Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of aviation assembly, and relates to a stroke-controllable sliding type intersection point positioning device with assistance. The device comprises a fixed support, a linear slide rail, a slide rail positioning block, a limiting screw, a positioning sleeve, a spring support, a nitrogen spring, a cushion block, a sliding bottom plate, a push-pull clamp, a base plate, an adapter, a positioning pin, a handle and a stop block. A limiting block, a locating pin and a locating sleeve are arranged between the fixed component and the sliding component to restrict the freedom degrees of the fixed component and the sliding component in one direction, and a linear sliding rail is arranged to restrict the freedom degrees of the fixed component and the sliding component in the other direction, so that sliding and stroke controllability are realized. And a nitrogen spring is arranged between the fixed component and the sliding component to overcome the gravity of the sliding component, so that the operation with assistance is convenient. When the sliding part of the positioner is too heavy, an operator needs to provide a large force to drive the sliding part, so that certain inconvenience is brought to use.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a stroke-controllable sliding type intersection point positioning device with assistance, which is characterized in that a limiting block, a positioning pin and a positioning sleeve are arranged between a fixed component and a sliding component to restrict the freedom degrees of the fixed component and the sliding component in one direction, and a linear sliding rail is arranged to restrict the freedom degrees of the fixed component and the sliding component in the other direction, so that the sliding and the stroke controllability are realized. The gravity of the sliding component is overcome by installing a nitrogen spring between the fixed component and the sliding component, so that the operation with assistance is convenient.
