Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of food processing machinery, and relates to a chilli powder foreign matter removing device which comprises a frame, a storage bin, a flat plate vibration feeder, an automatic iron removing machine, a metal foreign matter detector, a metal foreign matter removing device, a foreign matter detection conveyor belt, an X-ray foreign matter detector, a foreign matter removing device and a finished product material conveyor belt. The invention creatively combines the iron removing machine, the metal detecting and removing device and the X-ray detecting and removing device, one-time removing of foreign matters in the peppers is finished, the safety of the peppers is improved, meanwhile, the labor intensity of workers is also reduced, the equipment space is saved, the technical scheme that the rectangular blanking port blanking is matched with the rectangular inlet metal detector is adopted to detect the metal foreign matters in the peppers, the technical problem that the rectangular inlet horizontally fed metal detector needs to be matched with a conveyor belt for use in the prior art is solved, the detection efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the device is simplified and the energy consumption is reduced.

Background
The traditional chilli powder foreign matter removing is only single-phase simple removing, such as only using a de-ironing separator, or using a metal detection removing machine alone, and mainly solves the removing of iron foreign matters or metal foreign matters. The capsicum can not avoid containing various impurities such as metal, glass, rubber and the like in the processing process, and only one of the capsicum powder impurities can be removed by simply removing one foreign matter, so that the food safety is greatly affected. There are two feeding modes of the existing metal detector: one is a rectangular inlet, which is horizontally fed by a conveyor belt; the other round blanking port adopts a round tube for vertical blanking. The metal detector with the rectangular inlet for horizontal feeding has large flow and high detection efficiency, but is used by being matched with a conveyor belt; the metal detector for vertical blanking of the round tube has small flow and low detection efficiency, but does not need a power device by relying on gravity. The pepper powder contains most iron foreign matters, non-ferromagnetic metals such as aluminum and copper, and non-metals such as glass and rubber. At present, no equipment capable of thoroughly and efficiently removing the foreign matters of the chilli powder aiming at the characteristics of the foreign matters of the chilli powder exists.

The chilli powder foreign matter eliminating equipment consists of a frame, a stock bin, a flat plate vibration feeder, an automatic iron removing machine, a metal foreign matter detector, a metal foreign matter eliminating device, a foreign matter detecting conveyor belt, an X-ray foreign matter detecting machine, a foreign matter eliminating device and a finished product material conveyor belt. The frame is a support and connection part of the whole equipment. The feed bin is installed at the right side upper most portion of frame. The flat plate vibration feeder is arranged below a feed bin on the frame. The feeding hole of the automatic iron removing machine is arranged right below the discharging position of the flat plate vibration feeder. The metal foreign matter detector is arranged right below the discharge port of the automatic iron removing machine on the frame, and is vertically connected with the discharge port of the automatic iron removing machine through a pipeline. The metal foreign body removing device is arranged at the lower part of the metal foreign body detector on the frame and is connected with the discharge hole of the metal foreign body detector. The foreign matter detection conveyor belt is arranged at a position below the metal foreign matter removing device on the frame. The X-ray foreign matter detector is arranged right above the foreign matter detection conveyor belt on the frame. The finished product material conveyer belt is installed in the position of foreign matter detection conveyer belt left side in the frame and is close to down. The foreign matter removing device is arranged between the finished product material conveying belt and the foreign matter detection conveying belt on the frame. A waste collection bin is arranged on the frame and used for storing the automatic iron remover, the metal foreign body removing device and the waste removed by the foreign body removing device.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
(1) The iron removing machine, the metal detection removing device and the X-ray detection removing device are creatively combined, firstly, iron foreign matters with the largest content in the chilli powder are removed by the iron removing machine, then all metal foreign matters in the chilli powder are removed by the metal detection removing device, finally, nonmetallic foreign matters in the chilli powder and residual metal foreign matters are removed by the X-ray detection removing device, so that the foreign matters in the chilli are removed at one time, the safety of chilli foods is improved, meanwhile, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the equipment space is saved;
(2) The technical scheme that the rectangular blanking port blanking is matched with the rectangular inlet metal detector is used for detecting the metal foreign matters in the chilli powder, the technical problem that the metal detector with the rectangular inlet horizontally feeding in the prior art needs to be matched with a conveyor belt to use extra power is solved, the detection efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the device is simplified and the energy consumption is reduced.

