3. A winding mechanism for cigarette paper production according to claim 2, characterized in that the bottom surface of the through groove (29) is provided with a cutting groove corresponding to the position of the cutter (28).
4. The winding mechanism for cigarette paper production according to claim 1, wherein rollers with the same specification are uniformly rotatably installed on the upper surface of the supporting platform (14) and the corresponding place of the lower surface of the pressing plate (17) through pins.
5. The method of using a winding mechanism for cigarette paper production according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step one: passing the cigarette paper through a passing groove (16), a supporting platform (14) and a passing groove (29) in sequence, and finally winding the cigarette paper on a winding drum (6);
Step two: opening a motor connected with the winding drum (6), and driving the winding drum (6) to rotate by the motor;
step three: after the winding is completed, a worker presses the pressing plate (23) with the palm, and the pressing plate (23) drives the cutter (28) to cut off the cigarette paper;
Step four: pulling the pull ring (10) outwards, wherein the pull ring (10) drives the rotating shaft (8) to be separated from the winding drum (6) so as to complete the disassembly of the winding drum (6);
Step five: by installing a new reel (6) between the rotating shafts (8) in the same way, the replacement of the reel (6) is completed.
