Therefore, grain supervision personnel can purposefully develop supervision work without patrolling grain depot sites one by one, the problems of low supervision efficiency and high supervision cost in the existing grain supervision technology are solved, and the effects of improving the supervision efficiency and reducing the supervision cost are achieved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of steps of a method for troubleshooting abnormal grain transactions according to a second embodiment of the present invention is provided.
The abnormal grain transaction investigation method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S202: acquiring grain delivery records and warehousing records, and acquiring grain weight information, information of grain traders, grain quality information and at least one of the following information according to the delivery records and the warehousing records: grain transportation vehicle information and grain purchase and sale contract information.
Wherein the grain quality information is quality index obtained by inspecting grain roughness, polished rice rate, impurity content, water content, yellow rice content, grain-outside brown rice content, intermixing rate, color and smell.
And judging whether the grains are in the same batch by checking whether the grain quality information indexes of the grain traders are consistent or not.
Step S204: according to the grain transportation vehicle information, comparing whether the grain weight information corresponding to the ex-warehouse record of the grain trader vehicle is consistent with the grain weight information corresponding to the in-warehouse record; if the abnormal grain transaction is consistent with the abnormal grain transaction suspicion, determining the abnormal grain transaction suspicion as primary early warning; if not, the process is ended.
Wherein, the early warning level that unusual grain transaction corresponds includes from low to high: primary early warning, intermediate early warning and advanced early warning. But not limited to, a suspected contract warning, etc. The warning level may be appropriately defined by those skilled in the art as needed.
As a feasible implementation mode, the grain depot and the first grain trader sign a sale contract, and simultaneously or in a short time, the grain depot and the first grain trader sign a purchase contract to buy the same batch of grains, and the A vehicle of the first grain trader is matched for transportation, under the mode, the grains usually do not fall to the ground, namely the A vehicle finishes warehouse-out and warehouse-in. And comparing grain weight information corresponding to the ex-warehouse record and the in-warehouse record of the grain trader according to the information of the grain transporting vehicle A, if the grain weight information corresponding to the ex-warehouse record and the in-warehouse record of the vehicle A is consistent, determining that the abnormal grain trading is suspected, setting the abnormal grain trading as primary early warning, and prompting grain depot supervisory personnel to pay attention. Optionally, the batch of grains can be further subjected to abnormal grain transaction investigation.
Step S206: if the grain quality information is determined to be the primary early warning, comparing whether the grain quality information recorded in the ex-warehouse record is consistent with the grain quality information corresponding to the in-warehouse record according to the determined consistent grain weight information; if the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is consistent, determining that the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is increased and determining that the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is a middle-level early warning; if not, the process is ended.
And comparing the grain quality information again on the basis of the consistent grain weight information, and if the grain weight information is determined to be a consistent result, determining that the grain quality information is a medium-grade early warning, so that the possibility of abnormal grain transaction is increased.
As a feasible implementation manner, after the primary early warning is determined, further judging grain quality information corresponding to the ex-warehouse record and the in-warehouse record, for example, comparing quality indexes of grain, such as grain outcrop rate, polished rice rate, impurity content, moisture content, yellow-grain rice content, grain-outside brown rice content, intermixing rate, color and luster, smell and the like, judging whether the grain quality information is consistent, and if the grain quality information indexes are completely consistent, judging the grain in the same batch; if some indexes have deviation in the grain quality information, but are within the range of possible deviation, the same batch of grains can be judged. The deviation range is appropriately limited by those skilled in the art according to the needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. And when the grain quality information is determined to be consistent and further determined to be the same batch of grains, suspicion of abnormal grain transaction is increased, and medium-level early warning is set.
According to the embodiment of the invention, data information for identifying abnormal grain transaction characteristics is compared according to the grain transportation vehicle information: and (4) recording corresponding grain weight information and grain quality information of the vehicle of the grain trader in a warehouse and a warehouse, checking abnormal grain trading according to a result of comparison consistency, and correspondingly setting an early warning grade. Grain supervisors can purposefully develop supervision work without patrolling grain depot sites one by one, thus effectively improving supervision efficiency and reducing supervision cost.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of steps of a method for troubleshooting abnormal grain transactions according to a third embodiment of the present invention is provided.
The abnormal grain transaction investigation method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S300: acquiring grain delivery records and warehousing records, and acquiring grain weight information, information of grain traders, grain quality information and at least one of the following information according to the delivery records and the warehousing records: grain transportation vehicle information and grain purchase and sale contract information.
Step S302: comparing whether the grain weight information of the transaction of the grain trader is consistent or not according to the grain purchase and sale contract information; if the abnormal grain transaction is consistent with the abnormal grain transaction suspicion, determining the abnormal grain transaction suspicion as primary early warning; if not, the process is ended.
