本发明涉及发泡棉制造工艺技术领域,具体为一种环保发泡棉的配方及其制作工艺。
背景技术
发泡棉是指含有气孔的材料,如聚苯发泡板、聚氯乙烯发泡保温板、聚氨酯发泡胶等。通常市场上的产品泡沫塑料、珍珠棉、发泡橡胶、遇水膨胀止水胶、聚硫密封胶等通属于发泡系列产品。如:PEF//EVA/EPDM/橡塑闭孔泡沫塑料及EPE珍珠棉/XPE聚乙烯化学交联发泡/IXPE电子辐射交联发泡等系列产品。遇水膨胀止水胶、聚硫密封胶、复合发泡防水板、泡沫包装盒、发泡包装衬垫及EVA发泡跆拳道垫、发泡拼装地垫、密封胶垫等。。
常见的发泡棉的制造配方和制作工艺都不够环保,容易造成环境的污染,且工作效率不高,不能满足发泡棉工作要求,为此提出一种环保发泡棉的配方及其制作工艺。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种环保发泡棉的配方及其制作工艺,具备制备工艺更环保、工作效率更高等优点,解决了常见的发泡棉的制造配方和制作工艺都不够环保,容易造成环境的污染,且工作效率不高,不能满足发泡棉工作要求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述制备工艺更环保、工作效率更高的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保发泡棉的配方,所述配方包括如下组分:
聚氨酯树脂100份;有机溶剂85-100份;PU色浆5-8份;
对苯二甲酸二辛酯65-85份;石墨烯4-8份;乙二醇10-15份;
三醋酸甘油酯7-10份;液体丁腈橡胶4-8份;
发泡剂2-20份;发泡交联剂1-10份;异味消除剂1-15份;
硬脂酸2-8份;氧化锌2-5份;增塑剂60-90份;
补强填料60-90份;稳定剂3-5份。
优选的,所述发泡剂包括1-10份的氟代碳氢化合物发泡剂和1-10份的碳氢化合物发泡剂,并混合有ADC发泡剂、磷酸二氢盐和碳酸氢盐,碳酸氢盐选用碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾或碳酸氢铵以及它们的混合物。
优选的,所述补强填料指碳酸盐、硫酸盐、硅化物、有机化合物和树脂中的一种或多种,补强填料还混合有二甲基硅油、阻燃剂、气相二氧化硅和偶联剂。
优选的,所述发泡交联剂指有机酸、磷酸酯和金属盐中的一种或多种,发泡交联剂还混合有塑炼油、硬脂酸、DM促进剂和耐烧蚀填料颗粒。
一种环保发泡棉的制作工艺,所述制备工艺如下:
第一步将对应组分的聚氨酯树脂、有机溶剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨烯、乙二醇增塑剂、三醋酸甘油酯、液体丁腈橡胶和补强填料混合塑炼,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在100-150℃,进行一段密炼处理;
第二步收集上述反应获得物,并通过强力风冷机和水冷制冷机依次进行迅速降温至50℃以下,再经破碎机械进行初次破碎;
第三步将上述初破碎后反应获得物中加入所述氧化锌和硬脂酸,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,再对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在200-250℃,后进行二段密炼处理;
第四步收集上步反应获得物,并再次通过强力风冷机和水冷制冷机依次进行二次降温,控温至至50℃以下,再经破碎机械进行二次破碎;
第五步将上述二次破碎后反应获得物中再加入所述加入发泡剂、发泡交联剂、PU色浆、异味消除剂和稳定剂,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在300-350℃,进行三段密炼处理,直至物料交联成团状,得到交联物料;
第六步将上述交联物料直接进行发泡工艺操作,依次进行炼胶-出片-截断-发泡-冷却处理工艺流程,终获得聚氨酯环保发泡棉。
优选的,所述密炼操作所采用的密炼机器的进料端装设有密封的搅拌腔室,且密炼机器的进料端内部还装设有抽气电机。
优选的,所述发泡工艺采用模压物理气体发泡法:
首先将聚氨酯交联物料经炼胶机器的炼胶-出片处理后,又经截断处理得到的物料颗粒添加入高压模具中,采用DSC热分析法以10℃/min的加热速度加温,保持最终温度150-250℃,并渐进注入压力为10-20MPa的物理发泡剂,保持恒温恒压1h,然后对高压模具进行泄压,以4-6MPa/s速度卸压完全至常压,后打开高压模具取出发泡物料,再经风冷鼓风机冷却即可得到发泡棉成品。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种环保发泡棉的配方及其制作工艺,具备以下有益效果:
