The defect position is marked, so that the reference in the subsequent repair is facilitated.
02. Damaged sealing surface evaluation: careful measurement and assessment of the location of damage to the sealing surface can determine that the damage is minor because the damaged location area is small and the damaged depth is shallow.
03. And (3) repairing a sealing surface by adopting the following modes: because the damage of the sealing surface is slight, the sealing surface is not required to be subjected to primary rough repair in a turning mode. A special tool (valve seat grinding jig) may be used for repair.
04. And (3) grinding a sealing surface: since the damage of the sealing surface is slight, 30 mu sand paper can be directly selected to grind the sealing surface during repair. When the defect position in the visual inspection is basically eliminated, the 9 mu or 12 mu sand paper is selected to repair the sealing surface until the defect position in the visual inspection is completely eliminated. Finally, the sealing surface is polished by using the sand paper with the maximum diameter of 6 mu.
05. The method is characterized in that necessary measures such as personnel industrial safety protection, personnel radiation protection, equipment damage protection, system foreign matter prevention and the like are adopted aiming at the specific field environment of valve core and valve seat repair of the regulating valve.
Step two, repairing sealing surface of valve seat
Repairing the sealing surface of the valve seat according to the selected flow:
01. the valve seat 6 and the valve seat grinding mould 4 are cleaned, so that the sealing surfaces of the valve seat 6 and the valve seat grinding mould 4 are clean and tidy;
02. sticking 30 mu sand paper to a valve seat grinding mould 4, assembling the mould to a valve seat 6, and uniformly rotating the mould to grind a sealing surface;
03. after grinding for a certain time, visually checking the sealing surface, repeating the 01/02 th step when the defect position in the sealing surface of the valve seat is basically eliminated, and replacing 30 mu of abrasive paper with 12 mu of abrasive paper to continuously repair and grind the sealing surface;
04. after grinding for a certain time, the sealing surface is visually inspected until the defect position has been completely eliminated. At this time, the 01/02 th step was repeated, and the sealing surface was polished with 6. Mu. Sandpaper. By grinding the valve seat 6 with a special tool (valve seat grinding jig 4), defects on the valve seat have been completely eliminated.
Step three: blue oil test
01. The valve seat 6, the valve core 5 and the guide sleeve 1 are cleaned, so that the cleanness and the neatness of all parts are ensured;
02. uniformly coating a thin layer of Prussian blue oil on the valve seat 6;
03. the valve core guide sleeve 1 is installed on the valve seat 6 and is fastened by two special bolts;
04. the valve core 5 is assembled on the valve seat 6 through the valve core guide sleeve 1 by a hoisting device, and a certain pressing force is applied manually and uniformly;
05. the valve core 5 is lifted from the valve seat 6 gently by the valve core lifting device 9, and the valve core is not inclined in the lifting process;
06. the valve core guide sleeve 1 is removed and the integrity of the seal line on the valve seat sealing surface is checked. Through a blue oil test, a broken line is found at the sealing line of the valve core 5 and the valve seat 6;
07. and repeating the steps 01 to 06 for a plurality of times, after confirming that the sealing surface of the valve seat is good, changing the contact position of the valve core 5 and the valve seat 6 in each repeated process, finally locking the defect at the valve core, and confirming that the defect is the same as the defect formation type on the valve seat 6 after observing by using a magnifying glass.
Fourth, valve element sealing surface repair
Since the types of defects on the valve core 5 and the valve seat 6 are the same, repairing the defects of the sealing surface of the valve core according to the grinding repairing flow of the valve seat comprises the following steps:
01. the valve core 5 and the valve core grinding mould 3 are cleaned, so that the sealing surfaces of the valve core 5 and the valve core grinding mould are clean and tidy;
02. the valve core 5 is fixed on a special placement device 11;
03. sticking 30 mu sand paper to a valve core grinding mould 3, assembling the mould to a valve core 5, and uniformly rotating the mould to grind a sealing surface;
04. after grinding for a certain time, visually checking the sealing surface, repeating the 01/02 th step when the defect position in the valve core sealing surface is basically eliminated, and replacing 30 mu of abrasive paper with 12 mu of abrasive paper to continuously repair and grind the sealing surface;
05. after grinding for a certain time, the sealing surface is visually inspected until the defect position has been completely eliminated. At this time, the 01/02 th step was repeated, and the sealing surface was polished with 6. Mu. Sandpaper. By grinding the spool 5 using a special tool (spool grinding jig 3), the defects on the spool have been completely eliminated.
Step five, checking the sealing surface of the valve core and the valve seat after grinding
By executing the first to fourth steps, the sealing surfaces of the valve core 5 and the valve seat 6 are basically repaired, and the fitting degree of the sealing surfaces of the valve core 5 and the valve seat 6 needs to be finally confirmed according to the following steps:
01. confirm the valve core 5 and valve seat 6 sealing surface are intact, the damage is not damaged after grinding;
02. the valve seat 6, the valve core 5 and the guide sleeve 1 are cleaned, so that the cleanness and the neatness of all parts are ensured;
03. uniformly coating a thin layer of Prussian blue oil on the valve seat 6;
04. the valve core guide sleeve 1 is installed on the valve seat 6 and is fastened by two special bolts;
05. the valve core 5 is assembled on the valve seat 6 through the valve core guide sleeve 1 by the lifting device 9, and a certain pressing force is applied manually and uniformly;
06. the valve core 5 is lifted from the valve seat 6 gently by the lifting device 9, and the lifting process is not deviated;
07. the valve core guide sleeve 1 is removed and the integrity of the seal line on the sealing surface of the valve seat 6 is checked. By means of blue oil test, it is confirmed that the sealing line of the valve core 5 and the valve seat 6 is in good contact, and the indentation is uniform and no broken line exists.
Step six: online leakage rate test after valve reinstallation
By performing steps one to five, repair and inspection of the damaged sealing surface of the valve has been substantially completed, and then the valve core 5 and the valve seat 6 and the cage are installed into the valve body, fastened according to the drawing and the service manual. And then, pressing a system pipeline where the valve is positioned by using on-line test equipment, and judging whether the sealing performance of the valve is good or not according to the result of a pressing test. step one, valve core and valve seat inspection and repair preparation

step two, repairing sealing surface of valve seat
After the damage degree of the sealing surface of the valve seat is evaluated, a reasonable repairing mode is adopted; uniformly sticking abrasive paper in an abrasive area of the repairing tool; after the pasting is finished, assembling the repair tool on the valve seat and uniformly rotating the repair tool; checking the repair condition of the sealing surface and the abrasion degree of the abrasive paper after grinding for a certain time, and replacing the abrasive paper before the effective grinding layer is consumed; gradually eliminating damage on the valve seat according to a correct grinding flow;
step three, blue oil test
Mounting the repairing tool on the valve seat and fastening the repairing tool by using two special bolts; uniformly coating a thin layer of blue oil on the valve core; the valve core is assembled on the valve seat through the guide sleeve, and a certain pressing force is manually applied; slightly lifting the valve core from the valve seat, wherein the valve core is not required to deflect in the lifting process; after the repairing tool is removed, checking whether a sealing line formed by the contact of the valve core on the sealing surface of the valve seat and the valve seat is complete and clear;