The structure and operation of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1.
The chilli powder foreign matter removing equipment consists of a frame 1, a stock bin 2, a flat plate vibration feeder 3, an automatic iron removing machine 4, a metal foreign matter detector 5, a metal foreign matter removing device 6, a foreign matter detection conveyor belt 7, an X-ray foreign matter detector 8, a foreign matter removing device 9 and a finished product material conveyor belt 10. The frame 1 is a supporting and connecting part of the whole apparatus. The stock bin 2 is arranged at the right uppermost part of the frame 1. The flat plate vibration feeder 3 is arranged below the feed bin 2 on the frame 1. The automatic iron removing machine 4 is arranged at the lower part of the left side of the flat plate vibration feeder 3 on the frame 1, and the feeding port of the automatic iron removing machine 4 is arranged right below the discharging position of the flat plate vibration feeder 3. The metal foreign matter detector 5 is arranged right below the discharge port of the automatic iron removing machine 4 on the frame 1, and the metal foreign matter detector 5 is vertically connected with the discharge port of the automatic iron removing machine 4 through a pipeline. The metal foreign body removing device 6 is arranged at the lower part of the metal foreign body detector 5 on the frame 1, and the metal foreign body removing device 6 is connected with a discharge hole of the metal foreign body detector 5. The foreign matter detection conveyor belt 7 is installed on the frame 1 at a position on the left below the metal foreign matter removing device 6. An X-ray foreign matter detection machine 8 is mounted on the frame 1 directly above the foreign matter detection conveyor belt 7. The finished material conveyer belt 10 is arranged on the frame 1 at a position below the left side of the foreign matter detection conveyer belt 7. The foreign matter removing device 9 is arranged in the middle of the finished product material conveying belt 10 and the foreign matter detection conveying belt 7 on the frame 1. A waste collection bin is arranged on the frame 1 and used for storing the waste materials removed by the automatic iron remover 4, the metal foreign body removing device 6 and the foreign body removing device 9.
The automatic iron removing machine 4 is a rotary permanent magnet powder iron removing machine, and a feed inlet is vertically downward at the upper part and a discharge outlet. The metal foreign matter detector 5 is an electromagnetic induction type metal foreign matter detector, the feeding hole is arranged at the upper part and the discharging hole is arranged at the lower part, the shapes of the feeding hole and the discharging hole are rectangular, and the metal foreign matter detector 5 is vertically connected with the discharging hole of the automatic iron removing machine 4 through a rectangular pipeline. The metal foreign matter removing device 6 is a plate turnover device driven by a motor. The foreign matter removing device 9 is a plate turnover device driven by a motor.
The working process of the equipment of the invention is as follows:
the chilli powder is put into the bin 2, and falls onto the flat plate vibration feeder 3 from an outlet at the bottom of the bin 2. The flat plate vibration feeder 3 conveys the chilli powder to the left and falls into a feed inlet of the automatic iron removing machine 4. The chilli powder for removing the iron foreign matters enters the rectangular feeding port of the metal foreign matter detector 5 from the discharging port of the automatic iron removing machine 4 through the rectangular pipeline, and the iron foreign matters enter the waste collection bin from the material charging port of the automatic iron removing machine 4. The chilli powder with iron foreign matters removed enters a metal foreign matter removing device 6 after passing through a metal foreign matter detector 5. If the metal foreign matter detector 5 detects metal, the metal foreign matter removing device 6 acts to enable the chilli powder containing the metal foreign matters to enter the garbage collection bin. If the metal foreign matter detector 5 does not detect metal, the chilli powder falls onto the foreign matter detection conveyor belt 7, and the chilli powder is detected by the X-ray foreign matter detector 8 when the foreign matter detection conveyor belt 7 conveys the chilli powder with the metal foreign matter removed to the left. If the X-ray foreign matter detector 8 detects the foreign matter, the foreign matter removing device 9 is operated, and the chilli powder containing the foreign matter enters the garbage collection bin. If the X-ray foreign matter detector 8 does not detect the foreign matters, the chilli powder falls onto the finished product material conveyor belt 10 through the foreign matter removing device 9, and the foreign matter removing work is completed.