In a mode that a grain depot and a first grain trader sign a sale contract and simultaneously (or within a short time) sign a purchase contract to buy the same batch of grains, the sale contract and the purchase contract can be multiple in number, but the total weight of the grains in unit time is consistent.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the grain weight information executed in the purchasing contract and the selling contract of the food trader A is compared according to the purchasing contract and the selling contract, if the grain weight information executed in the purchasing contract and the selling contract of the food trader A is 30 tons, the condition that the abnormal food trading suspicion exists in the purchasing contract and the selling contract information of the food trader A is determined, and the condition is set as primary early warning.
As another possible implementation, the grain depot and the first grain trader sign a sale contract, and simultaneously sign a purchase contract with the second grain trader to buy the same batch of grains, wherein the first grain trader and the second grain trader are related grain traders, such as the first grain trader and the second grain trader are in a cooperative relationship or the same person in charge. The grains are taken out of the warehouse to the transfer warehouse under the name of the first grain trader, and the same batch of grains are transported back to the grain warehouse under the name of the second grain trader within a period of time. In this mode, the grain depot usually signs a plurality of sales contracts and purchase contracts with a plurality of grain traders, and the grain traders frequently have ex-warehouse records and in-warehouse records in the grain depot so as to confuse the realization of grain supervisory personnel, and the supervisory personnel are difficult to find the evidence of related transactions. However, through the implementation mode provided by the invention, the abnormal grain transaction investigation method is reasonably configured, and the condition of the abnormal grain transaction can be quickly found.
According to the embodiment of the invention, according to the purchasing contract and the selling contract, for example, the purchasing contract packet and the selling contract packet of all the first grain trader and the second grain trader which come and go in 1 month are obtained through permutation and combination, the purchasing contract packet and the selling contract packet with the same grain weight information are obtained, the purchasing contract packet and the selling contract packet with the same grain weight information are listed, for example, 3 parts of the selling contract packet of the first grain trader and 5 parts of the purchasing contract packet of the second grain trader are compared, wherein the first grain trader and the second grain trader are related grain traders. If the 3 sales contract packages of the grain trader A and the 5 purchasing contract packages of the grain trader B are compared, the sum of the corresponding grain weight information is consistent, if the sum is 120 tons, the suspicion of abnormal grain trading is determined, and the preliminary warning is set.
Step S304: if the grain quality information is determined to be the primary early warning, comparing whether the grain quality information corresponding to the ex-warehouse record and the in-warehouse record is consistent or not according to the determined consistent grain weight information; if the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is consistent, determining that the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is increased and determining that the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is a middle-level early warning; if not, the process is ended.
And comparing the grain quality information again based on the grain weight information which is compared to be consistent, and if the grain weight information is determined to be consistent, determining that the grain quality information is a medium-grade early warning, so that the possibility of abnormal grain transaction is increased.
As a possible implementation manner, after the primary early warning is determined, the grain quality information of 30 tons, such as grain roughness, polished rice rate, impurity content, moisture content, yellow-grain rice content, grain-outside brown rice content, and intermixing rate, of the grain executed by comparing the purchase contract and the sale contract of the grain trader a is appropriately set by those skilled in the art according to needs, and if the grain quality information is determined to be consistent, the intermediate early warning is set.
As another possible implementation, after determining as the primary warning, for example, comparing the grain weight information of 120 tons of grain quality information with the sum of the grain weight information of the purchase contract package and the sale contract package, further comparing the grain quality information, for example: and if the grain quality information is determined to be consistent, medium-grade early warning is set.
Step S306: if the grain purchasing and selling contract information is determined to be the middle-level early warning, comparing whether the frequency of occurrence of the grain transporting vehicle information corresponding to the grain transporting transaction executed in the grain purchasing and selling contract information is consistent or not according to the determined grain weight information and the grain quality information which are consistent; if the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is consistent, the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is continuously increased, and the abnormal grain transaction suspicion is determined as high-grade early warning; if not, the process is ended.
And comparing the occurrence frequency of the grain transportation vehicle information again based on the grain weight information and the grain quality information which are compared to be consistent, and if the result is determined to be consistent, determining that the abnormal grain transaction can be further determined after advanced early warning.
As a feasible implementation manner, after the intermediate-level early warning is determined, the corresponding information of the grain transportation vehicle a in the process of carrying out the grain transportation transaction by the grain transportation trader in the purchase contract and the sales contract is further compared, and in the process of carrying out the 30-ton grain transportation transaction, if the frequency of the occurrence of the information of the grain transportation vehicle a in the ex-warehouse record and the frequency of the occurrence of the information of the grain transportation vehicle a in the in-warehouse record are the same, the intermediate-level early warning is set.
