Abstract
The device for connecting the aerosol bottle body and the anesthesia machine or the breathing machine comprises a bottle body outer cover, an elastic claw, an elastic thick pad, a claw jack, a handle, a rigid connecting sleeve, an external threaded pipe, an anesthesia machine or breathing machine connecting port, an end rubber column, a hard pin, a rear end cover and a spring; the tail end of the bottle body outer cover is hinged with one side of the rear end cover; the inner head of the bottle body outer cover is provided with an elastic thick pad, the elastic thick pad is provided with claw jacks which are annularly distributed, and the elastic claws can be inserted into the claw jacks; the outer surface of the head of the bottle body outer cover is provided with a handle, the head of the bottle body outer cover is communicated with a rigid connecting sleeve, and the front end of the rigid connecting sleeve is provided with an external thread pipe. The invention has the advantages that: has great effect on relieving bronchospasm during perianesthesia; the application place is wide: all intubated patients in the anesthesia department, the ward, the emergency department and the intensive care unit can be used for airway spasm; easy learning and easy meeting; the installation and the connection are convenient in time; low cost, large market demand and good economic benefit.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical auxiliary device structures, in particular to a device for connecting an aerosol bottle body with an anesthesia machine or a breathing machine.
Background
Bronchospasm is one of the common complications in the period of perianesthesia, the occurrence rate is 0.6% -0.8%, the clinical manifestation is bronchosmooth muscle spasmodic contraction, ventilation resistance is increased, expiratory dyspnea is caused, carbon dioxide accumulation and hypoxia are caused, and once serious bronchospasm occurs, if rescue treatment is not timely carried out, life is endangered due to sudden stop of respiratory cycle caused by serious hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention. The most effective solutions at this time are: timely and accurate inhalation of beta 2 receptor agonist with a certain concentration is most commonly used clinically: salbutamol sulfate aerosol has the characteristics of quick response, small side effect and the like. And because the breathing of the general anesthesia patient is stopped, the aerosol cannot be actively inhaled, and the aerosol needs to be passively and accurately inhaled. However, none of the known devices can connect albuterol sulfate aerosol with anesthesia machine (or breathing machine) in time and ensure accurate passive inhalation airway of aerosol. Currently, there is a lack of means for connecting butylamine sulfate aerosol to anesthesia machines (or ventilators).
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to facilitate medical staff to rapidly treat bronchospasm in the general anesthesia process, improve the capability of treating bronchospasm in the general anesthesia process, greatly reduce adverse effects caused by bronchospasm, and particularly provide a device for connecting an aerosol bottle body with an anesthesia machine or a breathing machine.

wherein: the bottle body outer cover 1 is of a cylindrical structure, the tail end of the bottle body outer cover is hinged with one side of the rear end cover 13 through a hinge shaft 15, the other side of the rear end cover 13 is provided with a hard pin 12, the hard pin 12 can be inserted into a small hole of a rubber column 11 at the end part fixedly connected with the tail end of the bottle body outer cover 1, and the rear end cover 13 is internally provided with a compression spring;
the side surface of the bottle body outer cover 1 is provided with a transparent observation window 10, the inner head part of the bottle body outer cover 1 is provided with an elastic thick pad 3, the elastic thick pad 3 is provided with claw insertion holes 4 distributed in a ring shape, and 2-4 elastic claws 2 can be inserted into the claw insertion holes 4;
the handle 5 is arranged on the outer surface of the head of the bottle body outer cover 1, the head of the bottle body outer cover 1 is communicated with the rigid connecting sleeve 6, the front end of the rigid connecting sleeve 6 is provided with the external threaded pipe 7, the front end of the external threaded pipe 7 is connected with the anesthesia machine or the breathing machine connecting port 8, and the dust cover 9 is matched and connected with the external threaded pipe 7 through internal threads.
The rigid connecting sleeve 6 is in threaded connection with the bottle outer cover 1.
The handle 5 is of a disc-shaped structure.
The rear end cover 13 is fed with an elastic disc-shaped structural member.
The bottle body outer cover 1 is of a cylindrical or hexagonal prism cylindrical structure.
The invention has the advantages that:
the device for connecting the aerosol bottle body and the anesthesia machine or the breathing machine plays a great role in relieving bronchospasm during perianesthesia; the application place is wide: all intubated patients in the anesthesia department, the ward, the emergency department and the intensive care unit can be used for airway spasm; easy learning and easy meeting; the installation and the connection are convenient in time; low cost, large market demand and good economic benefit.
