The portable watercolour brush-holder according to claim 2, wherein: the locking structure comprises a lock catch seat (12), a lock rod sleeve (13), a pressure spring (15) and a locking rod (14); the lock catch seat (12) is fixedly arranged on a semicircular cover plate (9), and a lock catch hole (18) is arranged on the lock catch seat (12); the locking rod sleeve (13) is fixedly arranged on the other semicircular cover plate (9), and a cylinder opening of the locking rod sleeve (13) is opposite to the locking hole (18); the pressure spring (15) is arranged in the lock rod sleeve (13), and one end of the lock rod (14) is inserted into the lock rod sleeve (13); two ends of the pressure spring (15) are respectively and elastically supported on the bottom of the cylinder of the lock rod sleeve (13) and the insertion end part of the lock rod (14) and are used for pushing the end part of the lock rod (14) to be inserted into the locking hole (18); a strip-shaped guide hole (28) is arranged on the upper pipe wall of the lock rod sleeve (13) along the axial direction of the upper pipe wall; an unlocking shifting block (16) extending out of the strip-shaped guide hole (28) is arranged on the locking rod (14).
