The invention relates to the technical field of testing, in particular to a sampling method for snowflake degumming of PVB laminated glass.
Background
The PVB laminated glass is a side window material commonly adopted by the high-speed rail motor train unit at present, and the PVB is usually degummed in the using process. PVB has good elasticity and high breaking strength. This kind of performance of PVB makes PVB laminated glass can be less than the influence and the destruction of external mechanical force well, guarantees simultaneously that glass is receiving the broken back of impact, and the piece that produces can not fly away from the film layer yet to laminated glass after the destruction can keep certain visibility, thereby plays good safety protection's effect. Due to the quality reasons of the PVB film and the aging problem of the PVB film, the phenomenon of snowflake degumming of a PVB layer often occurs in the actual use process of glass, the snowflake degumming inevitably affects the service performance and the safety performance of the glass, and once the snowflake degumming occurs in the PVB laminated glass, the failed PVB adhesive film is difficult to obtain. A method for rapid PVB sampling is therefore highly desirable.
The existing PVB sampling method is that side window glass is directly knocked, after outer layer glass is cracked, a PVB adhesive film is stripped, but due to knocking, glass scraps penetrate through the adhesive film, extra pollutants and damage are introduced into the adhesive film, and therefore failure information is damaged. There is therefore a need for an effective way to evaluate the effect of PVB degumming on the performance of glass.

cutting at the cutting point to obtain a glass sample; the method specifically comprises the following steps: aligning and cutting into the cutting point by using a cutter head of an ultrasonic cutting knife, and expanding the seam width of the cutting point; cutting the cutter head of the ultrasonic cutting knife deeply into the PVB laminated glass to be sampled by a preset cutting depth, and cutting out the glass containing a PVB adhesive film to obtain a glass sample;
carrying out toughened glass crushing treatment on the glass sample to obtain a fragment sample; the method specifically comprises the following steps: carrying out one-time breaking treatment on the glass sample through a window breaker to obtain a fragment sample;
