecting pipe and the water outlet pipe is lower than the water inlet; the distance from the water outlet to the bottom of the water tank body is smaller than the distance from the water inlet to the top of the water tank body, and the distance from the water outlet to the bottom of the water tank body is not more than 30 mm.
