Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of humidification, in particular to a humidification system, which comprises a water tank, an electric heating pipe and a water return tank, wherein the water tank is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet; the water return tank is provided with an opening communicated with the outside; the water return tank is also provided with a first water return port and a second water return port; one end of the electric heating pipe is communicated with the first water return port, and the other end of the electric heating pipe is communicated with one end of the water tank; the other end of the water tank is communicated with the second water return port, and the opening is formed in the top surface or the side surface of the water return tank. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a humidification system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a water tank 100, an electric heating pipe 200, and a water return tank 300; the return water tank 300 is provided with an opening 310 communicated with the outside; the water return tank 300 is further provided with a first water return port 320 and a second water return port 330; one end of the electric heating pipe 200 is communicated with the first water return port 320, and the other end is communicated with one end of the water tank 100; the other end of the water tank 100 communicates with the second return port 330, and the opening 310 is provided at the top surface or the side surface of the return tank 300.
In the humidification system provided by this embodiment, the first water return port 320, the electric heating pipe 200, the water tank 100 and the second water return port 330 form a sequentially communicated circulation loop, when water is added, water flows downward from the opening 310 of the water return tank 300 and directly or indirectly enters the water tank 100, air flows in the internal space of the humidification system are rapidly exchanged and flow, and a phenomenon of difficulty in adding water is avoided; and when the electric heating pipe 200 is used for heating water in the heater, because the internal water is heated and evaporated into steam, the gas density is little influenced by the internal pressure to float upwards, and the gas and liquid in the system are rapidly exchanged in a short time, so that the hot water is flushed into the water return tank 300 from the first water return port 320 along with the steam, and simultaneously, under the action of the gravity of the water, the hot water immediately flows into the water tank 100 from the second water return port 330, thereby completely avoiding the overflow phenomenon of the humidification system.
The water return tank 300 may be square, circular, or conical, and the opening 310 may be a large opening 310, which has both functions of exhausting and adding water; two small openings 310 may also be provided, one as a steam vent and one in communication with the water pipe as a water addition port.

In order to increase the time that hot water gushes into the return water tank 300 and make it convenient for the overflowed water to quickly return to the water tank 100, as a practicable manner, the first return port 320 is provided on the side surface of the return water tank 300, and the second return port 330 is provided on the bottom surface of the return water tank 300, so that the electric heating pipe 200 boils water, the distance that the boiled hot water gushes into the return water tank 300 along with the water vapor is long, and the distance that the hot water gushes into the return water tank 300 returns to the water tank 100 is short, thereby being capable of avoiding the excessive accumulation of the water in the return water tank 300, and further completely eradicating the overflow phenomenon.
In order to facilitate the piping connection of the humidification system and the good arrangement of the components of the overall structure, as a practical manner, the first water return port 320 and the second water return port 330 are both disposed on the bottom surface of the water return tank 300, so that even if hot water flows into the water return tank 300 in a short time, the hot water quickly flows back into the water tank 100, and the water in the water return tank 300 is not accumulated too much and overflows.
Further, the first water return port 320 is communicated with the electric heating pipe 200 through a first connection pipe 210, the second water return port 330 is communicated with the water tank 100 through a second connection pipe 110, and the length of the first connection pipe 210 is greater than that of the second connection pipe 110. Therefore, although the first and second return ports 320 and 330 are provided on the bottom surface of the return tank 300, since the length of the first connection pipe 210 is greater than that of the second connection pipe 110, the distance of the hot water flowing into the return tank 300 is longer than the distance of the hot water flowing back into the water tank 100, and excessive water is not accumulated in the return tank 300 all the time, thereby completely preventing the overflow phenomenon.
Still further, the electric heating tube 200 may be directly communicated with the water tank 100, or may be communicated with the water tank 100 through another tube, and preferably, the electric heating tube 200 is communicated with the water tank 100 through the third connecting tube 120 having a U-shape, so that the purpose of communication can be achieved without redundant parts, and distribution of the parts of the humidification system is facilitated. The third connecting pipe 120 is provided at a lower end thereof with a drain port 121 for conveniently draining the remaining water of the entire humidification system.
The first connection pipe 210, the second connection pipe 110, and the third connection pipe 120 are plastic pipes, stainless steel pipes, or silicone pipes, preferably silicone pipes.
In a preferred embodiment, the electric heating pipe 200 is provided with a temperature controller 220. What adopt in this embodiment is kick-type temperature controller 220 for install in the outer wall of electric heating pipe 200, the instant temperature of monitoring electric heating pipe 200, when electric heating pipe 200 is in the dry combustion method state or when causing electric heating pipe 200's temperature too high to be higher than temperature controller 220 preset temperature because of other reasons, temperature controller 220 can automatic disconnection circuit, protection humidification system.
The embodiment of the invention also provides an electric heater, which comprises a shell and the humidifying system provided by any one of the embodiments, wherein the shell is provided with a steam outlet, and an opening of the water return tank is communicated with the steam outlet, so that the electric heater has the advantages of smooth water adding and no overflow phenomenon, and the use comfort of a user can be improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides humidification equipment which comprises a shell and the humidification system provided by any one of the above embodiments, wherein a steam outlet is formed in the shell, and an opening 310 of the water return tank 300 is communicated with the steam outlet.
The humidifying equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can be electric heater equipment with a humidifying function, and can be other equipment with a thermal state humidifying function.

The humidification system according to claim 3, wherein the first water return port (320) communicates with the electric heating pipe (200) through a first connection pipe (210), the second water return port (330) communicates with the water tank (100) through a second connection pipe (110), and a length of the first connection pipe (210) is greater than a length of the second connection pipe (110).
5. The humidification system according to claim 4, wherein the electric heating pipe (200) communicates with the water tank (100) through a third connection pipe (120), the third connection pipe (120) having a U-shape.
6. The humidification system as claimed in claim 5, wherein a drain port (121) is provided at a lower end of the third connection pipe (120).
7. The humidification system of claim 6, wherein the first connection tube (210), the second connection tube (110), and the third connection tube (120) are silicone tubes.
8. Humidifying system according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that a temperature controller (220) is provided on the electric heating tube (200).
9. Humidifying system according to any of claims 1-7, characterized in that the return tank (300) is of an inverted cone shape.
10. An electric heater, characterized in that it comprises a housing and a humidifying system according to any one of claims 1-9, the housing being provided with a steam outlet, the opening (310) of the return tank (300) being in communication with the steam outlet.
11. Humidifying apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a housing, and a humidifying system according to any one of claims 1-9, the housing being provided with a steam outlet, the opening (310) of the return tank (300) being in communication with the steam outlet.
