Abstract

本发明公开了一种间隙自动消除垫片,所述垫片的外形为阶梯柱体,其中央具有一个与外形相对应的阶梯孔,阶梯柱体的阶梯面为向内倾斜的斜面。由于本发明垫片的外形为阶梯柱体,两个柱体之间可相对上下窜动,在外力的作用下,阶梯柱体的阶梯面会发生弹性变形,使其高度尺寸发生变化,从而达到自动消除间隙的目的。

本发明涉及一种机械零件,特别是涉及一种间隙自动消除垫片。
背景技术
在精密加工/设备/模具的各邻域中,能自动消除机械间的间隙,使得各零部件在无间隙装配,真正做到精密的装配,意义重大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种精密度较高的间隙自动消除垫片。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
本发明是一种间隙自动消除垫片,所述垫片的外形为阶梯柱体,其中央具有一个与外形相对应的阶梯孔,阶梯柱体的阶梯面为向内倾斜的斜面。
所述阶梯面的厚度比阶梯孔侧壁的厚度薄。
采用上述方案后,由于本发明垫片的外形为阶梯柱体,两个柱体之间可相对上下窜动,在外力的作用下,阶梯柱体的阶梯面会发生弹性变形,使其高度尺寸发生变化,从而达到自动消除间隙的目的。
本发明公开展示了一种可以自动消除间隙的垫片,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明是一种间隙自动消除垫片,所述垫片1的外形为阶梯柱体,其中央具有一个与外形相对应的阶梯孔11,阶梯柱体的阶梯面12为向内倾斜的斜面,该阶梯面12的厚度比阶梯孔侧壁的厚度薄。该垫片1的剖面呈M型。
本发明的工作原理:
当装配螺丝锁紧之后,根据实际间隙的多少,B尺寸(B尺寸为可调整的最大间隙)因垫片1处为弹性的阶梯面12发生变形,从而使的B尺寸会变小,从而达到自动消除间隙的目的。

2.根据权利要求1所述的间隙自动消除垫片,其特征在于:所述阶梯面的厚度比阶梯孔侧壁的厚度薄。