该环保发泡棉的配方及其制作工艺,根据各反应物组分的物化性能进行合理的分段密炼处理,有效提高发泡棉的出料率和质量,进一步提高生产制造的工作效率,且该制备方法工艺简单,成本很低,采用模压物理气体发泡法,无需使用化学用剂,避免产生化学污染,工艺更环保,通过控制反应的时效和温度,可获得泡孔均匀、大小可控,且发泡密度也可控的发泡粒子,非常适于工业化生产。

聚氨酯树脂100份;有机溶剂85份;PU色浆5份;

第五步将上述二次破碎后反应获得物中再加入所述加入发泡剂、发泡交联剂、PU色浆、异味消除剂和稳定剂,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在300℃,进行三段密炼处理,直至物料交联成团状,得到交联物料;
第六步将上述交联物料直接进行发泡工艺操作,依次进行炼胶-出片-截断-发泡-冷却处理工艺流程,终获得聚氨酯环保发泡棉。
发泡工艺采用模压物理气体发泡法:
首先将聚氨酯交联物料经炼胶机器的炼胶-出片处理后,又经截断处理得到的物料颗粒添加入高压模具中,采用DSC热分析法以10℃/min的加热速度加温,保持最终温度150℃,并渐进注入压力为10MPa的物理发泡剂,保持恒温恒压1h,然后对高压模具进行泄压,以4MPa/s速度卸压完全至常压,后打开高压模具取出发泡物料,再经风冷鼓风机冷却即可得到发泡棉成品。
实施例二
本发明提供一种技术方案,一种环保发泡棉的配方,所述配方包括如下组分:
聚氨酯树脂100份;有机溶剂100份;PU色浆8份;
对苯二甲酸二辛酯85份;石墨烯8份;乙二醇15份;
三醋酸甘油酯10份;液体丁腈橡胶8份;
发泡剂20份;发泡交联剂10份;异味消除剂15份;
硬脂酸8份;氧化锌5份;增塑剂90份;
补强填料90份;稳定剂5份。
发泡剂包括10份的氟代碳氢化合物发泡剂和10份的碳氢化合物发泡剂,并混合有ADC发泡剂、磷酸二氢盐和碳酸氢盐,碳酸氢盐选用碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾或碳酸氢铵以及它们的混合物,发泡效果强劲,且性能稳定,反应过程中不会产生环境污染颗粒,磷酸二氢盐微酸性,能够中和ADC发泡剂反应中产生的氨气,避免对生产环境造成污染,干净环保。
补强填料指碳酸盐、硫酸盐、硅化物、有机化合物和树脂的混合物,补强填料还混合有二甲基硅油、阻燃剂、气相二氧化硅和偶联剂,提高反应的程度,使得反应更加的彻底,且防护性能更强。
发泡交联剂指有机酸、磷酸酯和金属盐的混合物,发泡交联剂还混合有塑炼油、硬脂酸、DM促进剂和耐烧蚀填料颗粒,能够有效提高发泡交联的强度和弹性,提高生成物的反应效率和耐烧蚀性能。
一种环保发泡棉的制作工艺,所述制备工艺如下:
第一步将对应组分的聚氨酯树脂、有机溶剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨烯、乙二醇增塑剂、三醋酸甘油酯、液体丁腈橡胶和补强填料混合塑炼,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在150℃,进行一段密炼处理;
第二步收集上述反应获得物,并通过强力风冷机和水冷制冷机依次进行迅速降温至50℃以下,再经破碎机械进行初次破碎;
第三步将上述初破碎后反应获得物中加入所述氧化锌和硬脂酸,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,再对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在250℃,后进行二段密炼处理;
第四步收集上步反应获得物,并再次通过强力风冷机和水冷制冷机依次进行二次降温,控温至至50℃以下,再经破碎机械进行二次破碎;
第五步将上述二次破碎后反应获得物中再加入所述加入发泡剂、发泡交联剂、PU色浆、异味消除剂和稳定剂,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在350℃,进行三段密炼处理,直至物料交联成团状,得到交联物料;
第六步将上述交联物料直接进行发泡工艺操作,依次进行炼胶-出片-截断-发泡-冷却处理工艺流程,终获得聚氨酯环保发泡棉,实验数据表明,本操作工艺制造的发泡棉物料,采用多级、多次冷却、破碎的操作工艺,使得得到的发泡棉物料的质地更加的细腻,交联结构更加的稳固,抗冲击性能强,且工作性能不易受温度的影响,能够适应更极端环境的工作需要。
密炼操作所采用的密炼机器的进料端装设有密封的搅拌腔室,将粉-液物料进行预混合,避免粉料撒漏导致环境污染,且密炼机器的进料端内部还装设有抽气电机,抽气电机的抽气口位于密炼机器的内腔内,抽气电机能够将粉状物料进行有效的收集,将粉末物料抽至密炼机器的内腔内,进一步避免料撒漏导致的环境污染。
发泡工艺采用模压物理气体发泡法:
首先将聚氨酯交联物料经炼胶机器的炼胶-出片处理后,又经截断处理得到的物料颗粒添加入高压模具中,采用DSC热分析法以10℃/min的加热速度加温,保持最终温度250℃,并渐进注入压力为20MPa的物理发泡剂,保持恒温恒压1h,然后对高压模具进行泄压,以6MPa/s速度卸压完全至常压,后打开高压模具取出发泡物料,再经风冷鼓风机冷却即可得到发泡棉成品。
本发明采用环保易降解的材料,根据各反应物组分的物化性能进行合理的分段密炼处理,有效提高发泡棉的出料率和质量,进一步提高生产制造的工作效率,且该制备方法工艺简单,成本很低,采用模压物理气体发泡法,无需使用化学用剂,避免产生化学污染,工艺更环保,通过控制反应的时效和温度,可获得泡孔均匀、大小可控,且发泡密度也可控的发泡粒子,非常适于工业化生产。

Claims (7)

1.一种环保发泡棉的配方,特征在于:所述配方包括如下组分:
聚氨酯树脂100份;有机溶剂85-100份;PU色浆5-8份;
对苯二甲酸二辛酯65-85份;石墨烯4-8份;乙二醇10-15份;
三醋酸甘油酯7-10份;液体丁腈橡胶4-8份;
发泡剂2-20份;发泡交联剂1-10份;异味消除剂1-15份;
硬脂酸2-8份;氧化锌2-5份;增塑剂60-90份;
补强填料60-90份;稳定剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保发泡棉的配方,其特征在于:所述发泡剂包括1-10份的氟代碳氢化合物发泡剂和1-10份的碳氢化合物发泡剂,并混合有ADC发泡剂、磷酸二氢盐和碳酸氢盐,碳酸氢盐选用碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾或碳酸氢铵以及它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保发泡棉的配方,其特征在于:所述补强填料指碳酸盐、硫酸盐、硅化物、有机化合物和树脂中的一种或多种,补强填料还混合有二甲基硅油、阻燃剂、气相二氧化硅和偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保发泡棉的配方,其特征在于:所述发泡交联剂指有机酸、磷酸酯和金属盐中的一种或多种,发泡交联剂还混合有塑炼油、硬脂酸、DM促进剂和耐烧蚀填料颗粒。
5.一种根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的环保发泡棉的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述制备工艺如下:
第一步将对应组分的聚氨酯树脂、有机溶剂、对苯二甲酸二辛酯、石墨烯、乙二醇增塑剂、三醋酸甘油酯、液体丁腈橡胶和补强填料混合塑炼,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在100-150℃,进行一段密炼处理;
第二步收集上述反应获得物,并通过强力风冷机和水冷制冷机依次进行迅速降温至50℃以下,再经破碎机械进行初次破碎;
第三步将上述初破碎后反应获得物中加入所述氧化锌和硬脂酸,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,再对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在200-250℃,后进行二段密炼处理;
第四步收集上步反应获得物,并再次通过强力风冷机和水冷制冷机依次进行二次降温,控温至至50℃以下,再经破碎机械进行二次破碎;
第五步将上述二次破碎后反应获得物中再加入所述加入发泡剂、发泡交联剂、PU色浆、异味消除剂和稳定剂,装填入密炼机器中,密炼反应腔抽至真空,对反应腔进行加热,并将反应温度控制在300-350℃,进行三段密炼处理,直至物料交联成团状,得到交联物料;
第六步将上述交联物料直接进行发泡工艺操作,依次进行炼胶-出片-截断-发泡-冷却处理工艺流程,终获得聚氨酯环保发泡棉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保发泡棉的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述密炼操作所采用的密炼机器的进料端装设有密封的搅拌腔室,且密炼机器的进料端内部还装设有抽气电机。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种环保发泡棉的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡工艺采用模压物理气体发泡法:
首先将聚氨酯交联物料经炼胶机器的炼胶-出片处理后,又经截断处理得到的物料颗粒添加入高压模具中,采用DSC热分析法以10℃/min的加热速度加温,保持最终温度150-250℃,并渐进注入压力为10-20MPa的物理发泡剂,保持恒温恒压1h,然后对高压模具进行泄压,以4-6MPa/s速度卸压完全至常压,后打开高压模具取出发泡物料,再经风冷鼓风机冷却即可得到发泡棉成品。
